Cleanliness, higyne and food quality. Bedsheets and towels were not cleaned and torn out.

The hotel’s location was convenient with direct access to the river—unfortunately, that was the only highlight of the stay.

The food options were very limited and available only during a limited window. Cleanliness across food, utensils, and the dining area was below expectations. Staff behavior came across as rude, and there was no designated parking space within the hotel premises. Overall, the setup seems more suitable for solo travelers or bachelors rather than families.

Receptionist was very rude and didn’t know how to talk to their customers. Place was too dark and smelly. They didn’t give my advance back after I refused to stay.. extremely poor place to stay.

Cleanliness and hygiene of Resturant over there . Too many flies at restaurant . Even bathroom did not have wiper to wipe the floor or napkins for washing face.

Nothing about the property and the staff was likable.

1. I did not get the room as shown in the photos. 2. They gave a shitty smelling room. 3. The bedsheets, pillow covers were really really dirty. 3. The bathroom wall was mould infested. 4. The staff were rude and misbehaved (especially the receptionist) and did not listen to any of our requests to change the sheets and covers. He rather said "Sir saare chaadar aise hi hote hain oil ke daag lage hue". 5.I told them that the light in the room is broken if they can do something about it. And they said "Sir light aise hi hai kisi ne kabhi complain nahi kiya aap hi kar rhe complain." 6. Breakfast was horrible. Poha was stale as of one day stale. Same about the bread sandwich Might sound like I am on purposefully defaming this property but honestly do not choose this property if you don't want to ruin your vacation. I am putting some photos I could take
