Excellent location and a fully equipped apartment with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It is conveniently close to all essential services and amenities. The hosts were very helpful, cooperative, and responsive throughout the stay. Highly recommended.

It was a great place to spend a nice later spring holiday in Madinaty. The staff/host is on the ball! Very nice, friendly, and professional. He kept checking on our stay and immediately addressed minor stuff for us. Definitely coming back!

الشقة داخل مجمع سكني كبير في منطقة مدينتي احدث مناطق القاهرة موجودة في الدور الثالث جديدة نظيفة جميلة والبلكونة مطلة على حديقة وهي من نقاط تميز الشقة والجميل في المجمع ان الزرع والاشجار في كل مكان المجمع آمن هادئ بالقرب من الشقة اكثر من مركز تجاري صغير وجميل وكلها جديدة وايضا مول اوبن اير قريب من الشقة ملاحظتي الوحيدة بُعد المكان عن وسط البلد والنيل وغرب القاهرة ولكن السيارة قربت المسافات ولله الحمد من اراد الهدوء والراحة فالشقة مناسبة مالك الشقة لم اقابله ولكنه محترف وعارف وش يسوي ومتواصل دائم معي شكرا له والله يبارك له فيما اعطاه

The property is very , new , well organized , it has all the supplies you need . The owner is always available and responsive to any request . I was honestly really impressed with the place. The property looks great, everything is clean and well taken care of, and the layout just feels right. You can tell a lot of thought went into it. Overall, it definitely exceeded what I expected. Thank you so much and definitely will stay there again .

Perfect self check-in, so I could arrive at any time. There are plenty of sockets of different types throughout the flat, and everything felt very clean. This is my fourth time booking a flat in Madinaty, and I chose this one because of the high number of positive reviews; after staying here I can see why, as everything looks exactly like the photos, if not better. I would highly recommend this place. I did not meet the host Samy in person, but he always checked in to see if I needed anything.

The property is in a safe, quiet city with high-end malls that satisfy everyone’s needs. It has all the necessities: a well-equipped kitchen, a washing machine, a microwave, a coffee maker, and many more. Above all, the host, Mr. Samy, is the real asset. He is polite, a good communicator, and invaluable. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Egypt and seeking a safe, quiet, clean city with great shopping malls.

Cleanliness, the kitchen cupboard was so dusty, master bedroom headboards dusty & shower frame full of limescale.

The unit is very clean and tidy, its cozy and apartment and has nice trace the furnature was good and it has all what you need during your stay.

It's not our first stay at the property and as always perfect. Thank you so much

Nice , clean, comfortable

Located in the B11 area of madinaty. There is a supermarket, bakery, vegetable/fruit shop mosque and a pharmacy almost 10 minutes away on foot. There is a lift within the building but you will need your keys in order to activate it. The flat has fully equipped open kitchen two bedrooms 2 bathrooms dining room lounge and a balcony. There is fast WiFi connection shared with another flat. There is a single queen size bed and 2 single beds all come with sheets and blankets/ duvets. I think there is also a sofa bed but I never tried to use it. AC is available in every room. There are many shopping malls in madinaty almost 15 minutes by car. These come with everything you need from coffee shops, cinemas and arcade centre to banks and doctors clinics. You can order almost anything to be delivered to your door either by phone or online. In general the whole area is very safe. Security guards are present everywhere. The owner and the agent are very polite and helpful if you need anything just ask. In short you can live there for years without needing to leave the compound.

At the beginning of my trip I tried bus routes internally within Madinaty and from Madinaty to Heliopolis I decided it’s just a hassle to take 3-4 modes of transport to get where you want to go. If you are travelling with a group of friends taking Uber ride is not a lot more expensive than public transportation and saves you time.
