المكان مرتب عبارة عن غرفة نوم وحمام ومطبخ وصاله مفتوحه على المطبخ فيه مسبح حلو ونظيف وعمقه مناسب فيه مجلس خارجي مع حمام ومطبخ صغير يكفي لعائلة صغيرة من 10 اشخاص

المسبح فقط نظيف كان والاشجار المحيطة بالشاليه

الأثاث والمكان يحتاج الى ترميم وتغيير الأثاث

الأجهزة الكهربائية سيئة. خاصة التلفزيون.

I booked and paid for three nights at this hotel and informed them in advance that I would arrive between 4–5 a.m., which they acknowledged. However, upon arrival, there was no one available to check me in. The staff member at reception was asleep, and despite several attempts to wake him, he did not respond. I ended up standing outside in the cold for about 30 minutes until another staff member heard me and came to assist. I was then informed that the room I booked was in a different location—something that was not stated on the booking platform. After about another 30 minutes, I finally checked in, only to wake up to a message claiming my payment had not gone through. The entire situation felt unsafe. The gate to the villa was locked, but the bedroom door could not lock. The furniture was old, the bathroom was in poor condition, and the only amenity provided was a single bottle of water. Payment was also a challenge. Their machine rejected my U.S. credit card several times, as well as another card, before finally accepting my UK debit card. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel.

the staff could not speak english well. Also I could not use my international credit card, I think they should have informed guests that they only take debit cards.

We had to pay 120 sr in the property for checking other then the reservation, this should happen, when I book online, the amount.must not change. Everytime they take extra, you have tonnage this issue with them.

The garden and the pool .

My booking has been changed at the last minutes to another location Enala resort . There was only one room which was not suitable for a family with 3 children. The location is bad there is nothing around . The amount for the caution was different from what was mentioned in booking ( 1000 SAR instead of 500 SAR). There was no Wifi , the TV was not working . We did not sleep well due to noise of planes passing above the area

It is clean and very cosy. Had a great time just the right space.

No water pressure in wash sink and shower bath . Water pressure is too low. Like no water . Secondly towels and other blankets are not provided properly. While we ask . But at checkout they check everything .

Spacious and good for the value, the main house is well maintained, would consider coming back again

It’s not very clean, found lumps of hair in the pool, and the guest house’s carpet is dirty and had an awful sewer smell (luckily we didn’t need to use it)

The swimming pool needed to be cleaned. When we came before, it was clean, and the water was clear.

We stayed in the resort for 3 nights, and the kids loved the pool. The staff were very polite and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

I like the private outdoor spaces for family bonding.

If a pool heater were available, it would have made our experience even more perfect and allowed us to fully embrace the outdoor space regardless of the weather.

Eventhough we booked for 8 people. We were given only one large bed. Others had to manage in the floor with blankets

every thing was perfect including the staff especially (Ahmed)

I would like it to be the same clean facility!

I wish they could have more utensils like coffee mugs and spoons
