Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Location is perfect, with Benalium beach just a few minutes walk away. Property is neat and clean, well maintained.
Check in time is 3pm which is a bit too late. Early check in is chargeable.

Nothing as such. But the staff Belinda got a bit rude when we got stuck somewhere outside unexpectedly and were unable to check out exactly 11am. As her tone was a bit rude we had to rush and vacate the place by 12 noon.

Just a suggestion if some basic cooking Ingredients kit (salt, pepper, sugar, tea etc) are provided too (can be optional & chargeable)

Reviewed Nov 27, 2023Right from the initial interaction to the check in experience, Arlene and her team (Sarvesh) have ensured a true seamless journey. The location and the property was in top notch condition. The rooms and amenities were warm & comforting. Spic and span is how we can describe the overall facility. Located within a 5 min walk from Benaulim beach we truly loved this cozy and convenient abode and would highly recommend it for the owners approachability, well maintained rooms and facilities and the bonus - a super convenient location.
This is more of a suggestion. If you can provide for 2-3 extra pull over duvets for the guests sleeping in the living room it would help complete the amenities list in a true sense.
