Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Prachtige locatie en appartement. Schoon, netjes, goed bed en alles wat je nodig hebt voor aangenaam verblijf. Met uitzicht over Trondheim. Warme ontvangst door gastheer.
Alleen een theedoek die ontbrak voor afwas die je even met de hand wilde doen.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026The space, the washing machine and getting washing dry in so little time. The view was lovely and the tram station very close. Everything was set up beautifully and the little tray of goodies a really nice touch
Bits of the property are looking a bit tired and having a toaster would be good. Whilst Hossein helped with advice for getting into Trondheim, having a travel guide in the apartment of what app to download, what zone you are in, which direction of travel on arrival to station, station name on front of tram, which buses to get, what station to get off at etc, would save so many questions and make it all so much easier.

Adorable - er nok en stor overdrivelse! Lejligheden er en kælderlejlighed. Adgang via en stejl udendørs trappe. Parkeringsplads, ikke for stationcars! Opvaskemaskine kunne ikke åbnes helt og det viste sig senere at den ikke virkede. Håndklæderne på badeværelset kunne slet ikke tørre!

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026房间很舒服，房东装饰得很漂亮。而且空间也比较大，独立的客餐厅、卧室，卫生间及厨房配置齐全，就像自己家里一样。还有宽阔的室外空间，走廊外还有一颗樱桃树，我们住的时候正好结了很多樱桃，我们摘了几颗尝了尝，虽然有点酸和涩，但是我们作为来旅游的外国人，有这样的体验感觉很棒。有车位方便停车
其实没有不满意的，如果硬要说一点的话就是我们住在下面那套房，停车后需要下走楼梯下去，搬运大行李会有点不方便。

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Τα πάντα ήταν υπέροχα! Το σπίτι ήταν φανταστικό και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και ο ιδιοκτήτης πάρα πολύ εξυπηρετικός, με σωστές και πολλές οδηγίες και μας είχε αφήσει και δωράκι καλωσορίσματος! Αν υπήρχε βαθμολογία 20, αυτήν θα έβαζα!

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit herrlichem Blick auf Trondheim. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Man kann gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nach Trondheim fahren. Über die Schokolade und die Fanta als Begrüßung haben wir uns gefreut.

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026Good location with a free private parking. Good and fast connection by tram with the city center (tram comes every 30 minutes, takes about 8 minutes to ILA Station). The apartment was big enough with everything that you need for a very nice stay (has internet connection and also multiple streaming channels). It is definitely a very good option for accommodation if you are visiting Trondheim. Trondheim is a very beautiful city and there are many things to visit.
The pillows were a bit too big and hard. :)

Einige Geschirrtücher würden den Abwasch erleichtern.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026Assez loin du centre ville, mais proche du tramway. l'appartement, bien que situé au sous-sol d'une villa, bénéficie d'un bon éclairage et d'une terrasse très agréable, une partie couverte en cas de pluie et une partie ouverte avec barbecue en cas de beau temps ! Très belle vue sur la ville et le fjord de Trondheim. Beaucoup de petites attentions du propriétaire (que nous n'avons pas vu mais qui a communiqué efficacement par mél). Bonne literie. Vraie cuisine. Une place de stationnement devant la maison. Pour une nuit c'est parfait, mais on peut rester plus longtemps.

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026Lett å finne fram. Godt utstyrt på kjøkkenet og stort bad. Følt oss veldig velkommen. Parkering er bra, men veldig trangt. Det gjeld heile gata.
Senga var veldig behagelig, men bråker noko forferdelig pga rammen som treng utskifting. I tillegg var den ganske høg så eg måte klatre. Trappa ned til inngangen er kjempe bratt og kan vere farleg vil eg tru om vinteren. Vanskeleg å navigere med koffert/bagasje.

Reviewed May 23, 2026Das Appartment ist sehr gut und liebevoll eingerichtet, hat eine wundervolle Aussicht und dIe Ausstattung ist überwiegend in sehr gutem Zustand. Die Gastgeber haben die Wohnung zudem mit kleinen persönlichen Nachrichten aufgewertet.
Nur absolute Kleinigkeiten: das Bett knarrt ein wenig, die Duschzelle hat ein paar Stellen und ist ein ganz kleines bisschen Dreck fand sich in der Küche unter dem Ofen. Das Kopfkissen war meiner Freundin zudem etwas zu dick. Wie man sieht: keine wirklichen Probleme. ;)

Апартаментът е достатъчно голям и удобен, напълно оборудван с кухня, всекидневна и баня с подово отопление. Спалнята е просторна и комфортна. Гледката към града е прекрасна. Има бърз Wi-Fi, добро отопление и като цяло всичко необходимо за приятен престой. Домакинът е изключително любезен.
Единственият недостатък е пътят до мястото – стръмен е и при заледяване е трудно или невъзможно да се стигне с автомобил с предно предаване. Първият ден не беше заледено и колата успя да вземе стръмния наклон, но следващите дни макар и след опесъчаване, не успяхме да се качим с нея до горе.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2025The appartment was set up lovingly with a lot of eye for detail. The host was friendly and responded quickly to our questions. On sunny days we enjoyed our breakfast in the morning sun on the porch, with a view of Trondheim. The apartment was easy to reach by tram, and for people enjoying hiking, there are several paths leaving at either end of the tramline. The bed is bigger than I thought based on the pictures, and the couch in the living room is fine for sleeping as well.
Some of the (kitchen)furniture appears a little bit worn out, but nothing serious and 1000% better than a sterile place without athmosphere (I do love those wooden scandinavian houses)

Reviewed Feb 23, 2025We really appreciated the warm welcome from our host (little post-it message with some chocolate and fruit)! They were also very kind regarding any questions. It was lovely decorated and clean. Public transport is near, it takes 20-30 minutes to go to the city centre and the Bymarka natural reserve by public transport. It has everything one needs for a nice and comfortable stay! Thanks again to our host!
Small suggestions to improve even further : - somewhere to hang the jackets in the winter at the entrance - some kitchen equipment could use a little upgrade (pan, microwave)

Reviewed Feb 14, 2025Totally exceeded my expectations. Really loved it. Was definitely the best value I've gotten for any accommodation. Cute and clean place with a great view. Bathroom with floor heating which helps a lot in the cold winter. Friendly and cool renter, he really makes you feel welcome with all the little gifts and notes as well. I'm definitely coming back here next time. If I could give it a higher rating I really would.
If there is one thing, it's that the pillows were a bit high and could get uncomfortable, but that is just a personal preference.

Reviewed Dec 28, 2024Everything about this place was great. From the welcoming note on the door, to the decorations in all the rooms, to the set dinner table in the living room. Sadly we only stayed for one day, But if we come back to Trondheim this will be the place. Highly recommended
The big Pillows in the Bed are kinda unnecessary, so maybe get rid of them. They take like half the bed and i cant imagine someone leaving them there.
