Sunway Grid Loft Suite by Nest Home【Olympic Size Pool】

Excellent location, very clean, kids loved it! The whole property was very clean and bright, it’s also near Big Box and some other eateries. The room itself was great! Very clean, with clean beds and sufficient crockery too. Even had a water filter for drinking water. We all loved it!

All was good! Slide is a little steep so just be careful when kids go down.

The place is clean comfy and cozy

位置方便

有看到小蟑螂

Good amenities, location to food and Sunway mall. There is a water dispenser for hot and cold water.

The towels smelt of cigarette smoke smell. I contacted the host and got a fast response to replace the towels with fresher ones. The rain shower was also low and a tall family member kept on bumping into it when showering. Pillows in the main room was quite hard.

Love everything about this stay. For its price, the space was clean and spacious. This is not our first stay at Sunway Grid. We have stayed in other rooms and have engaged other hosts. But so far this host shows compassion and answers all our enquiries promptly. She even gave us time grace and guided us patiently when we had issues with the washing machine upon checking out . Service and room was worth every penny.

it is clean

the photos showing slides and games ball pit are all not true. There is no such facilities when i booked and the staff said i chose this apartment but i follow the photos and booked. There was no change of towel. The toilet rolls only provided one, thin ply also. But it is pricey which i would not chose if i had not seen the slides photos. So the photos are there to mislead you to book it.

Kids love the place!

Cleanliness can be further improved

Amenities, cleanliness and smart home

None

Loft space is comfortable Hairdryer was powerful

Shampoo and body wash was low quality so had to bring our own No hand towels

My kids love the slides in the room. Room was clean and well maintained.

Nothing.

My child loved the slide and ball pit! The apartment was very clean.

But we saw a baby cockroach that ran behind the fridge. The pair of scissors in the kitchen had oily chilli stains.

Sumpah the best wei sebab memg bersih gilaaa, ad a heater mesin periuk nasi dapur gas semua laaa, aircond bestt, semuanyaaa best sangat mat

Takde , semua perfectooo

The room was clean n beds comfy

Clean sheets and towels, easy access

Has a washer and dryer but theres no detergent provided.

The kids were well entertained by the features within the house and it’s very well equipped with the things we need for a stay. The photos shown are also accurate to real life. Overall, clear instructions given on how to access the unit :)

The toilet takes a while to dry out and the water pressure is slightly lower than ideal.

It's within walking distance to Sunway bigbox.

The facility informed that they will send check in instructions before 10.30am on the day of arrival, I received the check in instructions at 2.30pm , check in time is 3pm. The dryer function of the washing machine is not working, the water tank of the water purification system is yellowish, we bought mineral water for consumption instead

Clean and conducive

The bed is too small. Though it’s a large bed but it’s still on the smaller side.

Always choose to stay in Johor Bahru with NestHome because their service is consistently excellent. The unit is very clean, neat, and well-maintained. The environment feels safe and comfortable. The host is responsive and helpful throughout the stay. There are many convenient stores and food places nearby, which makes everything so easy. Definitely will stay again!

My child likes the slide, swing and monkey bar.

There’s a cockroach crawling in the bathroom. The floor of the whole unit was oily and slippery. Lots of hair under the comforter and very dusty on the top of bed. Host keep on messaging while we were packing up to leave and the house keeping also keep on ringing the bell. Very rude and feels like can’t wait to chase us away the moment we wake up the next day. Not a pleasant stay for the amount we paid. Sigh

The loft unit itself was clean & very nicely done upwith plenty of window alcove seating.. love the sofa bed in the living room where all 4 of us could actually cosy up in front of the telly which has Netflix. We did not include bf as there were many restaurants and cafes within walking distance, so the location was excellent from that point of view. It was also very close to the go-kart track which all of us went & had a great time. The facilities on the podium roof were also very new and well-maintained with security personnel doing their rounds.

As usual, it was tricky for us older guests to navigate the key collection from the locker. There were 4 of us, so the single toilet did posed a challenge in the morning.

because the house given is very clean and all the equipment is sufficient... even the cooking equipment is sufficient... I will come here again one day

Location very convenient. Easy to find the location . Safe to stay here.

Easy to check in. Filled in a google form and the security guard had to verify it. Then he opened the door lock to the mailroom, and I went in to open the letter box with the code to retrieve the keys to the apartment and the RFID card for the parking and the lift.

There was a lack of proper chairs in the room. Had to sit at the bay window or on the floor. Some foldable, foldaway chairs would be better for the whole experience. The top of the slide area did not have any ventilation, it was a bit warm for the kids who were at that particular area.

This was a very disappointing and stressful stay, especially for a family booking. The listing was misleading. The images showed kids’ play items and family-friendly facilities, none of which were actually available in the room. Although the booking was made for a family of 5 (including a senior citizen and a child), we were given two separate rooms on different floors (Level 20 and Level 25). This setup was completely impractical and unsafe for a family stay. Worse, access to the Level 25 room was denied, making that room unusable. Despite reporting this immediately and providing video proof, we were still charged the full amount. The property staff offered no real assistance, repeatedly stating that it was a “self check-in” and leaving us to troubleshoot access issues ourselves beyond midnight and they sounded VERY ROBOTIC on calls, available only on WhatsApp calls/ texts and No direct calls. Adding to the situation, we found cockroaches in the kitchen, which raises serious hygiene concerns. Overall, the lack of support, misleading information, inaccessible room, and poor hygiene made this a very unpleasant experience. I would strongly advise families, especially those traveling with seniors or children, to be extremely cautious before booking this property.

The interior is nice and very aesthetically appealing.

It would be great to place laundry basket for a better organisation.

Fast responsible host

a lot hair at the floor

Kids like the slide room

Book 3 rooms (2 slide room, 1 normal room), but was given 3 slide room in my booking app, thought it was free upgrade. However, on my arriving day, was told that there’s water leakage on one of my slide room. Call and check, I was told that I only booked 2 slide room and 1 normal room, there’s error in my booking app. So what’s the water leakage about? Apparently they just want to take away the free upgrade room. Huge disappointment to the kids for the room change. Furthermore, late check in (1 hour later) to one of my room.

Convenient, near big box and citrine mall. beautiful home.

Nothing.

Clean, staff were helpful, responsive. There's much to do around the airbnb

Nothing it was great

Location

The pictures provided an impression that the rooms would be child-friendly, with a rock-climbing wall, slide, and games. However, once you come to select, you have to be extra careful; otherwise, you will end up getting a small apartment. We booked two apartments. One of the rooms in one apartment lacked a fan or air conditioning, and in another apartment, there was no water dispenser. There is only one toilet in the apartment. The price is too high for a small unit. Not recommended for a family.

Location and the layout of the unit. Water dispenser and hair dryer is best .

The shampoo... otherwise everything is great

My kids like the playground in the room. Can't stop running and slide down the slide.

The owner should provide smaller pod to cook noodles or soup for family need to cook their kids.

"A new experience for me and my family here. The facilities provided are quite complete, and the program arranged is easy to understand."

The building guard’s instructions were quite confusing for first-time visitors, causing them to ask several other people for help.

Everything. The place is like GSC Play+. There's slide, projector for night movies, climbing area. The ++ is the game console, puzzles and even the kitchen has kids utensils. All in and perfect for family stay.

The only downside is there is only 1 toilet and at level 1. So if you're having 2 families over, abit of sharing and waiting required.

Love the location, quiet yet safe. The stay was just right next to a huge mall and a huge starbucks at the other side. I would say this location is very convenient, especially for family with kids! The checkin/checkout was also effortlessly seamless! The team also very responsive in whatsapp. We will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The game console was a bonus for my boys.

Nothing!

The cleanliness and slides!

The availability of only 1 toilet, and one of the top level switches is at the TV area at level 1

Superb location near Big Box, the unit was extremely kids friendly and well maintained - they totally loved the slide and theme room, the infinity pool was wonderful, had Netflix available.

Our carpark was “hijacked” by an unknown car for one day causing inconvenience and so we had to park at the visitor lot.

Clean, comfortable and close to all amenities.

-One of the room doesn’t have an aircon or fan and gets a bit stuffy to sleep. -only 1 access card -beds were a bit soft and can feel the spring

Clean, comfortable and close to all amenities. Most importantly everyone had fun on the slide. Will definitely rebook again.

Only 1 access card which is inconvenient to go out.

Sunway Grid exceeded our expectations, with a super clean room and good location to the Big Box shopping centre. The playground, swimming pool and gym were located on a sky deck, so the adults could relax while the kids have fun.

Nothing!

Highly recommended. Very clean. Spacious. Comfortable bed. Room has everything we need for the stay. Detailed and clear instructions for check-in and check-out. Prompt replies over text. Room photos on booking page are accurate. Thank you very much :)

Property is clean and spacious. Cozy and comfortable.

Limited kopitiam nearby. Would not really recommend if you have kids as the loft upstairs window can be open which could be quite dangerous for small kids.

The suite was immaculate and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms that relaxed our stay. It is also very kid-friendly, which makes it easy and enjoyable for our family. The staff was helpful and welcoming. Overall, it is an excellent choice for families looking for comfort and convenience 👍🏻

Amazing experience. Slide with ball pit and the arcade console were the best.

Nothing

地点位置不错 两边都有吃的地方，周边玩玩都不算远

床太软，明显的弹簧感觉，是不太习惯

Great location and just 8min drive to Legoland. Sunway Big Box just 3min drive away. There is a convenience store ( Family Mart ) at the nearby petrol station. Walkable distance. Overall this unit is consider great and value for money.

Nothing is serious about the whole unit. Just the toilet bidet hose is leaking each we use it. The A/C is not that cooling. These issues are easily to fix by the host.

Check-in was quick and the instructions given were clear. The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable and spacious. Appliances and furniture were well-maintained. Our family of five had a good night's rest in their comfortable rooms. Highly recommend!

The place was very clean and cozy, location was great and my kids had alot of fun playing with the slide in the room.

None

The slide

Walking distance to the nearest shopping mall. Spacious and clean apartment.

One of the non-aircon room is quite stuffy at night, even with fan full blast.

Clean and spacious room with amenities suitable for our family of 4! The kids had a blast and enjoyed the mini playground.

The soft toys, while the kids love them, look a little worse for wear with dark patches on them. I would sanitise or wash them before letting your kids play with them. Hdmi cable for arcade machine can be longer so the kids won't need to sit at the TV console.

Suitable for family

Should install another mirror apart form the toilet

Good location

Nil

The property feels new and super clean. My kids have loads of fun with the slide and the mini arcade game. It has facilities such as infinity pool and playground too.

Nil.

Very clean apartment and staff is very prompt in their reply. The fan wasn’t working and after texting them, they came to repair it within 15min. Look exactly like the photo.

The hdmi cable to the playstation is too short. Will be great if it have a 5min wire so that we can sit further from tv to play.

Location is great.

Swimming pool is a bit dirty.

My overall experience was fantastic! The kids absolutely loved the rooms especially the slide, and the self-check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow—I had no issues or restrictions during the check-in process.

The only feedback I have is that the room type and photos shown at the time of booking differed from what I received upon check-in. It wasn’t a major issue for me, but it might be helpful to review the room mapping and distribution to prevent any confusion for future guests.

I don’t know

Safety of ball pit more balls and foam

The slide and thing thing next to window

The safety not very safe

Very clean and convenient

No coffee and some basic like washing detergent (washing machine)

Booked a snowy slide room for the kids to enjoy after our long trip back from KL, and I have no regrets even if the price is little steep for a homestay. My 6 year old and 3 year old loved the ballpit and slide. They only took a break for sleeping and continued with the slides the moment they woke up. My eldest son loved the nets and lounged in it the whole day. The housekeeping was immaculate, and the room, toilets, and everything were very clean and tidy.

Nothing. Would be great if the water dispenser also had cold water. But Family Mart is just across the street, so it wasn't too much of a trouble.

We had a wonderful stay at Sunway Grid in Iskandar Puteri. The location is superb — walking distance to Sunway Big Box Retail Park, BookXcess, and plenty of food options. The unit was clean, modern, and had a great view. It’s quiet at night, and the security is reassuring. Perfect for families with kids looking to explore nearby attractions like Legoland and Puteri Harbour. Will definitely return!

The room is clean and spacious

The place is clean and convenient.

Place is clean and very new. Well maintained. Easy to get by even with public transportation. Checking in and out was a breeze. Children loved the loft bed. Room is well lit and bright. Pool is also clean.

No tissue papers or kitchen papers around. Only toilet roll. There is a washing machine/dryer, however no laundry detergent or softener provided. Host shld add these too.
