”Heimet” im Berner Oberland

It was very interesting to be on a military runway. It was also very convenient to have an electric charging station for the car.

Even though we kept all the doors closed, we had a problem with mosquitoes. Plus, there was a lot of flies due to it being a working farm.

This place is peace of heaven. beautiful view and mountains with waterfall! Feeling of village. I suggest this place to everyone for nice experience. Very very clean place! We meet the owner(manager) and they are very nice people and warm. We was lucky to see the F18 Takeoff and it was so cool. the military airport do not annoying at all. there is a plan when they flight and they do not disturb all day. in fact it is so fun to watch them so close! There is EV Charging station for electric cars, which is help to be ready for next trip. If I have another travel to Switzerland, I will book it again.

Everything was up to standard, we really liked the location. Max the host was very helpful with an issue that occured with our car he was flexible with checkout time

Die Unterkunft ist einzigartig: die traumhafte Aussicht auf die Berge inklusive Wasserfall. Im Vordergrund die grasenden Kühe und dahinter startet ein Flieger vom Militärflughafen. Wo bekommt man so etwas geboten? Mein Vater und ich waren so begeistert, dass wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen werden. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig, es fehlt an nichts. Für Kinder ist es ein Paradies und Erwachsene können dort wunderbar entspannen. Die große Balkonterrasse lädt dazu ein. Ich möchte noch erwähnen, dass die Unterkunft sehr zentral liegt: man ist schnell in Brienz, Grindelwald oder Meiringen. Max, unser Vermieter, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat unsere Ankunft sehr gut organisiert. An dieser Stelle noch einmal vielen Dank und Grüße an die Tochter.

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden!

Het uitzicht vanaf het balkon is prachtig. Het is erg ruim en heeft een echte duitse sfeer.

Het heeft wel een keer wat onderhoud nodig hier en daar. Zoals de horren. En de hoofdkussens hebben nauwelijks nog vulling. De afstandsbediening van het zonnescherm was nergens te bekennen. Wij vinden 1 setje handdoeken per persoon als je meer dan een week verblijft weinig. Op de foto s of in de tekst is nergens te zien of lezen dat het naast een vliegveldje zit en op het terrein zit met een koeien boerderij. Militairen oefenen vanuit hier. Dus dit kan veel lawaai veroorzaken met opstijgen. Dit is wel hooguit 2 keer per dag. Door de koeien steeds heel veel vliegen in het huisje.

Very spacious apartment, especially for only 2 people. We particularly loved the beautiful outlook the sunny balcony and rural location….the cows just below were fascinating. Great wi fi, great parking, good instructions and very easy access using photos from the host and lock box. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and furniture. Great position for visiting Jungfrau, Grindelwald, and other spectacular attractions but great to leave the crowds behind afterwards.

The apartment was perfectly clean but unfortunately we could not score 10 because we had to re wash 2 pans and a fair amount of cutlery before use. (Probably just an over loaded dishwasher) Value for money is a difficult issue to score, we are currently staying in our 9 th property on this journey and Unterbach was twice the price of a lovely 2 bed property close to the Großglockner Road in Austria. Having said that the Unterbach property probably was excellent value for its own region.

Love the location - when you come out to the balcony, you see mountains and snow! Max our host answered all questions promptly. The property and location were fantastic! It had all the amenities we needed. We were on the first floor and it has 2 bathrooms/toilets. The host had beautifully made the beds, kept towels and bottles of water for our arrival!

Location and space

Check in and check out timing, too late and too early. But the manager was a nice person to adjust it a bit. The cleaning staff was not polite.

الكوخ جيد وله تفاصيل جيدة مطل الكوخ ممتاز على شلال وجبال جميلة

دخلت الكوخ وبقيت ساعتين تقريبا لتنظيفه من الذباب الذي كان موجود بالعشرات اذا ماكانت بالمئات والمؤسف انني عندما تواصلت مع المالك لحل هذه المشكلة واخبرته انه من المفترض ان استلم الكوخ نظيفا رد علي بعبارة Hi there التي لا تنم عن احترام واخبرني بأن هذا شي طبيعي وان بيته مليئ بها طبعا من الاشياء التي لم تذكر في وصف المنزل انه ملاصق لحظيرة ابقار طبعا ما يحتاج اقولكم عن الروائح الغير مرغوب فيها والتي ايضا لم يتجاوب المالك معي في ذلك الصالة بدون ستاير يعني لا يوجد خصوصية ابدا والنوم في النور مستحيل وبعد طلبي من المالك وضع الستاير قال الصور في بوكينق بدون ستاير مذكور ان هناك دراجات هوائية ولكن غير موجودة بصراحة وحتى اكون مفيد في تعليقي لان من قبلي لم يذكر ذلك وانا استأجرت بناء على تعليقاتهم اقول وبكل صراحة هناك خيارات اكثر روعة واقل سعر وملاك افضل تعاملا والمؤسف ايضا انني عندما اخبرت بوكينق الذي من المفترض ان يحمي حقي وانا عميل مميز عندهم واخبروني ان كل ذلك لا يستدعي تعويضا

Room with a lot of good stuff for kids!

A lot of flies as it’s nearby the farm and also mosquitos, my son got quite a few bites.

I would love to recommend this house! It is nice, cozy, clean, well-organized, and in a great location. A big hug to Max for his kindness, warm welcome, and great advice. I will definitely be back again and again!

Fits a family with children or a group of friends. The kitchen was big and well equipped (knives could be sharper). We spent most of our time there cooking and eating. To sleep, we had three rooms which fit two people each and two bathrooms. Overall, it's big and cozy at the same time. Would definitely come back again.

Just keep in mind that the beds in the children's room are not long enough to fit a tall adult. If you're tall, be prepared to sleep curled up.

Overall very peaceful, quiet, comfortable, family friendly stay this winter. The host went above and beyond to meet all our expectations. Very child friendly, cosy space with outdoor playground. Kids went gaga in their bedroom with so many toys and books. TV had complimentary cable channels and Netflix. Kitchen fully loaded which was awesome and coffee machine with excess coffee pods was perfect. Check-in instructions were accurate. Special thanks to Max for taking care of all our needs. Would highly recommend the place.

Spacious with fully equipped kitchen just like home! Quiet n peaceful environment.

It was a good place to stay surrounding wih nature and farm. Complete equiptment wih large family room and have 2 bathrooms.

It is best if you bring your own car, if not you have to walk on high way street.

The location is picture perfect, This is a family type appartment, well apointed and very comfortable all you need for a great stay. Well worth satying a few days

Location is limited. You can't walk through the farm Smell of the cows' house that beside the residence Time between the check-in time and check out is short.

Very spacious and clean house with full amenities (kitchenware, bath, and lots of toys & board games for kids) You can see the mountains and waterfalls from your balcony- amazing views Mornings, you see many cows coming out of the barn near to the house and enjoying the meadows. If you have a car, the location should not be an issue, 10 min drive to Brienz and 30-35 min to Interlaken.. The owner was always reachable and helpful

Everything, in real its look wow , from the apartment we can see a fall , which is fantastic, cows also. Private parking , room with games for kids , comfortable bed . 2 bathrooms .
