The entire hotel is like artwork, just breathtaking views and great facilities, the staff is so considerate and helpful, they created a WhatsApp group before our arrival and all our questions were answered within minutes. Been recommending this place to all my friends since then!

Staff, location, environment is perfect

We went on the weekend, and it seems that they closed most activities on the weekend. Also, the quality pf the meet and the chicken on their all restaurants could be better.

La struttura è semplicemente meravigliosa così come le camere, il cibo è delizioso e lo staff gentile ed amichevole. Particolare nota di merito al Manager dell'hotel Benjamin, senza di lui la nostra esperienza non sarebbe stata la stessa, è una persona di una gentilezza rara e di grande professionalità.

Exceptional, resort, location and staff. Add-on: Great help in particular circumstances (luggage lost, car broken - they find solutions). Great food, great service, creating a truly hospitable atmosphere. Special thanks to Benjamin and Sid!

Consider taking not the route from Al Ula suggested by Google Maps. That is clearly not the resort‘s fault though :-)

What an incredible stay, we had an amazing time at the Six Senses Southern Dunes. The resort is the most beautiful we ever stayed at, everything is well so well designed and thought through. The resort fits perfectly into the landscape and the views are stunning. Time really stands still and it was the most relaxing time we had during our trip through Saudi. Thank you again to the wonderful staff that made us feel so welcome and made our stay even more special. We hope to come back one day!

The beauty that distinguishes this place and the high level of service make it one of the most beautiful destinations in the world.

Location is outstanding room is very big and clean bed is comfortable.. staff at the entrance are very welcoming..

Service is horrible.. ordered the golf car and I waited for a bout 45 min maybe longer and some times didn't show.. all workshops are sold out. even i've getting the worst customer Service during the arrangements for private classes! Longe waiting time extended to hours to get responses for my requests and most of the time i get ignored.. i ended up by contacting the manager for my even simple requests (and to be fair enough he was nice to us and he tried his best to bless us but i was already done with the terrible service)

Overall excellent. Spa is world class

Some small details to focus on. Brought bar tab to villa to sign it mid Afternoon interrupting the afternoon siesta, could have done it any time I was up at the hotel.

The property is exceptional and unique. Based on nature and Sustainability. The location gives you feeling like you are own the whole world.

The rooms, cafe, reception, facilities

Everything! the hotel is all about holistic and sustainability approach, so they use nature materials, if possible from the local environment. Same happens with the food. Everything made fresh with fresh veggies or food supplied locally and fresh fish coming directly from the Red Sea to your plate!

There is an issue with my transportation booking from the Red Sea airport but everything is up to how they managed the issue and in so many years of traveling and hotels booking I experienced a very professional way of managing the 'crisis'. Honestly the hotel staff compensated me with the highest reward. Things can always happen but it's very important how we react on them. I guess this should had been on the 'things I liked' :)

The location and the calming atmosphere, and our GEM Anand was exceptional always present with great recommendations.

Some more activities around the Resort, like 4×4 driving or sand riding

The hotel is loacated in an exceptional area, in the middle of the desert. I've not been to a calmer area or hotel before. Facilities are of highest standard. The hotel is extremly clean and has a lot to offer! The staff is exceptionally freinldy and welcoming. They solve any wish you have, are humerous but highly professional. The food was great! I said it there and repeated here again, its been a long time that I had such an enjoyable stay!

First night, curtains where not working. Nobody came to clean the room in the second day until I spoke to the reception at 7:30pm.

Our stay at the hotel was truly exceptional! From the impeccable service to the luxurious amenities, every detail exceeded our expectations. The staff's attentiveness and the exquisite room made our experience unforgettable and a special thanks to the general manager Taleb and our amazing Guest experience maker Taif they made it an amazing memorable experience .
