The location is amazing. We saw crabs in the water. The beach is golden in the evening. The rooms are spacious and clean. The view was great. The sound of the waves at night is loud and calming. The staff is very warm and polite. Rohit was extremely reliable for any help. Had a good time. I just felt that it’s too pricey.

Отдыхали в этом отеле в мае 2026 года. Место расположение отличное, снимали бунгало на первой линии, утром открываешь глаза, а за тулью волны и океан! Эта картинка надолго запомнится)! Номер просторный. Кровать удобная и очень большая. Уборка и смена белья и полотенец ежедневно. Персонал отличный. Завтраки на выбор нормальные. При заказе блюда из меню приносили в номер в течение 15 минут, готовят вкусно, но даже при неоднократной просьбе «not spicy,» были острые блюда.

Не было горячей воды. Очень много ворон-воровок, нельзя ничего оставлять на улице!

Very good property, size, proximity to the beach etc was nice.

The toiletries provided at the hotel was not that great but not a deal breaker. I recommend taking your own shower gel and shampoo.

Good property by Agonda Beach. The room was spacious and the staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The bathroom & toilet could use some maintenance work, and their internal coordination can be improved as there was some confusion regarding our booking at the time of check-in and the inclusive breakfast later next morning. Apart from these minor issues, we had a pleasant stay overall.

Just at the beach, that is the best part. Food at beach resturant was good.

Vibe is not that great. Average facilities. Felt overpriced in March for the facility and vibe of the property. Need renovation. Not too bad too as you may not find many good price sensitive beach resort on agonda beach.

The bathroom was basic, and the finishes were poorly executed. The wall needed a clean up

The staff at the bar on the beach were so so friendly and nice, amazing with my toddler! The staff at reception were so friendly too, nothing was too much trouble. The cleaners, especially the guy were always so so happy and he made the day great with him big smile. The huts are right on the beach so you have your own private beach not crowded at all, the breckfast is good. Very clean rooms. Worth the money :)

The sheets were very old , rough on your skin and towels the same . No bathrobes , poor quality toiletries and inadequate drink supplies . Room needs to be thoroughly cleaned

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und angenehm.

Dieses Resort war extrem überteuert, das Preis Leistungsverhältnis war äusserst schlecht um diesen Preis bekomme ich in fast allen Eurppäischen Ländern eine deutlich bessere Unterkunft. Die Betten waren extrem hart. Das Frühstück das Dürftigste seit wir in Indien sind (fast 2 Monate).

Location was perfect. Room was great with beautiful view from patio. Staff were very nice and helpful.

Electricity stability remains an issue, although no long outages. My room had a patio, which had no shade during the hottest hours of the day, so outside seating was impossible. Relatively expensive compared to other stays in the neighborhood although the room was worth more

Loved rhe large sea view room, which gad it's own sitting area with beach chairs. We also thought service and food for in the restaurant was fantastic.

Our cabin/room was actually located at one of their satellite places further along the beach Racha Hotel (we were told about this in advance). The upstairs room turned out to be amazing…fantastic privacy and balcony. The staff really looked after us and the Artisan Bistro staff and food were awesome.

Had a wonderful stay here. The property is right next to the sea with a beautiful, clean beach just steps away. The rooms and surroundings are very clean and well maintained. The food was excellent — fresh, tasty, and hygienic. The staff provided the best service, always helpful, polite, and quick to assist. There was good fun and a relaxed vibe throughout the stay, making it perfect for both couples and families. Overall, a perfect place to enjoy Goa with great views, great food, and top-class hospitality. Highly recommended!

Die grundsätzliche Lage am Agonda Beach ist sehr schön und die bauliche Grundsubstanz der Bungalows lässt das ursprüngliche Potenzial eines Rückzugsortes erahnen. Die bauliche Qualität der Bungalows entsprach oberflächlich den Erwartungen, verlor jedoch durch die irreführende Darstellung der Umgebung im Gesamtkontext jeglichen Wert.

Mein Aufenthalt (geplant 6 Nächte, Abbruch nach nur 1 Nacht) war durch eine wesentliche Täuschung im Inserat geprägt. Statt der versprochenen Abgeschiedenheit befindet sich unmittelbar neben dem Bungalow ein öffentliches Restaurant. Die erhebliche Lärmbelästigung durch Gäste und Musik wird zusätzlich durch nächtliches Hundegebell (gegen 3 Uhr morgens) sowie krächzende Raben am Tag verstärkt. Systemisch fehlt jede Privatsphäre, weil der Weg vor der ‚privaten Terrasse‘ faktisch als ‚Service-Highway‘ für das Personal fungiert. Da die Küche räumlich vom Restaurant getrennt liegt, führt der ständige Laufweg der Mitarbeiter unmittelbar an der Terrasse vorbei.

Anlage und Zimmer entsprechen nicht den Erwartungen, Zimmer wirken lieblos eingerichtet, Betten und Kissen nicht sehr bequem, Die Handtücher waren zwar sauber, hatten jedoch einige Flecken, Dusche und Badezimmer kahl/unfertig, Internet funktioniert kaum ab nachmittags, abends laute Musik, Frühstücksangebot ist sehr schlicht. Insgesamt kein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis: Preis für die Leistung deutlich zu hoch, in benachbarten Resorts erhält man für den Preis deutlich bessere Unterkünfte, frühere sehr positive Bewertungen für uns schwer nachvollziehbar

Incredible beachfront location, clean and modern rooms with traditional feel, such friendly and helpful staff! They really were great- upgraded my room and brought fruit to my room as I was leaving too early to catch breakfast- thank you so much.

Some improvements: - bathroom and toilet should be cleaned to a higher standard - wifi didn’t connect majority of the time - air con didn’t work properly (?easily) but there was never really anyone at the desk to ask about it (and no wifi to send a message)

The only good thing about the property is that it’s beach faced.

The roofs were leaking and moreover, while they mention that they have complementary breakfast, once you go there, the staff tells you that you get to choose between a couple of options and rest items like juice, omelette etc comes at an additional charge.

The location is excellent... Right next to the beach amazing property. Friendly staff Amedha , Rohit and Amit.... On time excellent service.

Excellent location with bungalows and restaurant right on the beach. The bungalows are wooden huts and have a very rustic feel, very simply furnished. Staff is really friendly and helpful.

Especially the bathrooms as well as the comfort of the accomodation are in need of urgent improvement to justify the price per night.

Dream location. As if the ocean is right at your front yard. Big rooms and the plus is this property has a TV in the room. Wonderful staff. Special mention for Inder the caretaking staff and Amit the housekeeping staff. Delicious food. Definitely 9 out of 10.

The Location is too good. But the property facilities are not up to the mark for value of money we are paying. Can have more facilities. If it is renovated a bit more it would be excellent. Food is delicious. Friendly staff and house keeping. Enjoyed the vibe.

No extra facilities. No proper restaurant. No lock to the balcony door.

I had a more elaborate review written but the app crashed as I submitted. Perfect location, spacious rooms, great staff, nice and fresh food. Staff went out of the way to make us comfortable - even went on a bike to a further away store to buy diapers for the baby.

Health and safety wasn’t prioritised. Plug point came off the wall and revealed wiring behind. Wire connecting fan in verandah became loose and entangled in the fan while it was running. We turned it off immediately but If the wire had snapped it would have hurt one of us. The verandah had no railing - dangerous for us with a baby around or for someone walking distractedly. The steps and flooring in verandah was slippery and I fell. Could be tiles or more rough flooring as the rooms have direct access to beach.

The room spacing is good .

No items in the menu , construction is going on . This is not a place to experience in Goa . Other restaurants nearby offer good food in cheaper price . I won’t recommend this place

I loved the location.The beach was pristine, something which I was looking forward to ..the most.The food was excellent.The cuisine was mainly Continental and Euoropean.We loved the pasta,the porridge and the English breakfast.They mainly cater to foreigners so not many options for those craving for Indian food.The manager Mr.Roshan was very amiable and approachable.

The location is amazing! Looking out to one of the best beaches in South Goa which is immaculately clean. You are surrounded by fantastic shacks for dining and the staff were fantastic and couldn’t do enough for you.

Just a couple of small things - the bathrooms could have used a bit of tlc as the toilet seat was broken and they were quite basic but other than that, we loved our stay.

Rooms are very big so it’s very comfortable for a beach cottage if you’re looking for some space Balcony is huge and provides a panoramic sea view.

Bathrooms were functional and can be more luxurious

Location is unbeatable. The staff, particularly in the bar and housekeeping did an excellent job. Would have liked surface space in bathroom for toiletries. Very expensive. It has five star prices but lodges, although I’ve and functional are not luxurious.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The food was excellent, the staff was very friendly, and everything was spotlessly clean. The beach was also beautiful and perfect for relaxing. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back! Best regards, Sabi, Lisa, Alina & Kevin

Low maintenance, low vfm compared to other nearby places in agonda. Do not clean the room unless asked, not suitable for 150 usd/night

Cleanness of the room can be improved

The two best things about the property were the location and the room size. We had the panoramic ocean view rooms that were very large, were ocean front and had comfortable loungers at the sun deck and patio with each room. The Agonda Beach, of the best in Goa, was literally at a stone's throw.

They did not have a buffet breakfast spread but there were enough options to choose from. Food preparations were very good and the service was always prompt. Wine options were limited.

Such a great view from the room. AC worked well and a fridge was very welcome. The room was very clean, and the staff were outstanding.

The room is a little tired, with perhaps a little lack of maintenance. For example, the wood around the balcony would benefit from a sanding down and revarnish. But this is India, so this is perhaps a little picky!

Very helpful and friendly staff. With a smile in every situation. Accommodation, clean and as described. Location absolute top, right in the middle of the beach line on a lovely bay. Combined with the middle of the village itself, a perfect place to relax.

A little more variety in breakfasts by adding more vegetables and fruit. And coffee from the coffee machine.

Proximity to the beach

The cost of rooms was quite high compared to the rooms being offered. Though room was clean the amenities were rather basic. I would have expected better rooms and bathrooms for the amount bring charged. The beds were also quite hard and not as comfortable
