C’è una canna fumaria che emana odore acre credo sia la produzione di acqua calda con caldaia a biomassa o pellet chiudere le finestre dalla parte posteriore perché è veramente molto pesante si rischia di finire intossicati da monossido, la canna fumaria va portata più alta delle finestre della struttura.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026We made a reservation 3 months in advance. One or two days before our stay they sent a message in a weird Italian that there’s a problem and they have to cancel the reservation. No reason was given no alternatives were provided. After the cancellation they didn’t even write another message saying sorry. I found another location with a similar price in the vicinity and didn’t bother more with them because I know it would have been some nonsense and empty excuses.

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026We arrived very late and felt incredibly unsafe to be there. It’s located rather out of city close to motorway. Beginning of the street was filled up with big containers full of garbage, which already gave not a nice impression. When we arrived to the house itself- it was located on a very dark empty street, with big dogs barking around by neighbors. It took some time to figure out how to open the gate and when we arrived finally to the house itself (which was another 200 miter drive from the gate)- there was one single window with the light on the first floor with drying laundry on the window, and some old van standing by the house. Our room was on the ground floor- with very thing front door that could be just kicked out by the foot. Multiple dogs kept barking overall. We felt incredibly unsafe and terrified by the whole empty and dark location, and decided not to stay there (especially with 2 little kids). We wrote to the location owner right away that we wouldn’t stay there. Just as a note- it’s a self check in place, and we booked it few hours before arrival. Nevertheless they refused to accept cancellation and return money, despite no work from their side had to be done, no one was welcoming us and everything is organized as a self check in place. We strongly recommend Booking.com to take this place out of offering. Expedia, for example, doesn’t have it. Not recommended- especially for families, but neither for just for adults. Spooky and scary place.

Reviewed May 29, 2026Śniadanie słabe. Podawano chleb tostowy najtańszy z marketu ale nigdzie nie było tostera, żeby można było ten chleb odpowiednio przygotować. Ser i szynka były mocno wydzielane. Ogólnie jakość w stosunku do ceny jaką zapłaciliśmy bardzo słaba.
Oferta na stronie obiektu wprowadza w błąd. Opinie na stronie są mocno zawyżone. W ofercie znajdują się zdjęcia aquaparku nawet 4-5 takich zdjęć ze zjeżdżalniami. W rzeczywistości żadnego aquaparku tam nie ma. W opisie oferty jest spore przekłamanie, gdyż na wprost mówi się o że na terenie obiektu znajduje się aquapark a jako udogodnienia podaje się centrum wellness : zjeżdżalnie. Łazienki są brudne i zagrzybione. W pokojach jest mocno odczuwalny odór stęchlizny. Okna na parterze nie otwieraja sie przez co otwierane są tylko drzwi i tylko przez przez nie jest jakakolwiek wentylacja. Nikt tez nie wspomina o tym, że to oferta bardziej dla zmotoryzowanych. Dla osoby, która przyjeżdża tam komunikacją miejską to spore wyzwanie. Droga do obiektu prowadzi poboczem ruchliwej drogi, przez średnio bezpieczną okolicę. W bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie znajduje się ogrodzone miejsce socjalne dla społeczności romskiej. Współczuję rodzinom z dziećmi, które miałyby tę drogę przemierzać. Na naszą skargę odnoście czystości i przekłamań w ofercie właściciel nawet nie starał się zareagować by rozwiązać ten problem pozytywnie. Stąd nasz negatyw. Liczę na to, że przekłamania zostaną usunięte ze strony by nie wprowadzać kolejnych osób w błąd. Najbliższy sklep znajduje się 2 km od obiektu - należałoby napisać, że dojazd wyłącznie samochodem.

Reviewed May 6, 2026Una bella struttura, curata ed arredata con gusto. Dotata di letti molto comodi e di ogni dettaglio per rendere il soggiorno confortevole. Parcheggio gratuito all’interno e self check in. La posizione sebbene periferica è comodissima per visitare Bari (15 minuti dal centro) e i suoi dintorni . Personale gentile e buona colazione .
Un piccolo suggerimento che nulla toglie all’esperienza positiva: in bagno sarebbe comodo avere un portasciugamani vicino al lavello e un porta rotolo.

Vor der Tür zum Hinterhof lag Staub. Die Frühstücksauswahl ist ok, aber überschaubar. Vor dem Haus liegt ein grüner Rasenteppich, der Falten wirft. Pro Zimmer gab es einen Stuhl für draußen. Es gab keine gute Möglichkeit zB draußen Mitgebrachtes zu essen, keinen Tisch. Auf den großen Steinblöcken, die man auf dem Foto sieht lagen ziemlich eklige Auflagen zum Sitzen. Es gibt einen ziemlich aufgelösten Schaukelsessel, auch den würden ich nicht zum Sitzen empfehlen. Insgesamt wirkt der Außenbereich ungepflegt. Das könnte man viel mehr draus machen. Nebenan ist ein Fußballplatz, kann laut werden. Ich fand es nicht störend. Das Anwesen umgibt ein hoher Zaun die Gegend ab der Einfahrt ist ziemlich gruselig, vermüllt, keine Gehwege, keine Strecke zum Joggen. Gegenüber stecken Glasscherben in der Mauer, noch etwas weiter scheinen Menschen im Müll zu „wohnen“. Das ist echt alles andere als einladend. Zum 1x übernachten vielleicht noch ok.

le uniche note negative sono che abbiamo avuto problemi con l'acqua calda, però sono stati tempestivi e disponibili nel mandare persone addette e sistemare la situazione. E da ospite preferirei trovare almeno una bottiglietta d'acqua disponibile a persona... L' accoglienza non è stata delle migliori. Si potrebbe curare un po' di più..

Reviewed Dec 17, 2025La stanza era pulita e ben ordinata, aspetto sicuramente positivo del soggiorno. Il B&B è situato in una zona tranquilla e immersa nel verde, in una posizione comoda vicino al Palaflorio.
Purtroppo si respirava spesso un’aria sgradevole con odore di fognatura. La colazione non è stata all’altezza: ho preso un pasticciotto utilizzando la pinza, ma al momento di mangiarlo era freddo di frigorifero. Successivamente abbiamo chiesto un cappuccino, che ci è stato servito freddo. Abbiamo quindi optato per un succo ACE, servito in bottiglia di vetro, ma risultava diluito con acqua frizzante. Nel complesso, la colazione è stata deludente e andrebbe decisamente migliorata.

La pulizia non era delle migliori,poiché c’erano ragnatele dappertutto e sotto al letto meglio non dire. Inoltre,nel mezzo della colazione gentilmente servita da una ragazza educata e molto cortese è arrivato,presumo il “padrone”,rimproverandola di fronte agli ospiti di non aver risposto al telefono perché era impegnata a servire le colazioni. Atteggiamento un po’ da superiore che si poteva benissimo evitare, e al posto di metter naso nel lavoro che stava facendo quella ragazza poteva pensare a gestire le pulizie delle camere in un modo migliore.

Mais le plus important a été la gentillesse, l'attention et la disponibilité de notre hôte qui s'exprimait très bien en français. Très bonne adresse à recommander, bravo.

Reviewed Oct 15, 2025The accommodation is in a great location, near the highway and it is also quick to get to the city center by car (15 minutes), the store and market are 5 minutes drive away. It is clean, offers a great breakfast and free private parking. The hosts are friendly and willing to provide all information. Self check-in is easy.
We had a room on the side with the chimney and the smell of smoke was little disturbing.

De badkamer, de geur van riool kwam uit het doucheputje en het water liep niet goed weg waardoor onder het toilet nat was. In de beschrijving staat dat er een zwembad erbij is maar die zat vooraan de straat.

Reviewed Oct 5, 2025Уникална вила с няколко апартаменти ,много озеленено Ползвахме апартамент ,имаше всички удобства-удобни легла, достатъчно хавлии и тоалетни принадлежности.Закуската беше с местни продукти . Жената ,която обслужваше-непрекъснато питаше още нещо ако искаме да си хапнем или пийнем да ни донесе .Посъветва ни коя таксиметрова фирма да ползваме .
Местоположението е в покрайнините на Бари и трябва да имате автомобил. Вечер след 9 ч е трудно да намерите такси .
