Reviewed Jul 20, 2026來劍橋那麼多次，少說一年住個三次，卻遇上超雷的事情。 半夜兩點入住501，沒窗戶就算了房間內還是管道間，重點「霉味超級重」，冷氣怎麼打都沒用，服務員很熱心的幫忙處理但卻沒房間可換，還得半夜在外面等臭氧處理，我房內還有一面超大的管道間木櫃????? 一間飯店台南還兩間分店，真的得好好管理一下品質，不然招待朋友的興致都沒有了。 更: 飯店服務人員早上表達歉意後並補上小禮物與退款500， 請飯店設備給點力，設備可以避免的事還讓櫃台人員變成只能道歉的工具。
