Reviewed May 26, 2026This lovely apartment in Soma Bay was clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and lounge for relaxing in the evening. The host was very responsive and helpful sending information in advance about the area. The marina has lots of restaurant options and a supermarket which means it’s easy to go back to the apartment in the evenings for meals if you prefer to cook for yourself. The G-Ride golf cart service is very quick and good value, only $3 per trip anywhere within the bay area (10 mins to marina) There is also an onsite pool available and the beach close by to the apartment is good for swimming. We would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Soma Bay.
Be aware that the Soma Bay area is under phased construction, however this does not affect the apartment in Mesca, as this area is complete.

Reviewed Jan 23, 2026Die Lage ist fantastisch, das Loft liegt in einem eigentlich ruhigen Gebiet und zum Wasser sind es nur 300 mm. Das Loft ist modern ausgestattet.
Es gibt einen hohen Sicherheitsstandard, um in die Soma Bay zu kommen. Die Mail von Booking.com reichte nicht aus, es musste Kontakt mit der Vermieterin aufgenommen werden. Die Erlaubnis zur Zufahrt dauerte eine ganze Weile. Am Tage gibt es diverse Baugeräusche in der Umgebung.

Reviewed Nov 1, 2024-Very responsive host. -Good location in Mesca, within a short drive of Wyte Beach and the marina. -Very spacious standalone unit.
-Many units around still under construction in the area with builders starting work as early as 7 am; this is manageable if you wake up early and spend most of the day out by the beaches.

The high ceilings and large windows flooded the space with natural light, creating a warm and charming ambiance and it was surprisingly quiet. We enjoyed peaceful nights. The host was absolutely wonderful, providing me with all the tips I needed for a seamless stay. From the moment I booked, the host was attentive and eager to ensure my experience was nothing but fantastic. Can’t wait to go back there
