Nice interior. Loved the balcony! Super easy and clear information about the access to property. Wonderful mall cross the road. Huge kids playground nearby.

Loud traffic noises. Very hot inside (25-27) degrees inside with sunny day. Better blackout curtains woud be a good investment!

L'appartement est globalement bien équipé et la literie est d'une qualité assez correcte. Le grand point fort de l'emplacement est sa proximité immédiate avec un grand centre commercial situé juste en face, ce qui est très pratique.

C'est malheureusement le gros point noir du séjour. L'appartement souffre d'un véritable effet de serre et retient énormément la chaleur. La climatisation est beaucoup trop faible, ce qui rend les nuits particulièrement étouffantes et très chaudes. De plus, les rideaux ne sont pas opaques : la lumière entre très tôt le matin, ce qui perturbe le sommeil, d'autant plus que les nuits sont déjà difficiles. Enfin, l'emplacement est tout de même assez éloigné du centre-ville à pied.

Die Lage war ausgezeichnet. Die "Mall of Tripla" liegt auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite und bietet alle notwendigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants und Cafes. Das Einkaufszentrum geht in den Verkehrsknotenpunkt / Bahnhof Pasila / Böle über, von wo aus man innerhalb von 5 Minuten den Hauptbahnhof Helsinki erreicht, in dessen unmittelbarer Nähe alle größere Sehenswürdigkeiten liegen. Es fährt alle paar Minuten eine Bahn. Bleibt man über einen längeren Zeitraum in Helsinki, lohnt es sich auch bei nur einer Hin- und Rückfahrt täglich, das Tagesticket Preisstufe AB zu kaufen, weil der Rabatt um so größer wird, je mehr Tage am Stück man auf einmal bucht. Zu Fuß erreichten wir nach ca. 25 Minuten das Freibad, in dem die olympischen Spiele 1952 ausgetragen wurden. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und gut für 3 oder 4 Personen geeignet. Im Bad gab es ausreichend Fläche, damit man sich als Familie ausbreiten konnte. Waschmaschine und Trockner waren vorhanden und bei einem 2wöchigem Aufenthalt auch sinnvoll. Obwohl direkt vor dem Haus eine Straßenbahnlinie verläuft, sind wir davon nachts nicht gestört worden, weil die Wohnung durch doppelte Fenster schallisoliert ist. Die Internetanbindung war schnell genug für Video-Streaming, ca. 90 MBIt/s. Der elektronische Zugangskode funktionierte bei der Anreise zunächst nicht, als wir über den Innenhof hineinzukommen versuchten. Uns wurde jedoch schnell telefonisch weitergeholfen, und der Zugang von der Straßenseite neben dem Friseur empfohlen, wo alles funktionierte. Am nächsten Morgen trafen wir Handwerker, die bereits die Schließanlage zum Innenhof reparierten.

Handfeger und Kehrblech wären praktischer gewesen als der zweite Staubsauger. Es gab nur einen einzigen Eßlöffel bei den Küchenutensilien. Eines der Schlafzimmer ließ sich nicht komplett verdunkeln, weil der Vorhang nicht breit genug war. Es wäre praktisch gewesen, wenn das Schneidbrett nicht nur A5-Größe gehabt hätte. Ein Teil des Geschirrs und Bestecks war nur unzureichend gereinigt. Z.B. fanden wir eine Tasse, die ordentlich in den Küchenschrank zurückgestellt worden war, aber in der mittlerweile ausgehärteter loser Zucker aufbewahrt wurde. Ich hätte erwartet, daß dies bei der vorherigen Endreinigung aufgefallen wäre.

1) mahtava sijainti (rautatieasema, Tripla, Veikkaus areena) 2) hyvä parveke: lähes kesäinen terassi, jossa voi syödä illallista tai juoda kahvia ) 3) tilava ja mukava sänky ) 4) sopiva perheelle tai pienelle 4-5 hengen ryhmälle

Muutamista pienistä puutteista huolimatta asunto jätti hyvän vaikutuksen ja luultavasti palaisimme sinne takaisin

Hyvät kulkuyhteydet. Yhteydenpito sujuvaa. Helppo sisäänkirjautuminen. Asunnossa kaikki tarpeellinen ruuan laittoon, pyykkäämiseen. Hiljainen ja rauhallinen sijainti.

Hieman epäsiisti. Levitettävässä vuodesohvassa ilmeisesti iso virtsa läikkä. Osa astioista tahraisia ja murusia välinelaatikossa.

Great location for the expo centre and next to a big mall with plenty of amenities like a supermarket, restaurants and shops.

Todella ala-arvoista toimintaa, viesteihin ei vastattu. Kämppä oli likainen ja tupakka tuoksui voimakkaasti parvekkeella.

Astiat likaisia ja muutenkin epäsiisti asunto.

Astianpesukone haisi todella pahalle, olisiko unohtunut siivilöiden puhdistukset ja koneen pesu.

Sijainti on loistava, viihtyisä huoneisto, hinnaltaan erittäin hyvä ja henkilökunnan ohjeistus oli loistavaa.

Siisteys (uunipellit todella likaisia. Lusikoita oli vain 1 kpl ja puukkoja/leikkuu veitsiä ei yhtään. Kuivausrummun nukkasihti oli puhdistamatta ja vesisäiliö täysi. Pesukoneen pesu/huuhteluaine lokerikko likainen.

Sijainti oli erinomainen Triplan läheisyydessä. Siisti keittiö ja kylpyhuone. Julkiset kulkivat hyvin.

Paistinpannu kaipaa päivittämistä, eikä keittiövarusteissa ollut laisinkaan ruoanlaittoon tarkoitettua keittiöveistä.

The host was very kind and helpful; we loved the accommodation. It was perfect, with a great location and easy access to everything. It has a city view, and there is also a shopping mall. We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to come back in the future. I would also recommend this apartment to my friends and anyone planning to visit Finland 🇫🇮 🥰. It is a great apartment.

This room is just one stop from Helsinki Central Station, at Pasila, only a few minutes’ walk from a big shopping mall where you can find everything. Having dinner on the balcony while watching the sunset was truly a lovely experience.

There were many long black hairs on the pillows and in each room. Dust had accumulated in the corners, and the filter of the dryer had clearly not been cleaned for some time. Even the empty sections of the cupboard were dusty, suggesting they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Some used dishes had also been left. When I contacted the owner, they assured me that the apartment had been cleaned before check-in, but the overall quality of the cleaning seemed poor. The owner said they would make sure this would not happen again, but you should make sure whether the cleaning has actually improved.

A relação qualidade-preço é excelente. Não fica mesmo no centro, mas é muito rápido lá chegar, uma vez que Pasila é a última paragem de comboio antes da estação central de Helsínquia (também há tram e autocarro à porta de casa). Acresce que a estação de comboios fica no Tripla, um excelente Shopping, ao lado do apartamento, que tem rigorosamente de tudo (incluindo a loja do estado onde se compram as bebidas alcoólicas 😉). A varanda do apartamento (protegida por vidro) é um “must” ao fim da tarde, excelente para relaxar depois de um dia a calcorrear a cidade.

Não há nada a dizer de negativo. É um daqueles raros casos em que tudo fica em sintonia: o equipamento, o espaço e a localização do apartamento. Perfeito!

The location of this listing is spectacular, especially if you are attending an event at the conference center. It is a short walk from the train which will take you to the airport, all around Helsinki, and even to the ferry ports for other destinations. There is a shopping mall and grocery store right across the street so you do not need to worry about groceries. The apartment has a wonderful glassed in porch to enjoy a cup of coffee at the start of the day and a glass of wine at the end of the day. The host was very responsive when we had a question.

The clean can be improved (drawers, cupboard)

The location was great and the building modern. Despite the heading suggesting it is three bedrooms, it is not. It is two bedrooms.

It was very small. One room in particular you could nearly get between the wall and the bed and there was no room for suitcases.

Whole room is large and plenty of space especially living room and bathroom. There are also washing machine and drying machine.

- Master bedroom is large. But guest bedroom is too narrow. - Garbage room is far and difficult to find. There were 2 garbage rooms.

Perfectly located when visiting HUS rehab centre which is 15min walk. The place is very clean, modern and fully equipped with anything you may need. I booked last minute already on site and did not miss anything during my stay. The owner is very nice and responsive in case of need. Highly recommended and very good valur for the money

The instructions for disposing of garbage could be clearer.

No invoice received for the amount paid, despite of repeated requests. Ridiculous.

This apartment is well equiped and situated in a very good location near Pasila station and Tripla mall. With two bedrooms it was perfect for work trip. Key system is very handy and communication with owner was easy. It was clean and very peaceful.

The ventilation system is loud, but no problem with earplugs. In the other bedroom only one blackout curtain was not enough.
