Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt! Das Hotel war sehr sauber, das Personal super freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen war sehr lecker und das Frühstück einfach mega – eine tolle Auswahl und alles sehr frisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Absolut empfehlenswert 😊

Ontbijt en avondmaal was heerlijk met keuze voor iedereen. Ook het jausen was meer dan voortreffelijk. Ondanks het hotel langs een weg ligt is, is het zeer rustig gelegen. Het hotel is zeer net en mooi gedecoreerd. Heel mooi binnen- en buitenzwembad en gezellige ruime sauna's. Tal van wandelingen mogelijk, kabelbaan tegenover het hotel, of je neemt de (gratis) bus naar een andere locatie.

Een koelkastje op de kamer had de kamer perfect gemaakt.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit im Alois. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und umsorgt. Das Hotel, Spa und Pool sind sehr gepflegt und lassen keine Wünsche offen. Frühstück, Nachmittagsjause und Abendessen waren reichhaltig und sehr fein. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Alois ist außergewöhnlich und wird durch den Zusammenhalt der Familie getragen. Alle sind sehr freundlich und immer um ihre Gäste bemüht! Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer, super leckeres Essen und haben ganz besonders den großen Außenpool genossen!

Ontzettend vriendelijk personeel. Uitgebreid en erg lekker ontbijt. Diner was goed verzorgd en iedere dag divers.

A peu pres tout et pourtant je suis exigente. Personnel, equipement, proprete,,gastronomie, au top. Il y regne une atmosphere tranquille, bienveillante, familiale. On se sent comme dans un cocon. On peut vraiment deconnecter et se faire chouchouter.

Si vraiment je dois trouver qq chose a dire: un minibar dans la chambre serait bienvenu.

Ein sehr freundliches und familiär geführtes Hotel mit einer angenehmen Atmosphäre. Der Spa-Bereich ist hervorragend. Die Lage ist ideal und das Essen war ausgezeichnet. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Einzigartiges Essen, tolles Personal und sauberer, moderner Wellnessbereich. Direkt gegenüber liegt die Eggalm Bahn, perfekt für Wanderungen

Das Frühstück ist der Wahnsinn und auch der Wellnessbereich ist wunderschön. Tolle Lage und das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich.

Ein kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre vor allem jetzt im Sommer super.

I can really tell that the staff at this hotel care about every guest. The view is breathtaking, the pool is amazing, and both dinner and breakfast are absolutely outstanding.

Sehr freundlichste Personal und tolle Küche ! Schöner neuer Wellness Bereich. Die Nachmittagsjause auch von sehr guter Qualität. Late Check out ohne Aufpreis! Der Senior Chef hat mit seiner Familie und Mitarbeiter ein tolles Hotel aufgebaut.

Einige Eltern nehmen es mit der Erziehung der Kinder nicht ganz so streng. Klar müssen Kinder spielen und toben. Aber einige peitschen sie richtig auf. Dafür kann das Hotel aber nichts und soll die Bewertung nicht schmälern.

The breakfast menu is fabulously good. All the products are of exceptional quality, and the menu covers all categories of items, from baked goods, types of meat, varieties of cheeses and dairy, natural juices, a wide variety of fruits, etc. Moreover, you can order customized omelettes, and they were excellently cooked. The location is delightful, and the view from the restaurant was excellent. As for dinner, rarely have I eaten so well at a ski resort. Every evening I dined there and each night the food pleasantly surprised me. Impressive quality!! And again, the service was impeccable. I was also very pleased that one evening they had an artistic program. And the most important think ever: thepeople who work here radiate a high level of hospitality and kindness — I was welcomed warmly at every turn. The reception team was fantastic, assisting me with professionalism and discretion, and made my stay genuinely easier. And the spa... simply amazing — a place of soothing beauty, perfect for reconnecting with yourself. Thank you to the entire team for the wonderful moments and sincere care. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

I liked everything about this hotel... absolutely everything. The only thing I didn't like was my own doing: that I stayed for far too short a time — only 5 days. Such a lovely place. I will be back at this hotel soon!

Essen hervorragend, hatten Halbpension. Wellnessbereich und Aussenpool Top ! Skifahren am Gletscher einfach traumhaft .

Doppelzimmer Elsa war in Ordnung, nur Bad dürfte ein bisschen größer sein. Leider kein Boxspringbett .

Very kind and attentive staff, superb food, great wellness facilities.

Room was a bit small for three of us, but hey, we spent very little time there and most of that in our beds.

Easy to walk around and find what you’re looking for.

The outside swimming pool was ……. for swimming, not a hot pool to relax (what I expected). The temperature of the water was 26-28 degrees and far from the sauna to use it for chilling out after that.

Heerlijk verwenhotel met alle comfort en heerlijk eten. Buitenzwembad was heerlijk na het wandelen en skieen, gevolgd door zalig diner.

Het bed was wat zacht voor ons. Bij het uitchechen kregen we het advies om dat volgende keer te zeggen, de matrassen kunnen blijkbaar omgedraaid worden.

Приятен хотел, с вежлив персонал и ново спа.

Стаята която бяхме запазили беше различна от тази която ни дадоха. Нашата не беше от реновираните. Вътре имаше постоянна странна миризма която не изчезваше. Ние бяхме с малко кученце за което платихме по 30 евро на ден. Отказаха да почистят стаята докато кучето беше вътре и ние бяхме на ски. Трябваше да си останем в хотела за да се случи почистване. Гардероба за ските е отделен от този за обувките, в четири звезден хотел никой не ни помогна с багажа нито на настаняване нито на напускане.

Over decade we are coming back to stay at hotel Das Alois as much as possible every year in winter or in summer time. Services, hospitality, gastronomy level, family approach to customers were as always exceptional. On top of this, spa premises after reconstruction are really amazing !

Tolle Lage, Blick vom Zimmer direkt auf den Gletscher, modern ausgestattete Zimmer, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, Mittag- und Abendessen (immer mehrere Wahlmöglichkeiten), Außen- und Innenpool sind sehr schön ausgestattet, Sauna, Whirlpool, Dampfbad, ... Bushaltestelle in der Nähe des Hotels.

איזה שירות !! יוצא דופן בכל קנה מידה. מעבר למקצועות יש חביבות אמיתית, עוטפים את האורחים בהרבה חום . משהו באמת מיוחד. המלון יפה, החדרים מאד נעימים ומפנקים, אחהצ יש בופה קטן לנוחיות האורחים וארוחות הערב מורכבות מ 5 מנות מפנקות. מושלם

טמפרטורות המים בבריכות קרה מידי בעינינו ועומדת על 30 מעלות. לא מפנק להכנס ביום קר. המיקום מעט מרוחק ויש לקחת את זה בחשבון כתלות בתוכניות.

Sehr gut ausgestattes Hotel. Besonders toll ist die Saunalandschaft und der Außenpool besonders (Innenpool gibt es auch). Aber auch Restaurantbereich und das Frühstück sind hervorragend. Zimmer war prima. Dazu gibt es Zusatzangebote an Unternehmungen, an denen ich leider nicht groß teilgenommen habe aus Gründen auch, die mir nicht gefallen haben - siehe Frage, was mir nicht gefallen hat. Lage ist prima, da man von hier aus gleich zur Eggalmbahn kommt (2 Minuten) und zum Bus sowie Dorfzentrum. Wanderungen kann man von hier aus starten oder mit Bus fahren Stück und dann dort loslaufen oder mit Seilbahnen in höhere Gefilde, wie nach Hintertux zum Gletscher natürlich. Hotel bietet sehr viele Angebote.

Leider wurde ich vom Personal (2 Damen anfangs) nicht so sehr auf die Möglichkeiten der Unternehmungen aufmerksam gemacht, sodass ich es anfangs nicht richtig mitbekommen habe. Auch vermisste ich einen Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer.

A holiday in das Alois is simply a holiday you dreamt of. Everything is fantastic, starting from accomodation through wellness to catering. I have never ever eaten so well prepared food and have not experienced such a caring attitude of all the personnel of the hotel as here (special greetings to Czech waiters Stani and his woman partner). ...And the every evening tradition brought by the founder of this all, Mr Alois (who is over 90 years old) consisting in interviewing the guests in person how they are is just moving. Including the evening he came to sing traditional Tyrolean songs to the guests. Incredible. I am very happy I was there at the time I could meet and get to know him. To sum it up, in das Alois you will feel like at home and the ski possibilities which are withing walking distance just magnify all the good sensations. You will never make a mistake when booking a holiday in das Alois and I would like to express my warm thanks to everyone taking part in this incredible family business.

Everything was truly amazing

The Wi-Fi is a bit slow and disconnecting from time to time

the pool outside and the SPA area were excellent. The breakfast is worth repeating, every morning.

interestingly, there is no fridge in the 4 start hotel rooms. There must be a reason for that.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us. Using our hire car we were only a short ride away from the Hinter tux glacier ski lifts. This friendly, family run hotel provides exceptional food throughout the day with a comprehensive and healthy breakfast, a buffet in the afternoon of both savoury and sweet snacks, ending with a 5 course evening meal with plenty of choice. We greatly appreciated the excellent facilities of the spa with both indoor and outdoor infinity pool.
