Sunset Penthouse, Fjord View & Parking

All’arrivo le pulizie non erano fatte. Abbiamo dovuto uscire un’ora alle 22 per fare cambiare almeno la biancheria. E’ stato un po’ seccante. Magari ci stava uno sconto per il disguido. Comunque casa spaziosa e in ottima posizione

El lugar,era una pasada...el apartamento de lujo, todo estva perfecto, limpio. Preparado..y encima..cerca muy cerca de una zona de ocio nocturno y buenos restaurantes... fuimos a uno y nos encantó

Subir las escaleras del segundo piso, somos moteros y íbamos muy cargados..

Läcker från duschen ( vid duschningen) och ingen brun att dra vattnet till. En hög dusch kant som gör det hela svårare.

Bra läge i Trondheim, gångavstånd till staden och vacker utsikt över solnedgången. Smidig egen incheckning med nyckelbox. Toppen med parkeringsplats, dock ryms enbart en personbil på platsen. Fin våning, gott om plats och toppen med lakan och handdukar. Vi är väldigt tacksamma för smidig incheckning bara en timme efter att vi bokade boendet.

Vi kom under 2 väldigt varma dygn och saknade då AC eller fläktar i våningen.

L'appartamento era comodo ai servizi con parcheggio gratuito. Dotato di tutto il necessario per soggiornare.

Ci è stato concesso di posare i bagagli ma non hanno detto che l'alloggio fosse ancora da pulire, creando disagio a noi e alla donna delle pulizie nel momento in cui ci siamo trovati in casa. Nulla di grave, ma forse era meglio chiarire la situazione fin da subito. Avremmo potuto aspettare senza problemi ed effettuare il check-in nell'orario previsto.

Excellent roomy attic style apartment. Hard to fault. Had everything and in a good location.

the location is good. Pretty close to the city center.

The gaps in the bathroom partition seem to have aged, and water leaks out when I take a shower.

It’s was amazing to stay there and it’s big apartment and it’s clean the view it’s amazing i will visit it again

We stayed here for a couple of nights for work. The apartment is spacious, clean, and conveniently located close to the city center. Communication with Sean was excellent, and the views (especially when the sun is shining) are beautiful. Picking up the keys upon arrival was seamless. Highly recommended for anyone looking to spend a few days in the city, whether for work or leisure.

I had the most incredible stay at Sunset Penthouse! The location is perfect, just a short distance from Trondheim’s top attractions. The apartment is spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with two cozy bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a lovely sun terrace that made the stay even more enjoyable. There’s fast WiFi, private parking, and even a mini market nearby for convenience. I also appreciated that the apartment offers complete privacy with its private entrance, 24-hour security, and self check-in. The host was very nice and welcoming, and super responsive. The location couldn’t be better. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Trondheim – it’s an absolute gem!

The space felt good overall and had a nice view. It was fairly spacious for being in an attic. When we arrived, the place was clean, and there was a large couch where our whole family could relax together. Our host was very responsive to my questions. The host quickly advised us on local transportation and questions about the space. There are some nice bakeries and restaurants within walking distance if you can walk up and down some steep hills. We easily rented scooters in the neighborhood.

A few things made the space problematic. It is at the top of a very steep hill. The entrance is around the back of the building and up a steep gravel driveway. Once inside, the unit is up two steep sets of narrow winding stairs. Getting our luggage and older parents into the unit was difficult. If you're young and not hauling much it wouldn't be a problem. The unit could also use a little maintenance. We had trouble with the shower leaking onto the bathroom floor and the handheld showerhead not staying on the wall. There was a musty smell in the bathroom as well, but I couldn't figure out where it was coming from. Overall, it was a nice place and we would stay there again if traveling with less luggage.

We really enjoyed to stay in this beautiful and unique Penthouse. It is absolutely clean and fully equipped with everything you need, the perfect place for a family. We specifically liked the Italian style decoration. We would love to come back

I liked the location, the friendly atmosphere by the locator and the facilities

The access is somehow challenging but yet acceptable (stairs are steepy and narrow)
