They cancelled my booking on the same day and told me that property is sold now

The staff behaviour and they didn't cancel my booking without even informing me

Its a cozy room, not look like the pictures, lift not working, they dont have spoons, pillows were not clean. Balcony window is not getting locked, Tv was also not working, ac temp was not getting low beyond 23

Very poor mentality, they confirmed booking but after I reached the side they denied and were forced to cancel, at the midnight very dangerous experience.

Room service was not present. No kitchen was present. Everything we had to order from food apps. For staying longer this would create additional health and financial burden.

The location was good and the rooms were of decent size

The AC wasn't working properly. We complained and asked them to fix it and we went out. When we came back in the night it was still not cooling properly. Next morning we asked for toothpaste which was chargeable. The rooms did not have basic dental kit.

Hotel is not good..charged me extra for everything, floor and bed was not clean, arogant reception, asked too many questions, non support staff, water was not provided, breakfast was freaked for customer, 😠😞😞😞 shower was not working jet spray was too hard.

Room was clean with good quality furniture and location is also quite good and property is spacious.. worth staying here

I recently stayed at your property and unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations due to several service-related issues. Although the room and location were satisfactory, the service was quite disappointing. Despite receiving confirmation that check-in was available from 12 PM, I was informed upon arrival that the actual check-in time was 2 PM and no rooms were ready. I had clearly communicated my arrival time in advance and requested an upper-floor room, but after an hour of waiting, I was offered a ground-floor room, which I declined. After further waiting, I was finally given a room upstairs, but it was far from ideal. The room had a connecting door to another unit, the air conditioning was ineffective, the TV did not work, and the fan was extremely slow. The following morning, I contacted the reception around 9:30 AM to request the breakfast included in my booking. Despite multiple follow-ups, breakfast was not delivered for over an hour. I eventually had to go down to the reception myself, where I was again asked to wait. I was informed by a staff member that breakfast was already prepared and kept upstairs, yet it still took another 30–40 minutes before it was actually provided. This experience was quite frustrating and did not reflect the level of service expected from a listed property on Booking.com.

The only thing we liked was the location, its situation in a very nice area.

We booked seeing the pictures of the property that looked clean. However in reality it’s not like the pictures at all. Further they don’t have any cleaning staff full time, the cleaning folks only come once in a day. Even after asking them multiple times to clean our room, it wasn’t cleaned during the ~5 days we stayed there. Our main problem is that it wasn’t clean when we got there, and stayed that way. Lastly, we forgot a pair of gloves while checking out. We came back the next day to pick it up. The receptionist did a whole scene pretending to look for it for about 30 mins. Then finally we lost our patience and spoke to the owner. Turns out the gloves were at the reception table itself. Why do the whole scene and waste our time then? The combination of the uncaring staff and little to no cleanliness- makes this a no for me.

Excellent clean premises with very good location. Everything was handled quickly & professionally. I checked out 3 hours later and no late fees was charged.

I encountered a couple of small cockroaches but it's nothing in grand scheme of things.

Every thing in property is good but they shoud keep focus on material things like bed sheet and quilt … bedsheet

The hotel is so clean and quiet which was perfect for me to end my tiring day with. The hot water was available and the best part is they are providing all amenities in the room. The hotel is actually worth staying for business traveller's and for those who are looking for some private time in spacious balcony that too in calm environment.

The property is very well constructed and maintained. Great thought has been given by the owner to provide all the facilities. I have stayed in many small stand alone properties and even 5* hotels. I can confidently say this is the best in small segment category. Far superior to OYO rooms etc. I extended our stay here due to these very reasons. Congratulations.

Breakfast needs much improvement. Housekeeping too needs attention. It would be better if an iron and board is provided.
