Kitchen with cupboards provided but no plates, cups, cutlery etc. When asked for some, they provided disposable which was fine. However kept having to ask for more as they only bought 2-3 at a time when there were 5 of us staying.

Reviewed Oct 31, 2025Le personnel est très accueillant et aux petits soins (recommandations de sortie, bonbons offerts pour halloween, boissons de bienvenue, petit déjeuner offert, prêt d'un Dyson air wrap ou supersonic). Même si nous étions au premier étage, la vue sur plage était très belle. La chambre n'est pas en reste : spacieuse, lumineuse, bien équipée.
On entend parfois le bruit des évacuations d'eau des étages supérieurs mais ça reste mineur et peu gênant.

Reviewed Sep 22, 2025大人4人、小学生2人、未就学児1人の計7人で8階のペントハウスに滞在。こちらに載ってる画像通りのデザイン、照明、清潔さ、快適さでした。スタッフの皆さんも温かく迎えてくれて、困ったことがあってもすぐに対応して頂けましたし、日本語が話せる方も2人いらっしゃって気にかけて頂き大変助かりました。眺望も申し分無しでした。 ただ、キッチンがあってもカトラリーは無く、皿やコップも少なかったので、ホテルで食事をするときは注意が必要です。 とても楽しく滞在できて、いい思い出が出来ました。ありがとうございます！

Reviewed Aug 4, 2025같은 값으로 해운대 브랜드 호텔 작은방을 예약할수도 있었지만 그대신 방이 훨씬 넓고 인테리어도 더 트랜디하다고 느꼈습니다. 또 단순히 바다가 보이는 오션뷰가 아니라 활기넘치는 광안리 해안선 전체가 한눈에 들어오는 뷰였어서 사진으로 보는것보다 더 멋졌네요. 객실 컨디션도 깔끔했습니다.

Reviewed May 27, 2025I booked the Deluxe Ocean King with the sea view at this hotel for the nice view and hot tub/bath tub. They put us in a room on the 2nd floor so unfortunately the sea view was blocked by the road and the beach’s public washroom. You cannot use the bath without putting the curtains down which defeats the purpose of choosing this room for the view. People walking on the street can very easily look into the room and I even made eye contact with people while looking out the window. It is a very busy street so there are a lot of people walking by. Very disappointed that this room is considered as a sea view to the hotel.

Reviewed Apr 12, 2025아기와 방문하였어요. 킹 사이즈 침대가 커서 셋이 자기 좋았고, 광안리해수욕장이 코앞이라 넘 편했습니다. 직원분들이 아기도 넘 예뻐해주시고 친절하시고 서비스도 잘해주셔서 정말 편안하고 즐거운 여행이 되었어요~^^ 방으로 가져다주시는 조식도 넘 맛있었고, 객실도 깨끗하고 자쿠지가 있어 좋았어요. 소음도 없고 조용해서 아기가 한번도 안깨고 잘 잤습니다ㅎㅎ 다음에 또 방문하고 싶네요~!

Reviewed Jan 21, 2025The indoor pool was amazing along with the TV that moves around. We spent every evening relaxing in it. The amenities were stocked up daily and the breakfast was beyond our expectations. The best part was being able to hire a Dyson air wrap for our stay!
The heating was hard to control, it was getting very warm in the room and the floor heating was too hot.

Reviewed Oct 11, 2024객실 청결하고, 시설 좋고, 조식도 너무 잘나와서 만족스러웠습니다. 다만 리셉션은 개선이 필요할 것 같아요. 긴 말 하지 않겠지만, 체크인하러 온 사람에 대한 안내가 미흡하여 들어간 순간부터 벗어날 때까지 기분이 좋지 않았습니다. 직원들이 주변을 둘러보고 대응하는 능력이 부족하면, 대기줄을 만들던지 안내판을 만들던지 시설을 보안해야할 것 같아요. 그 외 모두 흡잡을 곳 없이 좋았습니다.

Reviewed Oct 6, 2024가족여행으로 어른3, 36개월 미만 아이1명 이용했습니다. 내부시설 청결도 좋았고, 조식은 샐러드도시락과 샌드위치 서비스였는데 처음보는 형태라 신선했습니다. 다만 자쿠지 바닥 마감이 안좋은 부분이 있어 걸어다니거나 앉을때 살짝 아팠습니다. 이건 이용자의 안전을위해 정리해주셔야겠구요. 세면대 위 공간이 너무 좁습니다. 위에 거울쪽 선반을 쓸수있으면 좋을거같아요. 세면대 수도꼭지도 너무 정중앙에 커서 세수하기 좀 불편합니다. 전반적으로 컨션은 좋은편이고, 침구는 무거운 편입니다. 개인정보 유출 걱정이 되어 신분증 및 카드 주요정보 제외하고 복사해달랬는데 요구대로 잘처리해주셨습니다.

Communication with staff was a little difficult because of a lack of English skills. We were woken up on a Saturday at 6pm due to construction works in front of our window (non sea view double room). The breakfast has very little options for vegetarians. Basically only yoghurt and a bit fruit.
