Merci a Skander et a sa femme ines et leur petite famille trop mignonne qui ont été d un accueil merveilleux et aux petits soins ainsi que leur équipe. les lieux sont reposant et en meme temps on a l impression d'être dans un musée.

Le logement est très propre, joliment décoré, avec une ambiance chaleureuse. Le personnel est accueillant, disponible et vraiment aimable, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable.

Plusieurs aspects m’ont déçu durant mon séjour. Tout d’abord, à notre arrivée, on nous a informés que comme nous n’avions pas réservé une table au restaurant avant 16h, aucune n’était disponible. Pourtant, une fois sur place, la salle à manger était vide et nous étions les seuls clients. Nous avons demandé un plat simple à consommer près de la piscine, mais un menu complet nous a été imposé sans nous consulter ni nous informer du prix. Cette situation a donné une impression de manque de transparence de la part du gérant. Ensuite, le petit-déjeuner manquait d’organisation : les mets sucrés arrivaient lentement et le salé avec beaucoup de retard. J’aurais apprécié qu’on nous explique dès le départ le contenu du petit déjeuner pour pouvoir m’adapter à mes habitudes alimentaires. Autre point important : aucune carte de prix pour les boissons ou consommations n’est fournie spontanément. On commande sans connaître les tarifs, ce qui a mené à une facture finale très élevée, sans aucun détail ni justificatif. Enfin, l’hôtel ne propose aucune activité, à part admirer la décoration. Les espaces comme le jardin et la piscine sont très petits et limitent l’usage. Et ne recevoir qu’une seule clé pour la chambre est peu pratique, surtout si l’on sort à des heures inhabituelles — il faut réveiller quelqu’un pour pouvoir rentrer.

I really needed a place exactly like this to cast away stress and pamper myself. Skander's property is a real gem, a true hideaway from chaos, exactly a peaceful place whete to stay. Spotlessly clean, but not only. Skander is so very helpful and he waited for me until late since my flight was delayed. He also managed a private transport to the most amazing place of Cap Bon: Korbous thermal springs. Cannot say enough Shukran barcha for everything!

They not only helped us plan our trip but also arranged a once-in-a-lifetime desert excursion with trusted local partners. It’s the perfect blend of luxury and authenticity, making it a one-stop shop for discovering Tunisia. The food was exceptional—fresh, organic, and rivaling even the finest hotels. And the house? It’s a work of art! The interior design is breathtaking, reminiscent of a Grand Palace. We spent hours just soaking in the history, style, and craftsmanship. Located away from the tourist crowds but still convenient for exploring, it’s close to a serene beach, offering the perfect balance of peace and adventure. If you want to feel at home while experiencing the best of Tunis, this is the place to stay!

I can’t chose. The art and culture, the serenity, the food, the hospitality, cleanliness, WiFi, there is nothing to wish for if you are looking for a beautiful small-scale getaway, practically on the beach. You will feel spoiled and at ease here while surrounded by ancient artwork and unique design. It’s truly better than photo’s can tell you. I sincerely hope to come back here.

None. Just don’t expect bubbling nightlife at walking distance. That’s really not the point of this serene accommodation.
