Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Laurence is a lovely and attentive host. The home is clean, well thought-out for guests – supplies, extra linen, space for luggage, hooks to hand clothes/towels/etc. I suspect it gets hot in the summer, but the house is equipped with *many* fans. The kitchen works perfectly, parking is easy and the location is super convenient both within Aywaille and to explore the area, since it's so close to the motorway.
The house is a bit old (even if remodeled), so the floors creak when you walk, but not a big deal. I also wish the bathroom door closed without much force (but I think Laurence is working on that). And the wifi wasn't great, I had to restart the router 3 times over the course of a week.

Reviewed Dec 30, 2024A nice and cozy house in a beautiful area. It's well equipped, nice and warm. We were surprised by the additional room in the garage (man's cave). The distance to the attractions was quite convenient. The rooms are spacious although the toilet was really small. It wasn't however such a big deal. I truly recommend this place!
The house needs some improvements, however, the price compensates the minor disadvantages.

Reviewed Dec 26, 2023A welcoming location. You have everything you need. The owner has thought of every little detail to be made available to the guests. A plus is the fact that you find a welcome with a local drink that is placed on the table for each person.
The doors creaked.
