The company staff weren't easy to contact, took ages to answer any questions. Electricity went off 3 times rang the emergency contact number one night the Electricity went off & the Emergency number couldn't contact anyone so why give an emergency number. This was very badly handled. No apologies which I found extremely rude. Half the jets were not working in the Hot Tub & it wasn't very warm & you get charged €50 for this.

Reviewed Dec 11, 2025Clean, modern, and spacious accommodation. A christmas tree and decor was tastefully put up when we arrived. It was a nice touch which speaks volumes on the level of detail that the property owner has done to make its guests feel welcomed.
Insufficient bath soap, lack of kitchen cleaning equipment (i.e. sponge, paper towels, etc.).

There is a garage on the property with a door that leads to inside the flat. We did not have the key for this door and we did not feel very safe knowing that there was an access to the property over which we had no control. The property has noise control tech fitted which sent us text message alerts when the noise levels were deemed excessive, and this happened twice when we were having a conversation around the dinner table, and around the sofa, while someone in a bedroom could not hear the noise.

Reviewed Apr 10, 2025The apartment itself was clean, well equipped and the beds comfortable, it was self check in so there won’t be a Donegal welcome in case you are expecting one. You will need to supply copy of either drivers license or passport and bank details in advance so they can hold €100. Also on departure you will get instructions as to the keys/bins/leave towels in bathroom floor and they will give you a nice review..Should it not be the other way about? We checked out 5th April. I contacted them on Monday 7th about deposit and they said they would release it. It’s now 10th and still no sign their reply was we released it (two days after departure near in mind) that issue was my bank. If it’s such a concern about damage then come and meet the guests upon check in&check out.

An airfryier would of been good and a new frying pan as badly scored . pity as the pans are great pans but guests must of used knifes instead of plastic spatulas. a very small complaint and did not spoil our time away. will go back asap.

Our only concern was the cleanliness of the hot tub. There was white things at the bottom that looked like pebbles and the water itself before the bubbles were turned on looked slightly cloudy as if dirty. Other than this we really enjoyed the property.

Reviewed Sep 25, 2024Surprisingly amazing place: super clean, huge apartment!!, all the ameneties (dishwasher, wash machine etc). Super comfy beds! The view is amazing! Location is easy to find. It’s absolutely great. Great value for money for one night last minute on a road trip.
Only comment: you have to put your bank info online as an extra warranty even if you book via booking. Also, the jacuzzi comes at extra cost.
