The rooms are spacious and provide comfortable beds

Staff do not speak any foreign language which is not ideal for an airport hotel - staff are passive and even rude at times. Shuttle bus was mouldy and smelly.

Хороший отель для длительной пересадки. Бесплатный Шатл от/до аэропорта каждый час. Из аэропорта воспользовались советом ниже и попросили персонал аэропорта позвонить в отель - через 15 минут Шатл забрал у нужной стойки. Персонал не очень хорошо, но говорит по-английски, плюс переводчик - и с общением все в порядке. Номера просторные, умным домом воспользоваться также не смогли :-) Постельные принадлежности неплохого качества, вкусный завтрак.

It was 1am arrival due to 4hour flight delay because of storms. We had to leave at 6.30am for the airport, so a very quick stay. Accommodation was very nice, but didn't really see anywhere else.

В принципе чистый отель, но на свои 4 звезды не тянет, в сравнении с другими дала бы 2 или 3 звезды максимум.

Very comfortable room and bed. Room was clean, modern and in good repair. Breakfast had excellent choice.

Hallways were very hot when we arrived, there may have been a problem with the aircon as it was fine the next day.

Черная плесень у кондиционера, персонал не знает английского и не может ни с чем помочь, вокруг отеля практически ничего нет, благо нашлись 7-11 и пара кофешек для ужина. В номере сыро, окна плохо открываются, вентиляция с плесенью. На фотографиях все красиво, и цена приятная, но реальность суровее)

Great value hotel large room with good shower and beds. Free shuttle even at 2am to Terminal 3. Few shops close by to eat and a supermarket.

Мне понравился завтрак, люблю китайскую кухню. И я отлично отдохнула между трудными перелетами, звукоизоляция от шумов аэропорта вполне нормальная в номере. Трансфер из отеля в аэропорт организован отлично. Персонал приветлив, владеет английским, работает быстро, дает хорошие советы.

Было бы хорошо, если бы отель присылал в подтверждении бронирования расписание шаттла от аэропорта до отеля на английском языке. Но не проблема взять такси. Ворота 44 были закрыты, пришлось идти в соседние. Конечно, закрытые ворота - не вина отеля, это вопрос к руководству терминала 2 аэропорта.

The Hotel name is misleading. Shouldn’t say “Terminal 2”. It is located outside the Airport. You will need a visa if you’re a foreigner to get to the Hotel

The location was great for a stop over. Clean room, the shuttle service was a bonus.. great value for the price .. KFC is close if you want western food.. would only stay here for the airport stop over ..

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The free shuttle bus was great. You had to contact them when you got to the pick up point. I messaged them on WeChat and they promptly replied. I’d suggest adding them on WeChat a few days before and then message them when you get there. The reception staff spoke English which helped alot. Very nice stay!

The hotel room was excellent: modern, clean and spacious. 10 mn drive from the airport, good for a layover.

Poor communication with staff- slow in responding to messages and limited English. It would also have helped to tell me which shuttle bus I was meant to take and what the schedule was. The hotel corridor and room strongly smelled of tobacco.

Great location close to the airport and with many restaurant options around it (though I did not have time to indulge). Room was well equipped and very clean. Staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. I think it was my first time at a hotel with automatic curtains.

It was a bit noisy. I was on a low floor facing the courtyard, and there were people talking loudly late at night in it. The room was also very hot when I entered, though I was able to cool it down quickly with the air conditioning.

Convenient location with restaurants and convenience stores just next door. Breakfast served coffee which is rare in China.

Sehr bequem, sauber und ein sehr leckeres Frühstück. Die Unterkunft bietet einen kostenlosen Flughafenshuttle an. Achtung hier funktioniert weder WhatsApp noch Google und die Menschen sprechen kaum Englisch. Mit Händen und Füßen jedoch gut zu managen und das Hotel war super organisiert. Super Lage, direkt am Flughafen und vor oder nach dem Flug zu entspannen.

Das Personal spricht kein Wort Englisch. Diesbezüglich war die Kommunikation sehr schwierig. Das WLAN hat nicht funktioniert. Ohne WhatsApp, Google und WLAN ist man also etwas abgeschieden.

Breakfast was not very western, but with eggs and bread good enough for us.

This hotel is perfect for a short stop between flights, or as I also used it as somewhere to sleep before transferring to a hotel in the city, very easy and comfortable, great bathroom, comfy bed, there are UK channels ( sport and informative / travel programs on the TV, ) although I couldn't access the hdmi or usb on the tv to attach my own stuff, thats a very minor criticism though. There was some noise from planes but not bad considering location. The transfer was easy you just ask at the hotel, handy to have the messages from the hotel available, show airport enquiry desk staff, they directed me to the correct desk, then that desk phoned the hotel and told me where to wait, this is important in China and a main appeal of this hotel for a Westerner new to China. transfer took 8 minutes, can't deny I was happy to see kfc is very near to the hotel, Mcdonalds a bit further across the road. KFC does take cash if you ask as well for anyone like me unable to get the cashapps to work even though I understand for most that shouldn't be a problem it is good peace of mind. Great bathroom, tea and kettle, hairdryer, loads of bathroom stuff for those like me who don't want to unpack their main luggage during an short overnight stay, and a small gym and plenty of small convenience stores very close. Breakfast is good for Chinese but only just adequate for Westerners but cannot say more than that, it is very limited bit I don't think that many Westerners come here so hard boiled eggs, fried eggs, cold fries and hot coffee and toast is enough for an overnight. Overall this hotel is perfect for what it is, and very good for the price.

Breakfast limited for Westerners and couldn't plug hdmi or usb into the tv but realistically nothing else, pretty much perfect airport hotel.

Not all staff were friendly.

We chose this hotel to rest during a long layover, and it worked perfectly. Although our stay was outside the standard check-in and check-out times, the hotel was very accommodating. When booking, we explained that we would arrive early in the morning to have breakfast and sleep, then leave again in the evening, and they were happy to help. For the airport shuttle, they asked us to set up WeChat in advance. We requested the shuttle via WeChat and they picked us up quickly. Communication required using a translator, but it was not an issue at all. In the evening, they also dropped us back at the airport by shuttle. Breakfast was basic but ok. There are supermarkets, coffee shops, and a KFC nearby. A very good option to rest during a long journey.

This was just what I needed for my stay, the room was very clean, cozy, and perfect for a one person stay. I also ended up at the end of the hallway so got to enjoy viewing the airplanes flying past as they came in to land.

They falsely advertise free Wi-Fi when you are required to have a SIM phone plan in order to get an SMS so you can authenticate in order to use the free WiFi. Totally bogus.

It seems to look like a hotel but not run like one. The shower was great, bed was comfy, but fridge not turned on, the lights were wired to the wrong buttons, sound proof was terrible, especially it’s so close to the hotel. Shuttle pick up was confusing, front desk staff tried to multitask checking me in while giving quote to potential customers on the phone. It was just not quite there for me

Fine hotel to spend 1 night at flight stopover. 7 min drive from terminal. There is a free shuttle bus every hour (but it’s on demand), taxi is about 30-40 rmb. There a few restaurants in the neighborhood.

Internet was crap. The non-smoking room was still smoked.

Challenging to find the shuttle but all good once we found the right info desk (close to gate 42 exit terminal 2) very comfortable stay. Be prepared for a more Chinese breakfast...western options limited and not great. Great restaurant for dinner with menu in English nearby.

По-английски не разговаривают совсем. Несмотря на подтвержденную бронь, вещи, оставленные в этом отеле на хранение за неделю и устное предупреждение, что приеду поздно, меня не заселили, сказав, что номеров нет. И отправили поискать свободные номера в других отелях.

Персонал помог найти соседнюю гостиницу, где есть свободные номера - но при заселении в полночь -1.5 часа сна при необходимости подъёма не позже 7 - более чем чувствительно...

Не заселили ночью несмотря не бронь - сказали, что свободных номеров нет, а данная бронь была аннулированна из-за отсутствия оплаты (хотя была указана опция "оплата при заезде")

We hadden gevraagd of het mogelijk was om tussen 5 en 6 AM In te checken . Het was toegezegd dat dit mogelijk was. Bij aankomst echter bleek van niet en duurde het lange tijd voordat we een kamer toegewezen kregen.
