كانت إقامتي في Aloevera Villas & Café رائعة جدًا. المكان جميل وهادئ ومريح، وأكثر ما أعجبني هو النظافة العالية والاهتمام بأدق التفاصيل. الفيلا مرتبة جدًا ومريحة، والموقع جميل ومناسب للاسترخاء والاستمتاع بالأجواء. بصراحة أحببت كل شيء في المكان؛ النظافة، الراحة، الموقع والأجواء الهادئة. تجربة جميلة جدًا ومكان يستحق الزيارة، وأنصح به الازواج ولكل من يبحث عن إقامة مريحة وهادئة في الجبل الأخضر. بالتأكيد سأكرر الزيارة مرة أخرى ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

1) Reception is almost always empty and no one to support asked for pool heating and no one came. 2) A lot of insects in the room. Found a HUGE spider in my room!! 3) door lock was damaged! 4) receptionist demanded cash security deposit upon check in, despite it not being mentioned on booking.com

النزل وسيع غرفتين وصالة ومكان خارجي مغلق مع حوض سباحه ومكان للشواء

الموقع بعيد عن الخدمات والنزل عليه بعض الملاحظات للأسف الحوض متسخ.. والحشرات في كل مكان في الخارج المفروض يتم رش المبيد في الخارج بشكل دوري.. وفي الداخل التلفاز لا يعمل والمكيفات لم تكن بتلك البرودة.. المطعم كذالك الخيارات محدوده ريوق أنجليزي وتركي والسعر 6.5 ( 65 درهم ) للشخص الواحد ويخلوا من الأطباق الرئيسية كل المنيو أكل جانبي مثل بيض والقليل من الفاصوليا والسيرفس مثل جبن وعسل وزبدة وفواكه

L Appartement est très propre avec une piscine privée , le personnel est accueillant et disponible.. Une vue magnifique sur le village avec les cultures en terrasse. Possibilité de se restaurer sur place

It’s a hidden gem here. Tremendous value for money, especially compared to neighbouring accommodations. Property was very clean, staff were very decent and polite. The villa was quite spacious and clean and the property was quiet and comfortable. Food is very good and coffee was great. Had a great stay and would definitely recommend! Cafe has stunning views!

The location is a bit off the beaten road but not remote, but the road to it isn’t quite paved as well, but with a 4WD that wasn’t an issue.

Refused to get me a room where no guest was in the apartment, their axcuseed they stick to the timing of checked in by instruction by boss. Also the apartment was not ready to received any guests as work was going on and it was too noisy.

Due to refusing to get the room we left the apartment and we was looking to new places!!!

There's unfinished construction in the property not mentioned while booking and not considering lowering the price as the construction is blocking the access to the view and making the coffee shop closed

The location and the facilities are outstanding, except some areas under construction, there fore the restaurant was not operational. Else everything was perfect.

More staff and services required. The reception to be improved.

Location near Wadi Bani habib.

Lack of communication. No answers for several days even after follow up. I wanted to book more rooms but ended up cancelling half my booking and keeping only the non refundable part. Venomous snake was wandering in the property. Property photos are from good old days, now it looked different.

Stayed with family 20/3 to 21/3/2026 Good view from the restaurant and they offer good breakfast. The stay was overall good & recommended, but take care of the booking tricks

The booking was a bit tricky & we overlooked it. Booked for 2 rooms with pool pictures, but we got 2 rooms on the first floor. According to the property staff, when room with pool is available, it will be mentioned 'ground floor with private pool'.

Superb view from a private balcony into the Wadi of old town. I rented one bed room apparment in first floor. Very good size, vey clean, awsome balcony. Helpful staff. إطلالة رائعة من شرفة خاصة على وادي البلدة القديمة. استأجرت شقة بغرفة نوم واحدة في الطابق الأول. مساحة الشقة واسعة ونظيفة للغاية، وشرفتها رائعة.. طاقم عمل متعاون و ودود. عمومًا، كانت تجربة ممتعة.

Not so good. No receptionist at all time in the premises, I had to look for him on arrival and deparure but once you find him he is very helpful and friendly. Poor hospitality tray (tea corner). There a stair case leading to a xlosed door to downstairs apartment which I was lucky was not occupied, otherwise would have been noisy and disturbing. You have to keep some food with you as it is 10 minutes drive from shops. Overall it was pleasnt experience. لا يوجد موظف استقبال متواجدًا طوال الوقت، واضطررت للبحث عنه عند الوصول والمغادرة، ولكن بمجرد العثور عليه كان متعاونًا وودودًا للغاية. ركن الشاي في الغرفه غير جذاب ويفتقر الى التنوع والاتكيت. يوجد درج يؤدي إلى باب مغلق لشقة في الطابق السفلي، ولحسن حظي لم يكن مسكونًا، وإلا لكان المكان مزعجًا. يجب أن تحضر معك بعض الطعام لأن المحلات التجارية تبعد عشر دقائق بالسيارة. عمومًا، كانت تجربة ممتعة.

Had a great stay. The room was very big, clean and with a nice view. There were lots of mountains and villages to explore close by. Found good restaurants a short drive from the accommodation. Kind and welcoming staff as well.

Es ist relativ gross und bietet viel Platz. Zudem gibt es ein Wohn und Schlafzimmer

Leider waren sie im Umbau und alles schien etwas ufertig. Auch die Begrüssung war etwas plump. Wir haben uns nicht sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war zwar sauber aber es schien fast so, als ob wir stören.

The apartment was suppose to be viewing the valley, unfortunately there was a cafe in front of it that blocks the view, this made it like a normal apartment in a city. If you are renting this property make sure you request the upper apartments or the right hand side one>

Hervorragender Aufenthalt! Die Lage ist absolut top – ruhig, wunderschön und perfekt, um Jabal Akhdar zu genießen. Das Personal ist ganz wunderbar: stets freundlich, aufmerksam und jederzeit hilfsbereit bei allen Anliegen. Die Zimmer sind super sauber und sehr gepflegt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das großartige, frische Frühstück, das den Start in den Tag perfekt macht. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Non ho nulla di cui lamentarmi

Großzügiges Zimmer, bequemes Bett, von der Terrasse aus schöne Aussicht über das Tal mit den Granatapfelplantagen; von hier lohnt sich eine kleine Wanderung zur Rosenfabrik. Personal zurückhaltend, aber hilfsbereit.

Pool nur für ausgewählte Zimmer verfügbar, das ist in der Booking-Anzeige nicht so gut ersichtlich. Kleine Lampen und Steckdosen am Bett wären hilfreich. Abendessen / Frühstück inklusive Uhrzeiten müssen vorab angegeben werden.

To Aloevera Villas & Cafa βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετικό σημείο στο οροπέδιο Saiq στο Jabal Akhdar (Πράσινο Βουνό), με υπέροχη θέα. Το πρωινό μας ξύπνημα περιλάμβανε μία υπέροχη έκπληξη: βρισκόμασταν πάνω από τα σύννεφα, που φαίνονταν να περιτριγυρίζουν το βουνό και το οροπέδιο! Το δωμάτιο ήταν καινούργιο, με πολύ χώρο και άνετη βεράντα, καλή επίπλωση, πεντακάθαρο, με πολύ άνετο κρεβάτι και καλή θέρμανση (με air condition), η οποία είναι απαραίτητη τη νύχτα σε αυτό το υψόμετρο. Παραγγείλαμε από το προηγούμενο βράδυ το πρωινό που θέλαμε, το οποίο και ήταν άψογο.

Mis à part la vue, pas grand chose

Plusieurs choses : - le personnel n’était pas le plus diligent du monde - l’annonce trompeuse, l’accès à la piscine n’est réservé qu’à une catégorie de chambre, hors l’annonce laisse penser que tous les clients peuvent y accéder - l’hôtel ne met pas à disposition de shampoing ni de gel douche - le restaurant de l’hôtel propose beaucoup de choix mais le service n’est pas au rendez vous. 45 mins pour un plat de pâtes. Hôtel à éviter

The views, my my, they will hopefully follow me around in my dreams. The pool, the size of the apartment and the little cafe!

Food and drink options are good and were sufficient for us albeit somewhat limited in the cafe and we did not go up there in our own 4x4, we were unable to really go shopping, so it would be good if the bar could have a little shop with snacks and cold drinks, fruit etc. He makes a great cappuccino though!

Check out at 11 am is too early for international standards. 12 noon to 1 pm is the convenient time for any traveller. Surprisingly breakfast had to be ordered a day before at the cafe otherwise we had to wait for an hour however we were not informed while checking in. There is no sign broad from the road to enter the property.

A clean and spacious villa, we booked the 2 room option with a private pool. Plenty of seating. Comfortable beds. Staff were very accommodating and friendly.

Overall property and staff was good. Great location and view.

One worker who work in the Cafe is very ugly احد العمال في الكافي كان اسلوبه غير احترافي ابدا واتمنى التنبيه له في هذا الموضوع كي لا يتسبب في عدم راحة الضيوف

Die Lage und der Ausblick sind sehr schön.

Sehr kalt. Es wurden Möbel zusammengestellt. Steckdosen fehlen. Hellhörig. Frühstück war spontan nicht möglich. Zudem dachte ich es gibt einen Pool nach der Beschreibung.

L’appartement est très loin et isolé du centre-ville. Il faut absolument prévoir un 4x4 pour y accéder, sinon la montée coûte 110 € aller-retour. En plus de cela, le confort n’était pas au rendez-vous : pas d’eau chaude, très froid dans tout l’appartement, et la piscine inutilisable à cause de la température. Honnêtement, il aurait été préférable de ne pas proposer cette location durant cette période.

Machine noise during the whole night, went on and off like every thirty seconds. Steep stairs to go up to the room, difficult and dangerous with heavy luggage. Staff was either absent or unhelpful, but insisted on receiving answers by whatsapp on unsolicited food offers.

Mooie ruime locatie. Auto nodig om rond te trekken.

There is no pantry inside the property its an outdoor pantry so its difficult to cook in a very cold conditions

Værelser var store og pæne. Skøn udsigt fra balkonen og tilhørende restaurant. God morgenmad.

Stedet bør fremhæve at det kun kan nås med 4x4 bil. Det står der, men man skal lede. En anden og stor fejl er at man læser under faciliteter at der findes en fælles pool man kan tilgå. Det kan man ikke. 2 af værelserne har privat pool. Andre beboere har ikke adgang. Aftensmaden var ikke så spændende. Det bemærker man især når man er afhængig af at spise på stedet fordi man ikke kommer i egen bil.

Terasse.

Ausgestorben, Menschenleer. Es wird nicht geholfen das Gepäck hochzutragen. Hotel wird nicht gezeigt. Anstatt kurz zu zeigen wo was ist, schickt das Personal lieber kurz eine Whatsappnachricht was es als Frühstück etc. gäbe.

Sehr modern und großzügig

Eher unpersönliche Einrichtung. Zu Beispiel keine Lampen am Bett, nur ungemütliche und sehr helle Deckenlampen. Personal eher zurückhaltend, z. T. große Verständigungsschwierigkeiten. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt auf eine Nacht verkürzt.
