Private villa with heated pool & terrace see view

El alojamiento está bien situado en una zona tranquila y cerca del centro de Corralejo y de un centro comercial y del mar. La casa es amplia y tiene zona exterior para disfrutar, si bien la piscina (que es grande y con buena temperatura) está justo a la entrada y la terraza en la zona opuesta. Está equipada con muchos elementos para pasar el tiempo ( libros, juegos, juguetes infantiles, colchoneta, etc) Es un detalle que pongan toallas para la playa además de las de baño. Es un detalle el paquete de bienvenida que incluye botella de vino, leche, galletas y agua. Y muy a valorar que estaba muy limpio.

El alojamiento no es moderno y necesitaría una reforma importante para hacerlo más confortable. Es una pena que con un salón comedor tan grande la cocina sea tan pequeña y estrecha . Hay dos habitaciones dobles pero la tercera es muy pequeña y calurosa y con una cama estrecha que va bien para un niño. Hay aire acondicionado solo en dos habitaciones y un ventilador ruidoso en el salón,que no puede cumplir su función en un espacio tan amplio y con techos de madera, por lo que en general la casa es muy calurosa. Además los conductos del aire acondicionado gotean el agua hacia dos zonas de la terraza dejando un reguero de agua, y hay que tener cuidado porque el piso de la terraza resbala si vas mojado. El baño principal ( el del plato de ducha) huele a tubería o a desagüe. Deberían de revisar la instalación. El mobiliario es antiguo y el sofá es muuuuyy incómodo y duro. Además hay cuestiones de detalle que no supone una gran inversión; poner almohadas, ropa de cama, toallas nuevas y no tan desgastadas, escobillas del baño cubiertas y no baratas, viejas de plástico, hamacas, una tele en la habitación principal tampoco estaría mal porque está la instalación y hay aire acondicionado, y como mínimo un sofá en condiciones.

The location was great, the heated pool carries this villa. The bathrooms have been updated and are lovely.

The villa is dated and needs to be brought up to the same standard as the bathrooms. New bed linen and good pillows are worth an investment. The bed linen is old and dated. The couch is not comfortable at all, so we spent very little time in the living room area. The washing machine needs a deep clean or replacing.

Outside space very good. Internally not so good. Seating uncomfortably, TV limited. Pool only cleaned once during 2 week stay

Loved the villa it's in a great location just off the beach and about 15 min walk down to the main strip. Big shopping centre only couple of min walk with everything you need. Very relaxing and very comfortable, and the host is always just a text away if u have any concerns.
