Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Lo que más nos gustó del alojamiento fueron las instalaciones, que estaban en buenas condiciones, y la ubicación, que nos pareció muy buena y totalmente acorde con lo que buscábamos. En general, el alojamiento cumplió con nuestras expectativas y estuvimos cómodos durante la estancia.
Lo que menos nos gustó fue que entraba demasiada luz en la habitación, especialmente por la noche y a primera hora de la mañana. Sería recomendable contar con cortinas o algún sistema que permita oscurecer mejor la habitación, sobre todo pensando en personas a las que les cuesta dormir con claridad. Por otro lado, no nos resultó cómodo tener que realizar el pago a través de una aplicación externa a Booking, ya que este tipo de plataformas generan cierta desconfianza al no estar gestionadas directamente por Booking. También consideramos excesiva la cantidad de mensajes que recibimos durante la estancia. Muchos eran mensajes automáticos que se repetían constantemente. Por ejemplo, incluso después de haber realizado el pago, recibimos en varias ocasiones recordatorios indicando que debíamos volver a pagar. Este tipo de comunicaciones resultan innecesarias y poco cuidadas, y sería recomendable revisar el sistema de mensajes automáticos para evitar este tipo de situaciones.

Reviewed Dec 21, 2025The location is excellent and check-in is easy. The entire complex is well-taken care of and the rental apartment was spotless. Apartment was quite roomy. Beds were comfortable and kitchen equipment was adequate for most cooking chores. Parking was convenient and on-site pool was great.
Not a negative note - just a note to future travelers: make sure to bring any food prep basics like salt and pepper, oil, seasonings, etc. Those types of items were not available. Also bring your own beach and pool accessories (chairs, umbrellas, etc.).
