Reviewed Apr 3, 2026My booking was cancelled when I just arrived at Cairo Airport and staff told me I would be received a fully refund, however, I just received £0.1 refund… rediculously!!!

Reviewed Apr 2, 2026Nothing. He was advertising a room that doesn't exist.
He wanted me to cancel rather than him cancelling so it looks better on him. Even after telling him my bank charge me for international fees, he said he'd put me down as a no show, even though I needed the room and was willing to turn up, but he didn't actually have a room. He just wasted an hour of my life, money, and ruined my day.

Reviewed Mar 3, 2026The room was very cozy & clean, comfortable bed, clean bathroom (I also like the provided bathrobe) & equipped kitchen, the best part is the fast wifi and streaming services like Netflix on TV 😁 + drinking water is always available. The location is quiet & convenient, easy to find and the host is responsive & helpful, thank you 🙏
