Very, very nice place. Ground floor of a local detached house on the slope of a fjord with a city view.

The internet was unavailable and the TV was disconnected. Overall, the parking fee was an unexpected surprise.

La chambre est grande Le prix Bien pour une nuit. Il faut prendre la voiture pour aller dans le centre mais ça on le savait

Le matelas a besoin d'être changé on s'enfonce dedans d'un côté . Le parking payant n'est pas du tout adapté pour plusieurs voitures. Si un part plus tôt vous devriez bougé votre voiture. Autant le faire gratuit

Jaettu huoneisto kauniilla ja rauhallisella omakotitaloalueella. Terassilta oli näkymä vuonolle ja vuorille. Huoneistosta löytyi kaikki tarpeellinen ja vähän enemmänkin, jos olisi tarvinnut (kahvi, tee, mausteita ..) Lähellä oli pari ravintolaa ja ruokakauppa ja viereisellä rannalla oli kiva ihailla valoisaa kesäiltaa ja katsella poroja niityllä. Isäntä oli ystävällinen ja kaikki toimi ilman yhteistä kieltäkin.

Propriétaire pas du tout aimable. Parking payant. pas d'autre endroit pour se garer. Manque de propreté couverts cuisine et salle de bain.

Квартира в частном доме с отдельным входом. Очень чистая. Общая гостиная, ванна и туалет совмещены. Все чисто и аккуратно. Кухня имеет все необходимое для готовки еды. Очень удобная кровать. Недалеко есть супермаркет.

Это не недостаток просто информация. Квартира за мостом ехать от аэропорта 15 минут автобусом.

Host was super friendly and offered Aurora and Sommarøy tours Room was clean and comfortable Towels were exchanged after a few days which was very kind

Molt simpàtics, faciliten informació sobre com arribar o tours disponibles. Sobretot cal remarcar que tenen molta cura de la neteja, de que no es molesti als companys de les altres habitacions i hi ha una cuina molt completa (nevera, fogons, cafetera, kettle, microones...)

Una mica apartat del centre però molt proper a l'aeroport.

Communication was excellent esp regarding access, directions to property. It was easy to get to on the bus and close to the airport, we had a really early departure the following morning. The room was spacious and clean and the bathroom was also spacious and clean. The other rooms that were occupied were quiet and respectful of each others space, although we were there less than 12 hours. Stay was convenient and comfortable for our needs.

The price is great in comparison with the other options, even if It's a 30-40 min bus ride till Tromsø city center. If you stay for 1 day, It's the perfect location since you can check in anytime (there are straight forward instructions) and enjoy more time doing activities. Also, you have only a 15-20 min bus ride till the airport and the bus station is near the accommodation. The next day, if you have a morning flight, It's easier to arrive on time. You also have REMA1000 nearby and can buy cheaper stuff. The room is well heated, the kitchen has all the kitchenware needed for a short stay and the shared bathroom is ok.

The room.was in a very nice and quiet quarter. The First night we even saw a reindeer in front of the house. We also did a.wonderful Northern light Tour with Stavros🥰 thank you so much😊

I had a large comfortable, clean room. It was in a shared apartment with another 2 bedrooms. The bed was very comfortable and warm. The apartment was well equipped. Stavros and family had apartment upstairs. He was super helpful and arranged an excellent NL tour which he was also a guide. I would definitely stay there again and would happily recommend

A 20-30 min bus ride from town centre although convenient for airport.

Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Przywitał nas bardzo miły gospodarz, który przekazał nam bardzo dużo ciekawych informacji.

Per il prezzo che ha è ottima. Il proprietario è stato disponibile e il posto, per essere un’appartamento condiviso, andava più che bene. Buon Wi-Fi.

Difficoltà a trovare parcheggio, sul posto si può lasciare da loro (a pagamento e in nok contanti, cosa che non tutti hanno, noi per primi ma essendo in moto ci ha lasciato parcheggiare lo stesso).

Jedná se o pokoj ve sdíleném apartmánu (3 pokoje). Majitel již na nás čekal, vše ukázal, vysvětlil, pomohl s výlety. Apartmán je čistý, centrum Tronsa dosažitelné autem. Lze před apartmánem za příplatek parkovat. Parkování je lepší rezervovat dopředu. Fotky odpovídají částečně.

Apartmán se nachází v suterénu domu, nicméně s okny. Příliš měkké a úzké postele. Výhled prezentovaný na booking není z apartmánu, nýbrž až z verandy majitele.

Very nice place. The bed is like sleeping in a cloud in the sky!

For our luck we found this place as most affordable and value for money. We thoroughly enjoyed staying for 4 days (march 2025). The host's family is the most welcoming we could ever have. Our room was fully organized with heaters, good bed/blankets/towels/wardrobes and TV off course. The house was neat and clean and we were able to cook our meal, which was the best part. The location is very near to the public bus service(selnes Skole stop) from airport and would really recommend to stay here as you can witness the fairly tale houses ,snow, some times reindeers. We booked our activities tour from host: 1. chase the northern lights( we got to see the lights for 1st visit itself, so we pay for the experienced tour guide) 2. Reindeer feeding and Fjords both the tours you will be picked from this place and drop again to this place which is the best part. We would totally, recommend for the activities also.

The accomodation is not too far from the airport by bus which is ideal if you are in Tromso without a car. We stayed here for two nights before our flight back.

There was a spider crawling on the ground in the living room. I have a spider phobia so that says enough... Very strict hours and rules. Everything is a shared space except for the bedrooms. However we didn't expect the door to the house to be unlocked at all times. When we locked it the owner said we weren't allowed to lock it. On top of that you have to pay 100 NOK daily for the parking in cash?

Very and tidy room and fully equipped! The owners are very kind and friendly, always on call for everything and really honest. The neighborhood is amazing and the view to the sea and the fjords is stunning! I had a very good time and definitely, next time , I ll rent again the same room . The property is absolutely beautiful, comfortable and well located and communicated with the city

The rooms were spotless and comfortable. The host was very welcoming, and chatty which made us feel at home. He took us out to try to see the aurora, which wasn't very successful due to low cloud and snow.. But he updated us each day on our chances, and we finally got to see a great display. He also recommended places to eat and which excursions were good value. We will definitely stay there if we go back to Tromso.

Perfect location 10 minutes away by bus from the airport, 15 minutes from town and supermarkets 5 minutes away by foot. The room was clean enough and comfortable. Possibility of parking for a small fee. Good advices from the host. I would recommend it !

This was a really enjoyable stay just outside Tromso - close to the airport and the by bus or car, with a beautiful view of the city, the mountains, and the fjord. The host is so welcoming and knowledgeable about the best sightseeing and recreational activities in the region. He also offers tours that are very fairly priced and excellent experience. I did the aurora tour and he made sure we went on the night with the best chance of seeing the lights - he tracks the weather and the aurora forecast and knows the best spots to go for viewing. Highly recommend this stay - everything is as advertised and very enjoyable!

Starvos was so familiar with us.

I have a problem in my back and arm… so bed was not really comfortable for me. I did not tell to Starvos.

We really like the place, it is good for seeing the Aurora and the host is super friendly, we also did the Aurora trip with the host and it was amazing. One of the nights we Saw reindeers in the yard, It was an amazing experience provided by the host and the place. Also It is easy to arrive by bus.

The host is exceptionally helpful, providing a wealth of local tips on your first night—covering everything from bus details to recommended activities and things to avoid. Moreover, the host is well-versed in the aurora. Throughout the five nights, they carefully chose the evening with the highest likelihood of witnessing it and guided me to the ideal vantage point. It was truly awe-inspiring! I would unquestionably plan another winter trip and stay there again! One day, a group of wild reindeers showed up, and the host even texted me to make sure I didn't miss seeing them. The fjord trip was equally fantastic too!

Everything. Nobody contact me in advance and you should aware that the location is actually not in Tromso. It’s in the opposite location out of Tromso， iit wouuld be quiite inconvenient！i arrived there couldn‘t fiind the house then i gone！

Kat and Stavros are great, kind, and welcoming people. Location is beautiful as well. Nice private rooms. Fjord trip was a lot of fun.

The shower drained slowly and there is only one shower/toilet for the three rooms in the house. It's about 20 minutes by bus to the city center.

We had a great time in Tromsø. Our guest gave us great tips and helped a lot with the chase for polar lights.

First of all, the hosts Stavros and Kat are very nice, they try to accomodate your every need and reply very fast to messages and calls. The tour with the host to see the Northern Lights/ Aurora Borealis was the best, we saw a sky full of it and in soooo many colours, was very cool, an unforgetable experience. The house is very confortable, with heating system, a nice living room with a large TV, the kitchen has everthing you need as well as the bathroom, it’s a modern apartment. The room is also very confortable and good size, everything was very clean. The bus stop is very close to the house and is a very quick trip to the center and to the airport. You also have a nice view to the mountains and fjord from the living room and from outside the house. I would definitely stay here again if I ever come back and I would definitely recommend everyone to stay here.

Had a very comfortable stay here, thanks to Stavros and Kat. It is close to the bus stop and there are 2 supermarkets nearby. The facilities were as described and the place was very clean. We did the Fjords and Northern Lights tours with Stavros and I would totally recommend them both!

Location: Great lake view across the road near to the accommodation. Transport: Direct bus stop 20mins away from airport and city center Cleanliness& facilities: Excellent, both room and bathroom are quite spacious and it had everything i needed. We had join the Northern lights private tour organised by the owner. It was an amazing and outstanding tour!Stavros and the team drove almost 400km to chase the light again the cloudy sky at tromso. At the end we managed to view 2 sports of northern light even the weather wasnt so good. We did met some friends during dog sledding who also went for light chasing, they didn't get to view anything, we felt grateful that we did the right choice. Highly recommended, Will definitely stay here if i return to tromso next time

Highly recommended. Direct bus to the town center from the property is very helpful too.
