Reviewed Jun 1, 2026Cambiamos de casa porque estaban haciendo el cordón cuneta, la calle era de tierra y estaba anunciado lluvia, pero el dueño nos ofreció otra que estaba en una avenida. Era tan linda como la que contratamos por booking. Quedamos muy agradecidos por todo.

La casa es sumamente cómoda para un grupo familiar grande. No está ubicada en pleno centro, lo que brinda mucha tranquilidad al momento de descansar. Excelente!!! Volveremos sin ninguna duda.

Reviewed Jun 10, 2024I've been to Puerto Iguazu more than a dozen times and this was, hands down, the best place I ever stayed in. The house is really cute with trendy decor, the bathrooms and bedrooms are spacious, the kitchen and living room are fully equipped, and there is a large backyard and a great open space on the front. Everything is clean as well. Nicolás, the host, is very pleasant and helpful. The location is about a mile from downtown, so it's better suited for people with cars or who enjoy walking, but you won't find a place like this close to the city center, so it's well worth the trade off. Also, it's a really silent and peaceful neighborhood. And there's a good mini market just one block away. I definitely recommend Nicolás place.

Reviewed Jan 7, 2024The house is exactly as pictured, with a large enclosed parking space, good kitchen, two full bathrooms and three bedrooms. The living space was very comfortable and nicely decorated (and air conditioned which was very necessary). The two bathrooms are a pleasant surprise, but do not have a shower curtain, so it was hard to keep the bathroom from getting wet after showering. We enjoyed staying there!
The upstairs shower has very low water pressure. Note that the location is on a unpaved small road that is probably best if you have a rental car to be able to explore the Iguazu Falls or to head to town to eat or buy groceries (it's close by car, but not really by walking). Power outages happen randomly, but it's not the problem of this property, it probably happens all around the town. Both upstairs bedrooms are air conditioned, but the third one downstairs is not (but has a fan).
