Den er liten men komfortabel plass. Passer bra for par. Sofa er sliten, men veldig avslappende. Verten er veldig hyggelig og tilgjengelig.

Vanntrykk i dusjen var så lite.

Alles… Veraltete, selbst gebastelte Einrichtung Bett wurde bereits benutzt (Haare auf Bettlaken diverse unter Kopfkissen gefunden). Bettzeug war neu aber ohne frischen Geruch Alte Handtücher mit schlechtem Geruch Warmwasserdruck in Küche und bad unzureichend Gesamtes appartment inklusive bad, wc wurde offensichtlich seit langem nicht mehr gereinigt. Eingangstüre klemmt/kompliziertes schließen. Insgesamt muss es verboten werden, derartige Unterkünfte bei booking.com anzubieten. Es ist eine Zumutung, wenn nicht gar strafbar so etwas anzubieten. Eine derartig menschenunwürdige Unterbringung habe ich noch nie erlebt. Als ich fragte, ob ich später als 11h aus checken könnte, hieß es, nur gegen Aufpreis weil das Reinigungspersonal dann käme - dieses Appartement wurde Seite Monaten nicht mehr gereinigt- ekelhaft.

Es gab einen großen Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Wir sind mit Auto und Anhänger angereist.

Wir haben vor der Anreise unsere Kennzeichen an den Vermieter geschickt, er hat dann angeblich das Auto registrieren lassen. Trotzdem haben wir 875,- Kronen (ca.120 €) Strafe zahlen müssen. Zur vereinbarten Schlüsselübergabe mit Barzahlung ist er nicht erschienen. Er war im Urlaub! Auf unsere Rückfragen wegen des Parktickets reagert er nicht mehr.

The place isn't close to the city center; it's on the outskirts—a more expensive ride. The second bed is a small fold-out mattress or a non-fold-out sofa in front of the TV.

First of all, I know that when he sees this feedback, he would write a counter story to cover up. He is full of evil, deceit and lies! I would like to mention that the apartment owner (Malik El Hababi who is a Moroccan) is not who you think he is. As a matter of fact, if you care for your safety, NEVER go to this apartment. Every guest should stay away from this MONSTER. Despite the fact that this booking was cancelled by him, which I never knew until after I checked-in, he still went ahead to confirm to me (via text) that I can check in. He also forced me to send him pictures of my IDs via whatsapp, which I did. He called me the next day, and was asking me to pay him by cash (which I didn't have), despite the fact that I had already paid on bookings, and yet to receive a refund (since he initiated the cancellation). He also threatened to kick me out of the apartment that night if I did not pay him cash, mentioning that he had no business with booking.com. He called me insulting names and kept threatening me. I immediately called booking.com to report this urgent matter. He came to the apartment, we had a heated argument, and he was forcing me to sit on the couch - like his child, which I refused - insisting that we could stand and talk. I told him I can pay again, but I would need an invoice since I am on an official trip. He kept insisting that I pay in cash instead with no assurance of invoice, and still forcing me to sit. When I refused to sit, all of a sudden, he violently hit me on the face. He assaulted me (his guest). I struggled to remain calm because I believed that he could have a weapon with him, and I was in his apartment. I eventually made a transfer to him (via Revolut), in which he charged me a higher rate for that night. I became concerned about the safety of my life, and I had to leave that night, at 20:40. I have all recorded conversations, and a video evidence of his assault, and further actions will be taken.

It is conveniently located. The apartment is a 20 min train from Copenhagen Central, then a 10 min walk through the neighborhood. The area is clean and quiet. There is a FodEx grocery store a 5 minute walk from the apartment. The apartment is spacious.

The apartment seriously needs a deep clean, a coat of paint, and some maintenance. It is pretty shabby. The few table lamps didn't provide a lot of light, and there are no ceiling fixtures in the kitchen, eating area, or living area. Very dingy at night.

Bardzo przyjemny apartament w spokojnej okolicy. Blisko do stacji kolejowej ,w pobliżu sklepy i restauracje. Kilka przystanków metrem od centrum Kopenhagi. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem mieszkania. Wygodny materac w sypialni, funkcjonalna kuchnia. Łatwe zameldowanie

Mały problem z wylewającą się wodą z prysznica ,ale będąc uważnym można pokonać tę niedogodność

Very nice and tidy place. The location was great and very close to supermarkets and train station. The host was very generous and understanding.

Kopenhagen is snel en gemakkelijk bereikbaar met her OV; je kunt de auto zonder extra kosten op de parkeerplaats bij het appartement laten staan.

Ondanks de bevestiging van Booking.com met daarin de afspraak bij aankomst te betalen (ca. 2 maanden vantevoren), bleek bij aankomst het appartement toch al aan iemand anders verhuurd te zijn (pincode in de mail van Booking.com was niet van het sleutelkluisje). Toen we het contactnummer van het appartement belden werd in 1e instantie gezegd dat onze boeking niet bekend was. Nadat we aangaven toch echt een bevestiging te hebben ontvangen en een paar dagen geleden nog eens (nadat de kostenloze annuleringstermijn was verstreken) werd onze boeking wel ineens gevonden. Maar er zat al iemand anders in het appartement (had ca. 1 maand geleden geboekt via AirBB?) want wij hadden immers niet betaald en dus was er een dubbele boeking. Vervolgens werd de indruk gegeven dat wij dan maar iets anders moesten gaan zoeken. Hierop hebben wij aangegeven dat dat toch echt niet de bedoeling kon zijn, mede aangezien wij niet meer kostenloos konden annuleren bij Booking.com. Bovendien leek het niet zo gemakkelijk om per direct iets anders (betaalbaar) te vinden voor 3 personen, 3 nachten dichtbij Kopenhagen. Meneer ging even e.e.a. uitzoeken en belde ons binnen 15 minuten terug; hij had kunnen regelen met de reeds aanwezige gasten dat zij per direct gingen verhuizen naar een ander appartement van hem dichtbij. Als we nog 1,5 uur konden wachten en ondertussen betalen dan ging hij het schoonmaken en konden we er alsnog in. Gelukkig is het dus allemaal goed gekomen, maar ons advies is wel om een paar dagen voor aankomst zelf contact te zoeken met de eigenaar om te checken of het bekend is en correct geboekt staat. Het appartement zelf is 'under construction'. Alle genoemde is aanwezig en werkt. Wel jammer dat onze dochter op een dun matrasje op de grond moest slapen.

Værten var meget ubehagelig. Jeg var overbevist om at han ville snyde mig. Man kunne ikke betale på booking.com Han ville have mig til at betale via Mobilpay. Da jeg påpegede det overfor ham, nægtede han mig at komme til stedet, selvom jeg havde betalt det fulde beløb. Jeg har smidt 2700,00 kr. Efter ham uden at få noget for penge. Håber der bliver taget hånd om sagen.

Грязно. Дешёвый ремонт, который сказывается на всем... Невозможно помыться в душе, практически не течёт вода, так как она перекрыта.

Location is nice - within waling distance of the train. The communication with the host (in writing) was easy and fast responses to questions. Nice with a kitchen, dining room and living room.

The bed is quite crammed into a wall. Luckily I was alone or it could havr been an issue for one person to get out of the bed. The wooden boards under the mattress, close to the floor, had one broken board why the mattress would sink into a hole. So much, I could not sleep at this side of the bed. Only reason it was not a probelm was because I was there by myself. There were only one single-size duvet on a smaller double bed -wonder if the owner would leave an extra duvet out if 2 people rent the place - or if this is it. The shower is quite small due to a washing machine standing next to it. Water run out n the floor - a small edge where the shower starts could prevent this. The space on the toilet, where you sit, when on the toilet is very narrow. The Cleaning of the toilet and kitchen could be better. there was garbage in the toilet bin on arrival. Glasses in the kitchen cupboard was dirty despite having been "sort of washed up"

The apartment look beautiful, well equipped and Malik is a very willing person who always tried to accommodate us. Apartment is located near to train station so you can get everywhere and the parking lot in front of the building is nice. Thank you so much for this experience, i would definitely recommend.

It was close to where I needed to be. I could put my car and bike outside (needed to report the license plate of car though, don't forget). The Kitchen was ok. The TV was big, and it was a good price.

Kitchen utensils needed to be washed off before usage. The bed and sheets could have been more comfortable. The bedroom had a burnt smell from curtains being close to the radiator, and was a bit dusty. Otherwise everything was fine.

Everything is quite good. The host, Malik, is beneficial, and the duvet is warm enough. The entire place has a lovely Nordic style and a large TV. The kitchen is adequately equipped for cooking. I love the location. Although it is not in the city centre, it’s easy to take a train to Copenhagen Central Station (København H). I don’t have a car, but there are bus stops nearby, which is convenient, and supermarkets are close to the accommodation. Overall, this is a great option. If I visit Copenhagen again, I would consider choosing this place again.

The floor is slightly sticky, and the bathroom can get wet because the shower door doesn't close properly.

Fantastic Stay! We had an absolutely delightful experience during our stay! The host was incredibly welcoming, easy to communicate with, and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The apartment was spotless and beautifully maintained, with all the amenities we needed, including Netflix, which was a lovely bonus. The location was perfect—just a short 400-meter walk to the nearest grocery store (Føtex Food) and bakery, and only 700 meters to the S-train station, which offers easy access to Copenhagen. The surrounding area was charming, with a lovely station square featuring restaurants, gyms, a dentist, grocery stores, a butcher, and more. Additionally, there was a beautiful beach and marina just a 15-minute walk away, making it the perfect spot for relaxation. You really get incredible value for your money here, and we are already looking forward to our next visit. We will definitely return again!
