Belle villa, qui permet d'accéder à une plage privée quasiment déserte. La piscine est belle et propre et c'est très silencieux.

Just an absolute perfect place if you want to get away from the busy, tourist infested areas of Da Nang and Hoi An. A fantastic value for your money. The private swimming pool, beautiful beach, kitchen and laundry. Great for a family or group.

It was our third stay in this villa, it says everything. Great and comfortable place with big swimming pool and direct beach access 😎. Four independent on suite bedrooms and small kitchen ready to prepare your meals. Water filtering system has been fitted in the kitchen so you can enjoy tap water, no more plastic bottles! Host is very friendly, great communication from the moment you booked. Villa is about 15 minutes ride from Hoi An (£4-5 Grab) and 20 minutes from Da Nang. If you appreciate your privacy and hate fighting for sun bed early in the morning, you should visit the place. Thank you Phuong, we'll be back next year 😀

I hated the day when we had to leave 😪

Mình nghỉ lại 1 đêm sau đó ra Huế nghỉ lại 1 đêm. Vì quá tuyệt vời nên gd mình quyết định quay lại ở lại đây 1 đêm nữa sau đó mới đi về. Anh chủ quá thân thiện. Ở đây sạch sẽ phòng rộng thoải mái. Chill thật sự. Mọi người nên trải nghiệm thử ạ. Giá thành quá ok. Nếu có dịp mình nhất định sẽ quay lại.

This place is truly a piece of paradise. Beautiful property with lots of amenities. The private pool and gardens were especially stunning and it was so special waking up in a morning for a swim listening to the birds and the waves.

The villa is amazing and huge, it was like having a hotel all to ourselves! Absolute steal for the money! Will definitely return. The owner is easy to contact and was overall great! Thanks again, we had a fab time!!!

Nous avons adoré la maison ! Il s’agit de 4 chambres bien distinctes avec chacune leur propre salle de bain. Une terrasse sur pilotis qui permet d’avoir une vue sur la mer, un petit sentier qui mène à la mer, avec encore un petit lieu afin de se poser les pieds dans le sable. Une cuisine idéale pour manger sur place, la famille Pro et d’une gentillesse inégalable. Nous avons partagé un moment très convivial avec eux, lors du nouvel an lunaire.

Nous avons eu du mal à nous habituer au système de la douche, mais une fois qu’on le maîtrise pas de soucis. Un peu isolé si vous voulez faire des courses à pied il faut marcher 20 minutes mais cela ne ne nous a pas dérangé

Das ist eine sehr besondere Unterkunft. Bestens geeignet für Familien und Freundesgruppen. Es sind nur ein paar Meter zum Strand, an dem man bis auf ein paar Einheimische Fischer alleine und abseits des touristischen Rummels ist. Der private Pool ist sehr sauber und erfrischend. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, es gibt z.B. 2 Playstations und einen Tischkicker für die Regentage. Auch ein kleines Motorrad steht den Gästen kostenfrei zur Verfügung, weitere können problemlos günstig gemietet werden. Besonders erwähnenswert ist der extrem freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wir kamen am ersten Abend erst spät an, wurden aber schon von dem Gastgeber erwartet, der uns dann sofort eine umfangreiche Speisekarte von Restaurants in der Nähe vorlegte, aus der wir uns ein leckeres Abendessen zusammenstellen und liefern lassen konnten. In der Nachbarschaft lebt auch sein sehr netter Bruder, der ein Grab-Taxi betreibt und uns immer zuverlässig und günstig überall hingefahren und auch wieder abgeholt hat. Alles in allem ein toller, aber leider viel zu kurzer Aufenthalt.

This is a very special place. Phuong, the host, is lovely and so incredibly helpful. The beach is stunning, and we had it all to ourselves most days. The pool is incredible - i struggled to get kids out of it most days. The rooms are well appointed and spacious with great aircon. It's in a local area, so don't expect to be in the middle of the action, but that is exactly what we loved about it. We only had 5 nights but could easily have stayed longer. There's even a scooter to use if you want to pop out.

It wasn't a massive issue for us, but it is a grab ride to get to shops or food with a group so you just need to be aware of that.

Its uniqueness and pool located in the central courtyard with terrace above and beach directly out the back. It had everything that we needed. Our host was very attentive, kind and looked after us well, making sure we had everything we needed. This really made a difference.

A bit far from other places on foot but fast in a grab to Hoi A for anything you needed.

Прекрасная живописная вилла со своим выходом на пляж! Хороший чистый бассейн! Есть кухня и можно было готовить самим,а так же барбекю! Хозяин мистер Фуон нас встретил и обратно привез в аэропорт ( бесплатно) ,все вопросы и просьбы решал сразу! Мы обязательно вернемся сюда еще!

It feels like a home away from home. Wonderful pool with lights around and above. Plenty chairs, tables and benches. Direct beach access from the garden. Very private and fenced house. Each bedroom with private bathroom and entrance. Small kitchen with brand new microwave, electric oven and induction hob. Very supportive host with "no problem" attitude. It was our second stay and we will be back 😄

Spacious, well equipped, clean and do peaceful. We. Ould hear the waves crash and the birds singing! There was plenty of space and beds for large families.

We are renting this house not for the first time. A wonderful place with its own access to the sea, a swimming pool. The owners are very nice, they will always help. We really loved this place, we will come again. The service is at a high level!
