Very clean room with comfortable beds, my kids enjoyed the bunk beds! The kitchen was also fully equipped. A very safe location with the Host giving clear and easy instructions for check in and check out!! Bathroom was very clean as well! Will definitely recommend this place to others.
Leaking faucet in the bathroom so we had to use the main tap to open and close the faucet! It must have been repaired by now.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026If you want to stay at Sunway Pyramid, the location is the only good thing I can say about this place.
It was unclean, dusty, things falling apart and the bathroom was covered in mould and dirt. The beds were very uncomfortable and not enough sheets were provided, and they refused to provide more. There was no regard for the poor state of the room and no customer service to speak of. We left a day early because we couldn't bear it for another night. Book somewhere else, anywhere else.

لا يوجد خدمة استقبال لا يوجد خدمة تخزين الامتعة، وهذه مهمة جدا خصوصا للمسافرين لان الدخول للوحدة س 3 عصرا، ولا يوجد مكان او استقبال للانتظار في حال الوصول قبل الموعد ويتعين على المسافر الانتظار في المول مع الشنط.

Apartment kept in poor condition. Water leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom, mould in the bathroom, noisy fridge, hot and cold water unit is rusty, so it does not give confidence of the quality of the water inside. TV remote is fully broken, missing parts of the plastic and with tape around, but still does not work.

Upon arrival, I discovered that the accommodation was in fact a privately managed residential unit. This was not made sufficiently clear in the presentation of the listing. The accommodation also did not match the description as there was no balcony despite the room being advertised as an "Apartment with View and Balcony". In addition, the unit was not clean and fell below reasonable expectations for paid accommodation.

Reviewed May 25, 2026location at Sunway Pyramid is strategic, room have water machine, fridge and microwave in the kitchen, convenient and good for a family stay.
No direct access to hotel lift, and need to carry luggage down the stairs to B1 is not very convenient. Also the light on the walkway to the room is faulty, and it is very dark towards the room as our room located at the end of the walkway. cctv also not working. the water heater tripped and caused the room blackout in the middle of shower. when feedback to host, the answer we got is not their responsibility, and push to building maintenance. so we had to take cold shower throughout our stay.

Some things were showing there age. (Toilet seat, taps, beds were ok. But could have been more comfortable. All in all It was a comfortable stay and great value for family of 5.

I’ve stayed in many places around the world in all types of budgets and I can honestly say that this is the worst place I have ever had the misery of staying at. The room is not at all like the pictures, do not be fooled. The sheets were diary, clumps of hair when we pulled back the covers, dirt and grit on them and very smelly. The floor was dirty with a layer of grime across the surface. The bathroom was covered in mold and the kitchen was disgusting with cups sitting face down on a tray covered in mold. We arrived late in the evening with a newborn and a 5 year old and contacted the host as soon as we saw how filthy the room was. We asked if we could cancel our second night as we didn’t want to stay there. We had to lay towels down on the beds to sleep in as the beds were so dirty and the host asked us to “wipe away the clumps of hair” and said that the mold was “burn marks, not mold” and refused to refund us. This place is a joke

One small downside was that the suite had only one washroom for five people, which felt a little crowded at times.

Reviewed Jan 5, 2026Overall a nice stay 👍. 1. Very spacious house. 2. House complete with all amenities. 3. Walking distance to Sunway Lagoon.
A few things you have to take note: 1. Bathroom sink clogged, it get full very fast. Waste water flow out too slow. 2. Shower water low pressure and the shower head has no water flow type selection lever. 3. You need to work on the TV and it's remote control. Everything else is ok. No problem. TQ.
