Reviewed Aug 9, 2025The place is close to the beach. You can the sea from your room. Cool!
The place got several issues. The coordinates were for the exist door of the complex not the entrance, which is further down. Shower broke and was replaced quickly, thanks. Water was shut off twice, the second time it never come back so we're staying with no water from evening till idk when, it's 12am rn. The support team told me they will transfer us to another unit but never followed up at all. I called after a few hours and they knew not to respond. I asked for a set of towels after the third day and never got them. Please use your money somewhere else that's better even if the difference is a few hundreds, unless your priority is a place to crash at night.

I wished I stayed there, but there was no running water, also getting in is following a 5 step instruction for codes and more codes. It was nice that there was a video to show you tho. I asked for a refund and it took 5 days to get it.

Suggestion: needs exterior lighting at night. Shower head slow water flow, the futton could use an extra padding / cushion. Customer service needs to respond to urgent matter quickly and efficiently. Besides that, I would definitely stay here again.

The wifi wasn’t good at all. We couldn’t use our phone while it was under the wifi so we just used our data.

Checkin was a nightmare, I didn't have bedding for the second bed for 2 nights out of 5. I had to request towels and pillows separately which tool 2 days to get. I am looking to file a complaint. For over $200 this is not worth it at all.
