Przesympatyczna właścicielka Nicky nadaje klimat temu domowi. Była bardzo pomocna i udzielała nam cennych rad dotyczących okolicy i miejsc wartych zobaczenia.Pokój klimatyczny, było wszystko co niezbędne.Sniadania smaczne i obfite. Chętnie wrócimy 😊

With only four rooms, the atmosphere with the hosts and other guests is truly special. The joint breakfast is delicious, and Nicky and Mark always offer great tips for hikes, restaurants, and everything else you might need. The rooms are very clean and spacious, furnished with many thoughtful touches. Drinks are available at the communal bar at very reasonable prices. The surroundings are wonderfully peaceful. A perfect stay that stands out from other hotels.

Die Räume vom Landhaus Fay sind sehr schön gestaltet -zum Wohlfühlen. Wir verbrachten eine Woche hier und wurden täglich von Marc gut beraten bezüglich unserer Aktivitäten. Hatten viel spaß beim Frühstücken mit den anderen Gästen. Auf Wünsche wurde eingegangen.

Ho trovato l'ospitalità, la disponibilità dei gestori genuina e la simpatia spontanea, il clima familiare ma rispettoso della privacy. La colazione comprende sia prodotti dolci che salati, con disponibilità ad effettuare modifiche in caso di intolleranze o allergie. La posizione tranquilla e rilassante, ideale per chi come noi voleva trovare un po' di pace lontano dalla frenesia del lavoro e delle città.

L'accoglienza da parte dell'host è stata molto calorosa, nonostante fossimo arrivati fuori dall'orario del check in non abbiamo avuto alcuna difficoltà ad accedere alla struttura. Posizione in un luogo molto tranquillo e silenzioso. Parcheggio comodo

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Sehr netter Vermieter. Absolute Empfehlung. Wir werden wieder kommen!

Příjemná, rodinná atmosféra. Díky Markovi se budete citit jako u prarodičů doma. Snídaně pestrá. Mark vám dá i rady kam na jídlo, túru a kde se hezky dá zaplavat.

auf Grund der Beschreibung fanden wir das Haus ohne Schwierigkeiten. Wir wurden vom Hausherrn herzlich willkommen geheißen. Unser Zimmer war groß, blitzsauber und liebevoll dekoriert. Der Frühstückstisch wurde appetitlich gedeckt und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und angeregte Gespräche mit dem Hausherrn rundeten unseren Aufenthalt ab.

Nagyon kedves és figyelmes,segítőkész a szállás adó,kiváló reggelivel,tiszta kényelmes szobákkal.Parkolás a szállás udvarán lehetséges. A környék mese szép,mi már hatszor szálltunk meg itt és jövőre újra visszajövünk. Mindenkinek tiszta szívvel ajánljuk.

Die idyllische Lage und die gepflegten Zimmer sind sehr schön. Mark ist ein sehr herzlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber der einem das Gefühl von Ankommen vermittelt. Sehr schöne Region mit vielfältigen Möglichkeiten und netten Menschen.

The accommodation is lovely, quaint and clean, set in a beautiful location which is quiet and peaceful, just what was needed! A short distance away is the delightful Bad Ischl, a town in close distance and central to the other key towns, lakes. There is plenty to do there and in surrounding areas. If you love the outdoors and natural beauty, you will love it. The owners were friendly, attentive and helpful with tips on what to do, recommendations, etc. Breakfast had good selection on offer. Very pleasant stay indeed!

I only had 4 nights stay, would have loved more as think we got to just skim the surface of the region. Note, Shuttle Bus (a local service, not anything to do with B&B) took a bit of getting used to but is useful and better value than local taxis.

The guest house is exceptional. The hosts were friendly and accommodating and helped with recommendations of places to visit. The breakfast was continental in style is fresh and ample. The accommodation is charming, has bags of local character and very relaxing. Overall a wonderful stay. We will be visiting again in the near future.

We couldn't fault Landhouse Fay or the hosts. Great venue and lovely people.

Ничего. Трудный заезд, дом находится в окружении других участков, прямого выхода на дорогу нет, заезд по узкой дорожке. Горячей воды нет. Лестные отзывы на сайте букинг не соответствуют действительности. Сам хозяин Марк приветлив и доброжелателен.

Das Frühstück hatte alles, was man sich wünschen kann, von einem sehr aufmerksamen und herzlichen Gastgeber begleitet. Das Landhaus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, man fühlt sich gleich wohl. Es liegt etwas außerhalb des Zentrums von Bad Ischl, in einer schönen Landschaft und läßt einen nach einem anstrengenden Stadtspaziergang wunderbar entspannen.

The owner was quite friendly and eager to ensure a pleasant stay. We enjoyed the decor and the coziness of the room.

As vegetarians we made do, but would have enjoyed a few more breakfast options. The bathroom had an accordion door which perhaps didn’t offer as much of a sound buffer. The recently serviced TV wouldn’t connect (however not crucial for us).

We really appreciated the hosts – they were very welcoming, friendly, and gave us a lot of useful local tips, so one star definitely goes to them. Another star goes to cleanliness – the room was spotless. And the location is great as well.

However, the overall experience still felt a bit disappointing for the price. Although everything was clean, the facilities are quite old. The bed especially felt unstable, to the point that we worried it might collapse when moving. The WiFi was also very slow. Another thing that really affected our stay were the strict house rules. No eating is allowed in the room, and there is no kitchen or microwave available, so every time we wanted a snack, it became inconvenient. When we ate in the common area, the host would often come to chat. I understand they were being friendly, but to have a bit more privacy we opted to eat out more often.

מקום פוסטוראלי בתוך הכפר, אבל רק רבע שעה נסיעה מ אולשטאת ובאד איש. בעל מקום חמוד, קיבל אותנו יפה וקיבלנו כל הסברים. ארוחת בוקר בסיסי פאר בין אדם - הכל היה על השולחן כש הגנו, אבל דיי מספק.

Gastheer was voorkomend ,maar soms wel iets TE nadrukkelijk aanwezig om zijn gasten terwille te zijn .Gastheer had veel kennis van zaken over de regio en ontstaansgeschiedenis. Nuttig en bruikbaar.Vertelde graag hierover.

Het ontbijt was karig, precies afgepast en saai. Gastheer had streng aandoende "regels" op papier gezet , zelfs o.a. met het vooruitzicht van een boete. Dit waarschijnlijk naar aanleiding van slechte ervaringen in het verleden met gasten?!

Velmi hezké ubytování v klidném a krásném prostředí. Majitelé Mark a Nicky jsou velmi příjemní a přátelští - budete se zde cítit jako doma :) Mark nám dal tipy, kam si v městečku Bad Ischl zajít na jídlo a také kam si můžeme zajet na výlety. Dokonce nám Mark ráno ometl auto od sněhu, což nás velmi překvapilo, s tím jsme se ještě nikde nesetkali. Také nás Mark a Nicky mezi sebe přizvali na Silvestra. Pokoj byl moc pěkný, útulný a bylo v něm stále teplo, což jsme velmi uvítali. Moc se nám také líbilo, jak bylo ubytování zařízeno. Rádi bychom se zde vrátili, nechtělo se nám domů. Musí zde být krásně i na jaře anebo v létě. Lokalita je taky super, je to všude blízko :) Přejeme Markovi a Nicky, ať se jim moc daří a rádi jsme je poznali.

Alles sehr unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Frühstück ist sehr einfach gehalten aber genau richtig! Es ist alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und man merkt, dass hier sehr nette Menschen dahinter stecken. Falls wir wieder einen Schlafplatz in Ischl brauchen, wird das unsere erste Wahl sein.

Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich gewesen. Das Landhaus sehr hübsch und gemütlich eingerichtet. Man hat sich wie zuhause gefühlt. Auch das Frühstück war ausreichend und sehr schön angerichtet. Mit dem Auto sind es nur 5min bis ins Stadtzentrum.

We really loved our short stay at Landhaus Fay! The place has such a cozy, welcoming vibe — the rooms are super cute and comfortable. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with a really nice selection considering it’s a small B&B. Mark was so friendly and helpful, and even though we arrived quite late, he still made check-in easy for us. Mark and Nicky also sent us clear directions to find the B&B, which was super helpful — definitely recommend using Google Maps, as Waze got a bit confused! Honestly, it’s a shame we only stayed one night — we’d happily come back for a longer visit next time!

The only small thing was that we got a bit nervous figuring out how to get out of the parking — nothing negative, just need to be a little careful.

The guest house is located in a quiet mountain village, surrounded by beautiful and serene scenery. Since it's in the mountains, Uber is not available to get to here; you can only take a taxi at the station. Please note that there are no buses for Bad Ishl after 6:00 PM, and there may also be no taxis available if it rains. Most of the public transport operates starts from 7:00-18:00 so I would recommend if you come to visit here by car .

We stayed at Landhaus Fay B&B and loved it. The location is very calm, yet just a few minutes from the center. The interior is superb and charming, with all the details of a ski house. Rooms were clean, well prepared, and included all the instructions we needed. The kitchen with coffee, tea, and water was always available. The owner, Mark, was extremely helpful—he advised us on bike routes around the lakes and even sent back my ID card, which I had left at the property. 100% recommended!

Honestly, there’s nothing to improve. Everything was great and I simply want to come back. 😊

I can’t help but highly recommend this guesthouse. Amazing location and wonderfully kind hosts who take care of you as if you were family. Upon arrival, we were given a “welcome package” that included a map with tips for great restaurants and even notes on where speed cameras are located. The breakfast was fantastic, and the hosts made sure everything was perfect, offering plenty of suggestions for the most beautiful places to visit.

Funktional Gästehaus, das alles hat was man braucht. Sehr emphatischer Gastgeber, durch den der Aufenthalt zum erholsamen Erlebnis wird.

Die ungewöhnlich empatische Art von Mark, ein außerordentlich herzlicher Empfang und immer ein offenes Ort mit Ausflugstipps nahmen uns sofort ein. Die Einrichtung ist liebevoll passend im englisch-/österreichischen Stil , die Betten sehr bequem und die Lage extrem ruhig. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und reichlich, und es stehen Getränke zentral rund um die Uhr zur Verfügung.
