細かいことを言えば、TVのリモコンが立ててあるアクリルケースの底部分に埃た少し汚れがあった。

ルームチェンジした際ベッドサイズが小さいサイズだった。 結局また部屋を変えてもらったが、予約時の条件を確認せずに変更されたのは残念だった。

セミダブルだったのでタオルが2人分ありました。 連泊だったので、2日目は足拭きマットだけでよいとお伝えしましたが、全部、準備されていました。 エコを意識していたので、「あらまあ」という感じでした。

Reviewed Aug 13, 20261人でしたがツインの広い部屋に泊まれゆっくりできました ホテルの前にバス停があり、便利でした。アーケードにも徒歩4半くらいで、買い物にも便利でした きれいな画面で、ネット経由で映画が楽しめました

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026感覺有歷史的飯店，床的軟硬度我很喜歡。 就房間數及飯店格局來看，一半以上都可以在房間內面看熊本城，沒有其他遮蔽物。 頂樓的餐廳晚上開放看熊本城到12點，有提供免費的飲料。
中央空調，所以只能調冷氣的強弱， 但房子的保冷(？)效果很不錯， 晚上關掉冷氣一整晚都不會悶熱。 但不排除一個人住，所以不會熱。 在4樓的洗衣間離電梯有點遠，有投幣式洗衣機2台。

割引で予約したが当日通常料金になっていた。 浴室の換気扇回らない。冷蔵庫動かなかった。 コインランドリー台数少なすぎ。駐車場の予約出来ないのはこのサイトだけ？

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026熊本城の目の前で、最上階のラウンジからは熊本城が見えます！夜はライトアップされてて、すっごく綺麗です😊 近くの商店街にも歩いて行けて、夜は近くのセンベロ横丁や、ラーメンで締めることもできます♥ ４連泊しましたが、快適でした！ シャンプースタンドもあり、いろんなシャンプーを試せて良かったです✨️

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026いつもお特に宿泊させて頂きます。今回は事前予約で駐車場も確保してくださいましたので、とってもスムーズな現地入りができました。飲みものサービスも最高。「熊本行きが決まったらホテルはココ。」と決めています！またよろしくお願いします。
しいて言うなら、スタッフさんの対応に差がある事。前回泊まった際に超塩対応（しかも言葉使いが友達か？と思う位のレベル）だったので、少し心配しましたが、今回の宿泊は皆さん親切でホッとしました。

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026飯店離交通中樞有點距離，走路約7~10分鐘可以到達路面電車的站點，到繁榮好逛的下通商店街也差不多這個距離，不過飯店大門前就有公車站，且離熊本城很近，如果是想眺望欣賞熊本城、不介意走點路搭車的話非常推薦！ 一人房型在日本算是很夠用，五五雙開大行李箱可以完全攤開不擋走道；飯店一樓能自取多種洗髮精和潤髮乳，還有一間免費的漫畫室，頂樓餐廳可以眺望熊本城，晚上不營業時可自由進入使用空間，還提供免費飲料很讚。
飯店附近沒有便利商店，如果想吃點小東西要記得先順路買回來。 洗衣機間沒有換幣機，所以如果到洗衣機間才發現零錢不夠的話，要走過整條走廊再搭電梯到大廳換錢。 晚上頂樓的自由空間不能帶外食，有點可惜。

Room was outdated. Fixtures were old. Clothes line was broken. Holes in the walls of the room that have not been repaired.
