Reviewed May 2, 2026Conveniently located near a major mall, airport shuttle, market, church. A safe and quiet place that's affordable. Clean studio with great view from balcony. Owner responds quickly.
Only 1 elevator for 24 floors, so just be patient, not owner's fault.

The air condition unit needs cleaning the dust is so thick, there's no hot and cold and the shower needs cleaning, water pooling sa ilalim ng watercloset

Reviewed Jan 17, 2026The host is helpful, the room was clean and drinking water was provided. Considering the location and the amenities, I'd say it was good value for money. Great for 2 people. I would definitely book it again if I were to return in the future.
- The table was wobbly. Made eating more of an interactive experience. Not impossible, as you'll eventually get used to it. - The TV supposedly connected to the WiFi but YouTube and Netflix did not work.

The accommodation is very basic. The furniture is minimal and the blanket provided was extremely thin—almost like not having one at all. There was no closet for storage, and the space is much smaller than it appears in the photos. During our stay of over a week, no cleaning was done, which was disappointing. The electric water pump had visible green mold in the tube, which is unhygienic and potentially a health risk. While the host was friendly, communication could have been more proactive—we had to follow up ourselves for check-in instructions and other details.

Reviewed Nov 26, 2024Cozy, compact, quiet, strategic location so it's very accessible. Unit was clean and comfortably furnished and appliances were appreciated. Water pressure is really good.
No shower heater, shampoo and body wash dispenser wasn't refilled, there was a used soap bar instead; nor was the dishwashing liquid dispenser refilled. Drinking water dispenser needed charging. Moving toilet seat.

Reviewed Nov 25, 2024The unit is well-cleaned and has a nice smell upon entry. It’s also accessible. I appreciate them having a drinking water available. Bed smells good as well as the towels. Hand towel was also provided and a big check for me.
Hope they will consider adding microwave for reheating breakfast food place in the refrigerator esp. that there’s no convenience store like 7/11 or Chams nearby.
