Reviewed Aug 16, 2026In der Nähe der Universität gelegen, kann fußläufig erreicht werden un ca 15 min. Sehr ruhige Gegend, wenig Menschen unterwegs in diesem Teil der Stadt, wir waren während der Semesterferien dort. Voll ausgestattete Küchenzeile, sehr gutes TV und bequemes Bett.
In die City und Hafen fährt man mit dem Auto ca. 15 min, was ok ist, wenn man ein Auto hat 😉

Appartement wordt zomers erg warm omdat de zon op het raam staat. Bovendien zijn de gordijnen te klein om het raam te bedekken, je krijgt het niet donker als je wilt slapen. De vloer ligt vol met snoeren voor de tv, de lampen en de router. Er liggen onvoldoende handdoeken klaar voor de gasten. De omgeving van het appartementencomplex, - zowel de parkeerplaats als het gras en het aangrenzende bos - ligt helemaal vol met peuken, lege blikjes en flesjes, oude kleding, pizzadozen en ander zwerfvuil. Nou heb je daar natuurlijk geen last van, maar smerig is het wel.

Reviewed Mar 31, 2026Mettre deux serviettes de Bain dans la salle de bain lorsque l'on annonce arrivé à 2 dans le logement. Nous avions 1 seule serviette à partager pour 2. L'acces à la buanderie a été aussi très compliqué : installation appli pour réservation créneau était impossible, malheureusement. Heureusement que nous avons séjourné en hivers et que sur 5 jours et que nous avons pu profiter pour faire nos lessives ailleurs.

Das Einquecken war sehr problematisch da alles online erfolgt. Da auch eine falsche Hausnummer angegeben wurde und das Apartment in einem größeren Wohnhaus bzw. Wohnblock liegt, war der Auftakt "getrübt". Der Parkplatz war mit tiefen Löchern versehen.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2025De var extremt generösa med kompensationer och boendet var extremt fint. Verkligen bland de finaste faciliteterna jag bott på. Hade allt man behöver och även mer. Tyckte verkligen om att de hade ett första hjälpen på plats (inte alla boenden som erbjuder det).
Det var lite dålig kommunikation från deras sida. Det var svårt att få tag på de när jag skulle boka en extra natt. Men det kompenserades med en extra natt gratis så jag är ändå väldigt nöjd!!

Reviewed Dec 16, 2024Great location, near the bus station. It is about a 15-20 minutes drive from town center and 10 minute walk to the university. Very accesible by bus or car. The apartament was beautiful, exactly like the picture, perfect for 2 people. We enjoyed our stay very much!
