Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le personnel est vraiment très gentil, sympathique et serviable. L’ambiance est chaleureuse et familiale, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Une très belle expérience, au top et excellente ! Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Très mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel. Des suppléments non annoncés ont été demandés une fois sur place. Les chambres sont très sombres, avec une luminosité insuffisante, et la propreté laisse à désirer (sol poussiéreux). L’accueil est inexistant et le personnel n’est ni professionnel ni accueillant. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

Mooie plek, direct aan de rand van de woestijn. Gezellige ‘restaurant’ om rustig te zitten, een boekje te lezen of gewoon wat te eten natuurlijk. Heerlijk zwembad om lekker af te koelen in deze warme omgeving.

Als je alleen wilt overnachten en niet aan andere activiteiten wil deelnemen, dan wordt dit wel erg actief gepromoot door de eigenaar.

Waterdruk van de douche was laag maar je wil in de woestijn zijn of niet hè.

Excelente sitio para pasar el día. Unas vistas a las dunas desde la piscina impresionantes. El personal majos todos te ofrecen el té de bienvenida.

Emplacement incroyable!!! C'est un Pied à terre parfait pour une immersion dans les dunes de Merzouga. Si comme nous vous avez du mal à démêler votre séjour aux portes des dunes, optez sans souci pour un séjour aux roses des dunes, d'où vous pourrez réserver une nuit dans un camp dans les dunes (à faire une nuit pour l'expérience, mais cet hôtel se suffit largement à lui même pour vivre une expérience pleine à Merzouga).

Approche un peu trop commerciale des gérants, mais l'emplacement vaut vraiment le coup 👊 👊 👊

Wunderschöne Anlage mit tollem Pool .Es lohnt sich sehr dort am Abend zu essen, die kochen sehr lecker. Das Frühstückbuffet ist zwar sehr groß, besteht aber zu 90 Prozent aus süßem Zeug...na ja typisch marokkanisch.

Am ajuns seara, destul de târziu, 21.30. Am solicitat un late check out pentru a doua zi,, dar nu a fost posibil. Am apreciat ca ne-au lăsat sa stam la piscină pana la plecarea în deșert. Piscina este frumoasa, are priveliște spre deșert. Apa era curata, saltele pe șezlonguri, dușuri și toalete.

Încă de când am ajuns personalul a fost foarte rece cu noi. Ne-au întrebat dacă vrem sa facem ceva excursii cu ei, dar noi deja aveam plătit ceva în deșert, probabil de aici și lipsa de ospitalitate din partea lor. Am cerut ceva de mâncare pentru cina, 3 meniuri: supa, oua fierte, pâine, omleta, măsline și ceai, 24 de euro. Nu s-a părut mult, dar am apreciat ca au pregătit ceva pentru noi la ora aceea, 22.00. Camerele NU SUNT asa cum apar în poze, au plase de țânțari, dar camerele sunt pline de muște și țânțari. Geamurile murdare, prizele nu sunt toate funcționale, oglinda de la baie era murdara, lipsește lenjeria de pe pilotă, mirosul din camera și baie este greu de suportat, mucegai, urina... Micul dejun a fost ok, fetele de masă erau murdare.

Le fait d'être vis à vis immediat des dunes de sable , une piscine de rêve en plein Sahara, les repas sont bon à prix très raisonnable, le petit déj est copieux et varié, le personnel est très accueillant..!!!

Les moustiques sont vraiment dérangeantes..!!! C'est le seul vrai problème..!!

Wo soll ich da anfangen. Es war nicht sauber die Bettwäsche war dreckig. Das Badezimmer war sehr schlimm, es hat richtig nach Abfluss gerochen und nicht sauber.

Wat geweldige plek. Je loopt zo de woestijn in. Echt bijzonder. Heerlijk zwembad. Het eten was goed. Kamelen rit en 4wd tour vanuit het hotel gedaan. Misschien ergens anders wat goedkoper maar was er goed. Ook heel flexibel in de tijden. Zeker aan te raden. Vriendelijke mensen en relaxed.

Prachtige lokatie direct aan de duinen, fantastisch zwembad waar je heerlijk kan chillen. Relaxte plek en prachtige schone kamers.

Geen top douche maar dat kun je ook eigenlijk niet verwachten als je in de dessert bent...

J'ai passé un sejour incroyable grace à l'equipe des roses des dunes : Les dames vous préparent des superbes plat minutes Mustapha le patron qui est au petit soin avec vous, un accueil et d'une hospitalité incroyable Naima e Mustapha , Ismael sont a 300% sur tous les fronts, en cuisine , à l'accueil,à l'entretien de la piscine pour que vous vous sentez le mieux possible. Toujours souriant et disponible Mille merci pour votre gentillesse et pour tous vos efforts au quotidien. On vous preparent des plats delicieux frais authentiques, vous ne manquez de rien Top Top service Quad buggy et 4× 4 en locations à des prix super intéressants Il y'a un lac dsrji avec des flamingo et des oiseaux. Balade en 🐫 avec des prix raisonnables et familial. C'est mon 2ieme séjour

Location is superb - the back of the hotel opens right onto the edge of the dunes and you can just walk out onto the sand. The pool is lovely and has a beautiful view. They put us in rooms next to each other as requested. We were offered a choice of floor. Breakfast was nice, typical of other places (buffet of breads, pastries, jams, eggs and freshly made omelettes).

We got a bit of a hard sell upon arrival wanting us to take their tours, camel rides etc.

We had a really nice stay at this hotel. It’s perfectly located close to the sands of Merzouga, which made everything super convenient. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit. The breakfast was good with a varied buffet. Overall, a great experience!

La limpieza podría ser mejor.

Der Pool und die Aussicht waren nice. Die Unterkunft war direkt an den Dünen und man konnte von dort aus gemütlich durch die Dünen laufen. Das Frühstück war auch gut. Die Zimmer waren in Ordnung für marokkanische Verhältnisse.

Das Bad hat gestunken, war optisch nicht ansprechend und heruntergekommen.

El baño. Aunque estaba limpio, hemos tenido problemas de olores. La ducha mejorable, no tenía soporte orientable.

Hotel au pied des dunes avec une belle piscine, une belle salle à manger

The location - it is just at the edge of the dunes and you can wonder off straight from the hotel to the dunes. The view from the roof top was beautiful.

The bathroom was cold and miserable, there was no shower cabin, just a big space with shower head. Towel hooks were not holding. It was quite disappointing as for a so claimed 4 or 5 star hotel. Food was quite average. Payment was accepted only in cash.

Séjour exceptionnel ! Personnel au petit soin, à l’écoute. Propose de belles activités (chameau, bivouac, buggy etc…). Mustapha est très compétant et au petit soin. D’autant plus que l’hôtel se situe dans un magnifique cadre, avec la piscine qui rafraîchit. On reviendra ! Je recommande fortement cet établissement si vous voulez passer des vacances parfaites.

Location, this is honestly the only good thing about it. Oh maybe the parking as well, but that's not unique for Merzouga. Everywhere has plenty of parking

This is now known as La Rose de Sables on Google Maps In the 'would I stay there again' test. I wouldn't stay there again. For context, I've travelled Morocco, North and West Africa significantly. This is far from my first time in the Sahara. My expectations are pretty low to begin The place has so much potential. But poor attitude, bad management and what appears to be a lack of pride fail it miserably. The location is superb for the dunes. You can literally walk out on to them. There's several terraces you could happily sit on and enjoy the view. But they are filthy and have zero furniture. The rooms are spacious, and everything somewhat works. But everywhere you look there is a lack of maintenance and care. See the photos of the numerous fixings that are hanging on by very little and wiring hanging out. All bodge jobs. It feels 80% complete and then they quit at that point as the the surface looks ok to them For example. Although spacious, the rooms have bare minimum furniture. There's nowhere to hang a jacket, store your clothes etc. So you have to use the chairs, but then you cannot sit. Or you put stuff on the floor. The aircon (heat for us) was weak, underpowered and kept breaking down. There was a set of tools by the aircon unit on the roof (see pic). So it's clearly an issue. In a two night stay, they had to fix it 4 times. The last time, we gave up with it as it only partially working and making a huge noise. Every time, they tried to blame us saying we'd played with the settings. There was never even a hint of an apology. Very much a 'your problem' attitude. The tools would indicate this is a known issue and they're sick of fixing it I cannot imagine how hot it would get in warmer months! For us, it was 8 degrees at night, so not terrible with blankets, but still cold and unpleasant. More examples are theres no bathroom shelf to put toothbrushes on. They provide sachets of shampoo, but no shower gel.

Escolhemos este hotel como destino final da nossa viagem à descoberta do Sul de Marrocos e não podíamos ter escolhido melhor. As pessoas são fantásticas, a comida é caseira, abundante e saborosa... os quartos são amplos e exóticos. A piscina é deliciosa. E a vista direta para as dunas é a cereja em cima do bolo. Foram as fotos mais bonitas da nossa viagem. Pedimos ao Mustafa que nos proporcionasse um passeio de camelo e de 4x4. Ele tratou de tudo. Foi fantástico. Ideal para estadias de 2 ou mais noites para desfrutar do deserto com calma...

L’hotel è in un’ottima posizione, la piscina è ai piedi delle dune.Gli ambienti sono comodi e confortevoli la cucina è ottima. Il manager Mustapha è molto simpatico e professionale. Ha organizzato per noi quod, gita in cammello e notte nel deserto, tutte ottime esperienze.

Quando siamo arrivati siamo rimasti un pò stupidi: dentro non c'erano auto parcheggiate, girando intorno siamo arrivati al camping e non era chiaro dove andare (eravamo anche un pò stanchi del viaggio, siamo entrati nella struttura e sembrava quasi che per loro fosse strano che fossimo arrivati li), ci ha dato l' impressione che fosse una struttura un pò abbandonata, comunque ci hanno accompagnato alla nostra stanza (ottima), io ho lasciato il bagaglio e sono andato a fare subito una passeggiata sulle dune. E' semplicemente fantastico camminare 2 minuti ed essere sulle dune. Il mattino ci hanno servito una colazione eccezionale tutto molto buono e molto abbondante (io in genere finisco tutto, in questo caso non è stato possibile con quella colazione avremmo potuto mangiare in 6 invece che in due)

Il wifi in camera è basso come segnale, comunque se si scende sotto raggiunge buoni livelli (o anche al primo piano ma vicino alla scala per scendere)

Prachtig zo direct aan de woestijn, mooi zwembad, grote ruime kamer, aardig personeel dat alles super snel voor je regelde. Activiteiten ook gemakkelijk te boeken vanuit hun.

De douche was vrij matig, maar wij waren er een nacht dus dan is dat geen probleem.

We kwamen aan het begin van de avond aan (rond 19.00 uur) en werden hartelijk ontvangen met een kopje thee en een prachtig uitzicht over de woestijn – die letterlijk voor de deur ligt. Na zo’n lange reis hadden we geen puf meer om nog op zoek te gaan naar een restaurant, maar dat bleek ook helemaal niet nodig: het eten hier was fantastisch.

Onze airco deed het in eerste instantie niet, maar dit hebben ze met man en macht nog om 22u geregeld.

De locatie! Zo met het zwembad met uitzicht op de woestijn. We moesten elkaar soms even knijpen of het geen droom was. En de host was ook super! Hele vriendelijke man met fijn ontvangst.

Ne vous attendez pas à un hôtel conq étoiles colle annoncé sur Booking. On est très loin du compte. Explication : à notre arrivée vers 12h30, j'ai commencé par chercher la réception. Il n'y en à pas! Propriétaire trouvé, je demande à pouvoir prendre le déjeuner. À ma surprise, il n'est pas possible de déjeuner à l'hôtel. Ceci est indigne d'un 5 étoiles. Bref, je dois reprendre la voiture pour aller déjeuner. A mon retour, je prends possession de la chambre. Elle est grande mais manque cruellement d'équipements. Une petite fenêtre donne une légère lumière et la lampe au plafond n'éclaire pas assez pour pouvoir lire! Le soir, pour le dîner, deux choix: tajine de poulet ou de kefta... Rien de plus. En entrée, on le sert une salade avec du fromage coulant dessus alors que j'ai bien précisé être allergique au lactose. Je demande un justificatif d' orange pressé...et on le sert un justificatif industriel. Bref, à part pour la piscine et l'emplacement, je ne vois pas de raison de rester ici. Passez votre chemin.

Merzouga çölüne çok yakın bir lokasyonda yer alıyor. İyi şekilde karşılandık ve manzarası gerçekten harikaydı.

Havuz girilemez halde. Su çok kirli. Oda içindeki çarşaf ve yastık kılıfları da çok temiz değildi. Kahvaltısında hiç çeşit yok ve olanlar da bizi pek memnun etmedi.

Te intentan timar con los precios en el hotel, buscar las actividades por internet que os salen más baratas, el 4x4 bastante más barato.

La struttura è molto ben tenuta e le camere sono spaziose. Il bagno è molto grande. La cena ottima (a bordo piscina) e la colazione buona. Il personale è stato molto accogliente e parlano tutti inglese. La piscina bella e con vista sulle dune (ci hanno pure portato in omaggio una spremuta d'arancia a bordo piscina!). Assolutamente consigliato il giro in quad, veramente divertente (1 quad per due persone per un'ora ci è costato 60€). Se avessimo avuto più tempo avremmo fatto anche un altro giro.

I letti non erano molto comodi.

El Hotel esta muy bien ubicado con una vista privilegiada a la duna mas grande de Erg Chebbi. El personal muy amable, la cena estuvo riquísima y el desayuno también y ademas de una excelente piscina para refrescarse del calor.

Ein Highlight war der Pool. Besonders gut hat uns aber die freundliche Art und die Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals gefallen. Wir mussten auf Grund einer langen Fahrt früher das Hotel verlassen. Es war überhaupt kein Problem. Auch das Frühstück konnten wir vor der ursprünglichen Zeit bekommen und das Frühstück war eine große Auswahl an sehr leckeren Sachen, wirklich sehr gut! Rundum eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit sehr nettem Personal.
