There is no clear sign outside that we were in the right hotel - conceiving because it was directly attached to the Wyndham hotel

Spacious appartement on a great location if you want to visit the casino's or MOA. Staff at the bar of the Wyndham hotel was really nice.

There was a power outage that latest from 3PM to past midnight on our 3rd night. There was no pro-actieve communication, but we did get a reply when texting the owner. Since we have a baby of 8 months with needed an aircon for her to sleep. So we moved at 11pm to a nearby hotel instead. Noted the owner of that, but no reply. I made a complain with booking.com servicedesk and they feed back they could not get to an agreement with the owner. They gave €10 compensation, the owner did nothing.

Location in the middle of no where. Dirty stuffy area. There's nothing luxurious from the out side. Inside ok looking better more luxurious nice polite staff . The room omg what a dump old dirty no power had to find power to turn on . Basically nothing in kitchen no coffee mugs two glasses one broken and the other lipstick over it .Just the basics no tea towel no soap wash no can opener bathrooms are untidy luke warm showers .air conditioner leaking in lounge .balcony dirty and uninviteing. And so over priced . Advertised as luxury hotel there's nothing luxurious here . I would seriously not recommend this place its false advertising once again border line scamming people selling them something that isn't true/real

Very noisy with highway just in front (and as you know muffer is facultative in Philippines) and train. One of our stay had one room with Air conditioning not working and a fan was proposed to compensate because unable to repair.

Again can’t comment on the room we were supposed to have but the other location I can comment it had cockroaches, no hand wash and shampoo and body wash. Car space we had to change every night, it was like musical chairs to get a spot, not sure why the unit does not have a dedicated parking space.Communication was poor - it was so so and at times no responsive and worried us if this was legit. The view was nice and that was it.

Das Rezeptionspersonal war nicht freundlich. Wir mussten lange aufs Zimmer warten und durften in der Zwischenzeit den Pool nicht benutzen. Zudem war es nicht sauber und die Betten wurden nicht neu bezogen, es war alles sehr zerknitter, als hätte schon jemand darin geschlafen. Standort war schwirig zu finden

The room was spacious

It was not enough to host 9 people. The extra beds were broken so was unable to use. There was a leak in the hot water valve on the en suite so unable to use the hot water for shower. There was not enough blankets for the remaining 7 guests. Only just the duvet on the 2 bedrooms. No iron/ironing board.

The apartment space suits a big family. The bldg security and staff are all very accommodating and polite. The air conditioner and water heater as well as water pressure are all great. Wifi connection is okay. Toiletries like shampoo, body wash and toothbrush were provided. 2 small water bottles were provided as well for free.

The location can be tricky even if pinned on maps. As the property is along the main road so it is easy to miss. All guests who visited got lost one way or the other. The apartment is enjoyably huge but not as clean as expected. It would have been better if a deep clean every time guests leave is done. I booked for 6 people and there are only 4 pillows with cases. I asked for extra pillow cases because there are extra pillows in the wardrobe and there was none, saying its sent for laundry. The extra bedspread in the wardrobe does not look clean as well, with stains, etc. The washing machine and another machine is there but are in Mandarin which proves difficult to use. Same with the sockets. Make sure to bring an international adaptor, this can be highly useful. Bring your utensils and kitchen whatnots if you plan to stay long term. The bathroom window were plastered with styro covers, and the towel racks were taped, which can confuse you if its safe to use or you might break it. Since the location is along the main road, you can hear the train and traffic, so if you are sensitive to noise, this can be a bit of a challenge. Five of us got sick after a day or two of checking out.

Near the airport. The place is layed out nicely. It was great for 6 people. More than that can be a problem. (We have 8 in our group.)

After reading from other guests that their original bookings got canceled due to property damage or issue- same thing happened to my booking. Check out is 11:00-11:30, but mind you by 11:01 people are already knocking on your door to leave.

The properly is well located near the airport and easy access. Beautiful neat rooms and on the top floor. Very clean and well maintained. We visited with a family of 5 and were very comfortable: we are extremely happy with our stay. The owner was great at communicating with us to make sure we had a wonderful stay.

"Luxury" is in the eye of the beholder, right? 😅 The property's just... standard. If this is luxury, I'm curious what they'd call "basic" 😂. Host might want to adjust their description. Disappointing experience. Property didn't match listing. Wrong address provided, size was way off (104 sqm vs <75 sqm), essentials missing, and mattresses were uncomfortable. 'Free pool access' meant swimming in algae 😷. Host made excuses about booking system. Not worth it.

The location was fantastic, with the added convenience of being within easy walking distance to Okada, making it very accessible for dining and entertainment. The staff at the reception were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made our stay more pleasant and comfortable

The air-conditioning in the lounge was leaking, and the air-conditioning in the main bedroom was not cooling properly. As a result, we had to change our plans and remain at the accommodation for half a day to accommodate repair technicians. Unfortunately, even after the visit, the air-conditioning in the main bedroom still did not effectively cool the room. The ensuite bathroom did not have a shower curtain, which meant we had to shower while kneeling in the bathtub to prevent water from splashing onto the floor. It also would have been helpful if bath mats had been provided. Overall, the accommodation was advertised as luxurious, but based on our experience, this did not fully align with the reality. That said, the location was fantastic.

Location was close to where we needed it

Wasn’t clean and poorly designed furniture carpet and drapes were wrong sizes with blocked drains and no hot water instructions to make work property owner promised a cleaner to attend and failed to do it,

We are here for a week. It was ok. The host/owner is kind. He also agreed to let us take our old room when we returned. The building is new but it is clean. We asked housekeeping after 3 days and they replaced all the beddings and towels. I am just looking for a clothesline.. 😆 so I can do laundry since there is a washing machine. but above all I will give a 10 to this location. Take note, it is close to the city of dreams.

I just hope that the hallways have aircon too.. 😅

The view from room 1809 is wonderful. The pool and the gym is good. Good place to stay with family. Safe parking for 200php per day. About 1km walk to shopping center.

Unfriendly receptionist. On going construction.

Good air conditioning, plenty of washrooms and plenty of seating.

Not enough towels, including hand towels. Nearby construction work going on. Blocked shower drain which made the washroom flood badly.

This is the second time we have returned to this hotel but this time with my husband for our honeymoon , Our room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The bed was particularly comfortable. The hotel's convenient location made it easy to explore the city, What an excellent and enjoyable stay! The combination of great location, responsive service, and a comfortable room made this a memorable retreat because besides being close to everything like the mall and airport. I felt like we were at home and that's what my husband want. and the host is very helpful when we have small requests and is very accommodating and friendly. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, always ready to help with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel for those who like the homey ambiance of the hotel.

Absolutely noisy. It’s the nosiest night in my life. I woke up at least 25 times throughout the whole night as there’s 0 sound proof and the main road is extremely noisy. Sleeping pill plus noise cancellation device still woke up tons of time

I had the worst stay ever!! I think the host is totally irresponsible and the property is shit. on the day I arrive, in the morning I received a WhatsApp message from the host informing me this property i booked is damaged & they will upgrade me to another better hotel which is at different location - bayshore 2, unit 6k. I saw the photo it looks bad but he assured me its much better and comes with a massage chair. I reluctantly accepted the change. when I arrive to check in, no proper info was given to me on how to check in. host only told me to look for the guard & share my name & unit. I thought he will give us the key but the guard know nothing. Luckily we have some local friends with us and manage to contact the host after a long time and only was told key is in the property. this is unacceptable. checked in, and many problems arise. 1) property is dirty, it felt like no one stayed before after renovation was done 2) everything is wrapped up, we have to find our own cable, extension and even set up the massage chair ourselves. 3) the lights & tv fuse suddenly burnt and we have to stay in the dark in the living room. 4) heater is not working!!! we had to take cold shower evryday 5) WiFi is not working!!! even they gave us the password (which was only given after our first night stay) , the modem is not even working overall, as a longtime customer of booking.com, I am utterly disappointed in this stay. I am questioning did booking.com actually properly verify the property. I am fortunate its only a 2 night stay. but this is unacceptable. thanks.

The room was lovely and large, the beds quite comfy, the air conditioning amazing and the location an easy walk to the City of Dreams casino and enormous Landmark shopping centre. Excellent value for money.

There was a leak during the typhoon through the window. They did want repair it during our stay but I felt it should’ve been done before our stat.

We were at the 18th floor and the lift got broken on the day we need to check out. No intercom to communicate with the reception. So we needed to carry our massive luggages from 18th floor down to ground floor using the stairs.

1 night stop, perfect apartment near the airport. The apartment is in a condo building. Receptionist was super nice to help us order food from Panda app and help us with luggage’s to the flat

The host and his assistant, Miss Mary were very accommodating. You can message them anytime and they will assist you immediately. The condominium building is new so the rooms, appliances and furniture are fairly new too. They have free wifi in the unit. I like the pool because there is a small area that is covered so if you do not want to swim under the sun then you can stay at the shaded area. It can be a bit warm in the morning until noon since the unit faces the morning sun, the aircon units in the living area and master bedroom have a hard time cooling the area. For your food, you may cook or order thru Grab and if you have a car you can drive around Edsa / Roxas Boulevard /Macapagal areas to buy food. There are no convenience stores or fastfoods within walking distance.

Didn’t get stay. But the owner or staff were kind enough to inform me that the place isn’t available on the day of check in.

I love the costumer service of the City of Bridge. Mary is very friendly and accommodating. I booked a stay twice in different occasions and unfortunately I forgot my iPad and my credit cards in those two different stays. When I lost my iPad. Mary found our email to notify us we forgot an iPad and we got it back at the earliest convenience. When I forgot my credit cards in my room, I was able to contact Mary right away and she was able to retrieve the lost items and I got them as soon as possible. I appreciate the honesty of Mary and the staff. Our rooms are very clean and the complimentary snacks and water bottles make traveling and staying a lot more manageable.

Tha place is beautiful and clean. They have different variety of drinks and snacks which you can consume, just don’t forget to pay! The unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living room is also equiped with AC!
