Utopia Villas - Ain Soukhna

Location was amazing

Cleaning of the villa was not good; 1 toilet flush was broken, while the other had problems; no open buffet breakfast as shown on their website; they should have come to clean the villa every day but I had to do it myself. Overall, not worth the money paid

The owner is very respectful

It did not worth value for money The staff had some unreasonable orders for accessing some areas.

Very good

Great location, directly at the beachfront. Very quiet and spacious villas in a small compound

مطل على البحر على طول وعندهم اسعافاتت ممتازه

تحتاج الاهتمام بالنظافه اكثر

The location of the villas is amazing, the beach is on the doorstep with beautiful views. Nice and easy to get to, no issues finding the place. The size of the villa is great, more than enough space for our family.

The villas are not maintained to a good standard. The only 'supermarket' onsite is rather sparse... literally only snacks, drinks and a few basics like washing powder etc. The 'restaurant' is actually only a kitchen with just a few items available to order from its vast menu. They refused payment by card and would only take cash. This wasn't mentioned before arrival so we only had enough cash with us for one family meal. There is no WiFi in the villa. The standard of cleaning is barely passable. The pool is beautiful with plenty of seating around for families. It is, however, in disrepair with lights hanging off the surround and bare wires exposed in the water. There were lots of things wrong within the villa that Mr Osama very kindly offered to have fixed for us but, in reality, it would have taken longer than our term of stay to rectify so we decided to go back home. He did offer for us to transfer to another villa but by that point we were just too tired and grumpy and just needed to be home where we could relax. All in all, it was a nice day out but I wouldn't recommend staying there with children.

Very quiet 🤫, peaceful ✌️

The villa was really nice. Thank you very much to Amr, the lovely staff member who has assisted us throughout our stay. Villa facing the private beach

. Even though we arrive 20 minutes after the check-in time, the property was still being cleaned. It seems that the cleaning was rushed. There was a little leak in the bathroom

Nice place, an oasis in the desert with number of plants and flowers. Spacious new two stories villas well decorated and equipped. Private sand beach, pool, warm sea. Very friendly and helpful stuff, quickly reacting on all you need to feel comfortable.

Infrastructure around, but if you have a car you can reach everything you need within 20 km distance.

Prillient Stay ,Spectacular view ,Calm & relaxation , nice Staff, Magnificent Property. Full privacy and safety. very clean and cozy. Special Food Service variety to choose what you need to be done on spot. I do recommend it for Familiars and Couples " Honeymooners".
