Cute loft with great location

Asunnossa mahtui hyvin olemaan myös nelistään.

Kohteessa olis ollut hyvä olla siivousrätit tai edes keittiörätti. Tyynyt olivat aika surkeat.

Il n’y a pas de Wifi, ce qui est très pratique en voyage… Il y a une cuisine, mais qui manque un peu d’équipements comme des linges à vaisselle.

Location was excellent. Close to everything we needed including restaurants and pubs nearby.

The key collection was unusual and we necessarily turned the fridge off due to a loud knocking noise. The loft is unsuitable to sleep in for an adult.

The accommodation was great for us. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay in Helsinki. You get simple and easy instructions on how to access the apartment and how to return the key afterwards.

The property was close by the tram and in a nice neighbourhood. It was comfortable for 5 people to sleep in it. It was very warm and pleasant, quiet and easy to access!

It felt quite crammed for just hanging out in the place, having limited chairs and space in the kitchen. Limited space for wardrobe as well and the check-in/check-out was made simple but impersonal. We also had no dishwasher or laundry machine!

Sänky kova ja natiseva. Vuodesohva kelvoton nukkumiseen. Vessan käsisuihku vuoti vessan lattian märäksi. Vessapaperia ei tarpeeksi asunnossa.

Wszystko w porządku. Stosunek jakości do ceny bardzo dobry. Lokalizacja również bardzo dobra. Blisko przystanki, wszędzie można łatwo i szybko się dostać. Gospodarz bardzo miły i pomocny. Polecam w 100%

La ubicación del apartamento

Varios aspectos: No se dieron indicaciones claras con anticipación para la llegada, nos tocó conseguir ayuda con otras personas para poder entender cómo acceder al apto. No se contó con el servicio de internet, este servicio es muy importante para un viajero extranjero. Los armarios están ocupados con otros artículos y no era posible ubicar nuestros objetos personales. Sería muy bueno que arreglaran este aspecto. La cama individual no fue confortable, era la unión de dos partes de un sofá. Es mejor brindar una buena cama para las personas que viajan y necesitan descansar de manera agradable. La llave de la ducha estaba dañada, muy complicado para bañarse. No hay divisiones en el baño, el agua se sale y no se contaba un un trapero para este aspecto.

Asunto oli likainen, suihku ja tiskikone oli rikki eikä majoitus vastaa kuvia tai kuvailua.

Asuntoa oli hyvin epäsiisti ja paljon huonommassa kunnossa kuin kuvissa. Asuntoa ei selvästi ollut siivottu edellisen majoittujan jäljiltä, eikä kunnolla pitkään aikaan. Lattiat ja kaikki pinnat oli likaiset, eikä pyyhkeitä ei oltu vaihdettu. Tämä oli todella ikävää, koska meillä ei ollut omia pyyhkeitä mukana. Oli inhottavaa pyyhkiä itseään likaisiin pyyhkeisiin. Lakanat onneksi vaikutti puhtailta. Suihku oli rikki, joten jouduimme peseytymään pidee-suihkulla, joka sekin vuosi niin, että vessan lattia oli koko ajan märkä. Laattasaumoissa kasvoi hometta. Tiskikone oli rikki ja jääkaappi piti kovaa ääntä. Tuli tunne, että koko majoitus on huijausta, eikä kukaan ole pitkään aikaan pitänyt asunnosta huolta. Älä varaa tätä asuntoa, oli todella huono kokemus.

Internet nie działał przez cały pobyt, przeciekający kran i prysznic, w szafach znajdowały się pozostałości (chyba po wcześniejszych wynajmujących)

Magnífica ubicación, todo muy cerca, el transporte público funciona perfectamente. El apartamento muy cómodo, tranquilo y hay todo lo necesario

Era bastante complicado encontrar la llave. En la ducha después de que se ducha alguen se queda todo cuarto de baño mojado

У квартирі було брудно. Ціна не відповідає якості зовсім. Зв'язок з господарем був чудовий. Проте квартира дуже погана. Брудні ліжка у плямах.

Central location

- The apartment was dirty. Dirty sheets from previous guest still in the loft bed. Long black hairs hairs all over the white floors, also a lot of dust. Clearly the host had not been vacuuming for a while. In the middle of the shower we found a dirty smelly mop that the host had left there. Weird smell in the bathroom. Hallway cabinets full of dirty sheets from previous guests, dumped in a big pile. - Uncomfortable beds. Instead of making the loft bed for us, the host had only put fresh sheets on the pull out couches. Not exactly what we expected, very unfortunate hard pull out couch. - After complaining about the cleanliness to the host, she promised to send cleaner to change the sheets. But to do that we would have had to leave our key behind on the lock box which was on a public street. We were very uncomfortable with this idea and rather cleaned the apartment ourselves. Very strange that the host does not have extra keys of her own. Seems like an illegal rental. - Host promised a compensation for dirty sheets and bad experience. Never received any compensation even after multiple promises from the host to handle it.

Great location, with good restaurants and cafes nearby. Charming little apartment with good facilities. Flexible check in with the keys in a lockbox nearby. Great communication with the host! Good value for the money.

The beds were all somewhat uncomfortable. The cleanliness was ok, but left a little to be desired.

My kids where very exited of the bed in the kitchen. Very good location to visit a Linnamäkki.

Good location

The flat doesn’t actually have any proper beds … it was not properly cleaned - empty soda bottle laying around the floor, one of the towels was visible dirty.

It’s super cozy and nice. The evening light through the window is photoshoot worthy!

Perfect location, close to public transport. Many tram lines were by the apartment giving access to public transport to travel around town. There were shops, coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment had everything needed for our stay, except hair dryer. The kitchen was fully equipped.

The best thing was definitely the location , apartment is located right next to tram station, which gives easy access to all places around HL

The apartment itself was not properly heated and the windows seems to be not good enough to hold the cold, therfore in February it was challenging to sleep there.

The accommodation has everything you need for and is just located next to tram stop

I found it very unusual to locate the lock box from the other side of the road. Guests arriving at night might struggle to find it. Also wifi didn’t work as sim card was inserted incorrectly but thanks to the super accommodating host to get it sorted.

It was very clean and cozy, with all the necessary facilities, a good quality for this price

The owner of the place was really polite. We got to check in early which was amazing. It was a cute apartment

The sofa and the loft were really soft and comfortable but the other 2 beds were a bit uncomfortable but it is good for the price.

The accommodation is close to the bus and tram stops.

There was no WiFi. I didn’t realise at the time of booking, absolute bummer. I had to use my personal hotspot and used a lot of data. For this reason I wouldn’t book again.

The apartment was very beautiful and clean! For 5 people it’s a little tight but that was not a problem for us. there’s a tram stop really close to the apartment but other than that, it’s just a 25 minute walk from the city center. The host was very kind and helpful!

The coosiness of the apartment was really warm and charmfull, the kitchen was equiped very well and tidyness was on top. In a good location and the owner is really helpfull.

There was no internet in the apartment and kettle either.
