Reviewed Sep 7, 2026The location was excellent, right on the edge of the city centre. Very hand for bars, restaurants, tourist sights etc. The apartment was clean and comfortable, well equipped and ideal for our needs.
For us, nothing really but it is worth noting that as far as I am aware there is no lift which would make it unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues.

Reviewed Apr 28, 2026The apartment is really big. Lots of rooms, huge kitchen. Plenty of furniture. It was in a peaceful area, very close to the old town and river. There was no traffic noise that i noticed. The host was helpful and kind. Lots of fans if it's hot, lots of heaters if it's not. A much appreciated facility. Beds were very comfortable. Wifi was perfect.TV was good. Lots of places to eat right on the doorstep and good supermarket just a few mins walk. Plenty of sockets and extensions.
Minor things (given the good price for the apartment, it was a very fair deal). Kitchen tap was literally hanging off. Host did repair but it was hanging off again in a day or so. The fittings etc are a bit tatty in places, but not enough to affect your stary. Wifi was perfect.TV was good. Lots of places to eat right on the doorstep and good supermarket just a few mins walk.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2025Spacious, well enough equipped, great location just behind the theatre, very comfortable bed. Due to changes to my flight + a delayed flight + my transfer driver not showing up I could not get to the property until after midnight - yet someone was still able to meet me there and to hand over the keys - this was very much appreciated!
The closed in balcony very small and is incredibly hot in the mornings - which means it's impossible to sit out there and relax with a coffee in the morning.

Reviewed May 31, 2024Everything was good, the apartment had everything we needed and more. It was also a brighter apartment than it appears in the photographs. The location is ideal for the centre of Tavira, but it is also quiet. We were pleased that we were able to check out later than the normal 10am time.

Early morning noise from ...street cleaners, the cafe from over the road and busy traffic noise.
