High end, luxury and cosy holiday apartment with pool and close to the beach

Beautifully clean. Spacious, free parking. Great balcony and washing machine was a bonus!

Water pressure wasn’t great, took a while to wash hair. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Access to the apartment. There was no elevator and have to walk stairs up on the 2nd floor.

Un véritable coup de cœur ! L'appartement est d'une propreté impeccable, luxueux et offre un confort incroyable. Si vous cherchez un endroit calme et reposant, c'est l'idéal. Il est tellement suréquipé qu'on n'a besoin de s'occuper de rien. J'ai eu l'occasion de louer plusieurs logements à l'île Maurice, et celui-ci est mon préféré sans la moindre hésitation, il correspond exactement à ce que je recherche. Je recommande vivement ce logement !

The apartment was really clean, comfortable and well furnished. The host and his team were also very friendly and responsive. My friends and I had a great time staying here and would definitely stay here again if we're back in Mauritius. Highly recommend!

Wow. This place was absolutely perfect for us. It's big, extremely well-equipped, and extremely comfortable. We have been long-term traveling with a young child, and this place has been one of our absolute favorites. It's modern, functional, nice to be in, and the luxury of air con in the living room was just top notch! Antish, the host, was soooo so helpful and extremely attentive whenever we needed anything or had questions. The location is actually really great if you want a quiet, peaceful spot but near all the action in Flic en Flac. Would 100% stay here again.

Nothing the hosts can do, but there's a lot of construction going on, which could get a bit loud. Cleaning isn't included if that is something you value, but we did not mind at all.

The place matches the photos and description, though I would say the pool is a little nicer in person than in the photo. And we loved that the pool was a little warmer. The beach really is only a 13 minute walk. If our kids were wiped at the end of the day, we could grab a taxi to the place for only 300 rupees. And the host is very nice and accommodating. He worked to store our luggage ahead of our check in time and was quick to address or resolve any questions or concerns.

Nothing. We did run into one or two little things the host was quick to address. If you stay here, reach out to him if there is a problem. He will want to address and make you feel a welcomed guest.

The apartment was beautiful, modern and well furnished. It came with a multitude of kitchen appliances plus a washing machine. It was huge and very comfortable. The host Antish, was extremely helpful. He organised our transfers from and to the airport, gave us an early check in and accommodated us in another apartment on our last day as our return flights were late in the night. Who does that these days. That was such a nice gesture. Thanks Antish.

The lack of a lift. :-( Carrying our suitcases up to the second floor was a pain. We luckily had help from Antish's staff.

- appartement spacieux, récent, moderne, avec des matériaux de qualité. - personnel accueillant à l'arrivée, propriétaire sympa. - propreté impeccable, même la literie ! - literie très confortable - des électroménagers de qualité - la clim dans toutes les pièces - une piscine (la plus élégante du quartier !) pour les résidents de l'immeuble - une décoration à la mode - un emplacement idéal à 5 min des belles plages de Flic en Flac et des restaurants - bientôt à seulement 30 min de l'aéroport avec la nouvelle route en construction - 20 min du centre commercial de Tamarin (super U) - quartier calme en journée, peu de circulation de voitures - possibilité de se garer facilement devant l'immeuble - double portes à serrure pour entrer dans l'appartement et digicode à l'entrée de l'immeuble = sécurité - un excellent rapport qualité-prix

- un peu plus de vaisselle (couverts, verres,...) serait appréciable - quelques coupures de courant, mais le propriétaire n'y est pour rien. Les câbles électriques du quartier peuvent être arrachés et se retrouver par terre à même la rue ...Mais le courant est vite rétabli malgré tout. Un générateur de secours s'allume pour alimenter les éclairages des issues de secours. Pas vu de détecteur à incendie sauf erreur de ma part. - une nuit ou deux réveillés par des locaux habitant de l'autre côté de la rue très bruyants vers 5h du matin. Encore une fois, c'est pas la faute du propriétaire mais d'habitants indélicats...

Diese Unterkunft bietet alles was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt. Auf Grund der sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche ist eine Selbstversorgung ohne Probleme möglich, zumal das Warenangebot der Supermärkte in der Umgebung europäischem Standard entspricht. Wir empfehlen den nördlichen Strandabschnitt von Flic en Flac mit seinem feinen Sandstrand und unzähligen Ständen und Foodtrucks. Der Vermieter Antish ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen und würden diese beim nächsten Mal auch gerne wieder buchen.

This holiday villa exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped through the door, I felt transported to a world of pure bliss. Truly a hidden gem! The luxurious amenities made it the perfect getaway. I couldn't recommend it highly enough. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was unforgettable. They organised my transfer, car hire and staffs were courteous and accommodating. We are a family of 4, with different expectations. We had plenty of space to relax and chill. The villa was close enough to the beach. Well within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Can't wait to return.

Very good location. Host was in contact with us 2 weeks before after hours check-in (11.30pm). Host stayed up until we arrived to make sure we were ok. Host also arranged airport transfers, car rental and food shop prior to our arrival. Tha apartment is amazing - new, modern, spacious, very clean, bedroom with ensuite, both bathrooms had rainshowers. Kitchen well fitted out including coffee machine, food liquidiser and dishwasher. The team members Kentish and Varuna were always on hand for all we needed and even took us to the supermarket the day after we arrived. It was very reassuring that our needs were always taken care of and they were always available. Well suited for a family or 3 couples due to how spacious and well designed it is. Would highly recommend.
