Reviewed Jun 19, 2026Alles, de locatie is perfect gelegen op de Corniche met constante verbindingen met de rest van de stad. Het uitzicht vanop het terras is adembenemend, zeker als de zon ondergaat. Het appartement is perfect uitgerust met veel oog voor detail, alles is voorzien. De inrichting is heel persoonlijk en reflecteert de persoonlijkheid van de eigenaar. De wifi werkt heel goed. De eigenaar is heel vriendelijk, hij reageert onmiddellijk op alle berichten en is zeer betrouwbaar. Ik heb mijn uitvalsbasis voor toekomstige bezoeken aan Alexandrië gevonden, ik kom zeker terug!
Ik kan oprecht niets verzinnen dat ik als minpunt kan vermelden.

The kitchen and bathroom were a mess. The fridge was extremely dirty, with leftover food and half-eaten dinner plates. It was also crowded with food stuff (apparently the owner lives there and vacates when the place is booked! He referred to all that stuff as "personal belongings"!) The stove-top was greasy and there was undisposed of garbage. The kitchen sink was greasy too. In the bathroom, the toilet bowl was dingy. When I asked the owner to clean the unclean stuff, he said he could not possibly do it and asked me to "deal with" whatever I did not like!! I phoned Booking.com Customer Service and they contacted him and that was the only way he could come and clean the apartment properly. Sincere advice not to book there!!

It is not a flat for rent it is already family house, they live the flat to rent and come back Washing machine is full of clothes There is only 1 advantage the sea view with poor painting balcony. Also there is nobody to check out and take keys . You have to leave them anywhere

Over priced The carpet flooring was very dirty and stained. The inside of the bath needs a good srub to remove the dirt scum. Lift didnt arrive three times had to go to 13 th floor one floor down to get lift. The bedroom bare essentials Bed hard as a rock. . No wifi in the bedroom Night light not working, Check out difficult as the taxi had arrived. .No owner to give the keys to.at the arranged time. Need the key to get the lift working. Owner not happy as we gave the keys to doorman. Jenny Ex Airbnb host .

Reviewed Sep 12, 2025The owner is super kind, the flat has an awesome sea view and the tower’s location is really convenient, close to everything you might need. Overall, it was exactly as described.
The flat’s cleanliness was average, the bathroom sink needs more attention, and the presence of personal items like empty alcohol bottles and religious symbols made me bit uncomfortable.

Reviewed May 19, 2025Everything was superb, the owner was not physically present but coordinated our checkin with someone else who was in the building, it went smooth. He was also very friendly in the phone. Apartment is so comfortable, I would enjoy spending there even weeks or months. View was breathtaking. Many shops in the vicinity as well as high-end seafood restaurants with local prices!

The lift was a bit scary being from the 1940’s but worked fine once you get used to it - watching the brick walls go past just keep away from the edge

The beachside construction is noisy all day, even with windows closed. It has lasted two months—guests should be informed in advance. No heating in the room, very cold in winter. The stove had no gas, and I had to confirm it myself before it was fixed. This shows a lack of regular maintenance and potential safety risks.

Toilet and kitchen were filthy!! I suggested the owner to get it cleaned as I couldn’t use these facilities in the state they were but he said he couldn’t. Only next day…. So I had to clean it myself and had to have a “shower” with my flip flops on. Really disgusting 🤮
