Il personale al check in è stato gentilissimo, la camera era bella spaziosa e pulita e dalla camera non si sentono rumori esterni.

Per essere un ostello è un pochino caro, e la cucina in comune non era proprio perfetta ( mancavano i cucchiai e il forno a microonde era abbastanza sporco).

Nada más llegar nos querían cobrar de más por las tasas, llevamos una niña de 11 años y hasta los 12 no pagan, el recepcionista decía que si aunque yo le enseñara mi precio cerrado de booking. Al final cobro lo que era ya que me disponía a llamar. Las habitaciones son enanas y están sucias, la cama la haces tú con las sabanas que te dan en recepción y tenían pelos largos enganchados, tuvimos que comprar champú ya que solo pusieron para 1 día, los grifos hacían un ruido de tuberías espantoso y se oía el de varias habitaciones lo que hacía que dormir por la noche fuera casi imposible. Está a 40 minutos del centro y para coger el bus a 25. En el hotel se alojan casi todo grupos de colegios y hacen mucho ruido ya que están jugando por los pasillos.

A great place to stay, the staff is pretty welcoming and the whole place it’s really clean and nice to be in, whether you use it only for sleeping or you actually spend more time in it during the day

Wonderful stay, one of the best hostels I have been in. New, very clean, spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Each person has a small lamp and a socket near bed. There are separate shower room and just toilet room inside main room. Good air conditioner. There is also a kitchen and laundry room, bar area where you can order something. There is a free luggage storage. Great stay and price is good.

There were almost no cutlery and dishes in the kitchen….

Comodo e cruciale

El hotel esta lejos del centro pero bien ubicado para coger tren o autobus. El hotel estaba muy bien y la habitacion es justita pero en general bien. Lo unico malo es que hay mucha gente joven y hacen bastante ruido para poder dormir; tuve que salir al pasillo a pedir a un grupo de jovenes que bajaran el volumen. El personal encantador

Nell’insieme è una struttura accogliente, il personale gentilissimo, l’unica pecca è l’assenza del bidet. Per il resto non mi posso lamentare per niente, consigliato. Inoltre vorrei consigliare l’apertura di una sede a Roma andrebbe a ruba

I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this hostel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and at home. They were friendly, helpful. Special thanks to Matilde for all her help and support— you are a gem!🙏🥰 The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The beds had individual lights and charging points – small touches that make a big difference when you’re traveling. The bathroom was spotless and cleaned. The common areas were cozy and vibrant – perfect for meeting other travelers or relaxing after a long day of exploring. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better.

The bunk bed didn’t have the linens on, and we had a bit of trouble. There were no disposable slippers.

La cuisine, Il y a beaucoup de dortoir, et j ai trouvé la cuisine un peu petite au vue de tout les dortoir , de plus il n’y avait pas énormément de matériel tel que les bols les tasses etc.. pour prendre nos repas

Las camas son de hierro y hacen mucho ruido. Te dan tus sabanas y edredón para que tú te hagas la cama.

We asked for room cleaning, they did not make the bed nor did they put towels for us. Even the floors were not cleaned.

Il fatto che fosse nuova e ben tenuta, i letti delle camere sono spaziosi e confortevoli con prese per ogni posto letto. Nella nostra camera da 6 c’erano due bagni: uno con il wc e il lavandino e un altro con la doccia e il lavandino.

La struttura mi è piaciuta, un po’ meno una delle compagne di stanza (isterica) che per tutta la notte, a cadenza regolare, ha ritenuto opportuno battere le mani (tipo applauso) svegliando tutta la stanza, perché una delle altre ragazze della camera russava. Se si dorme in ostello bisogna mettere in conto che lo spazio va condiviso con altre persone, altrimenti ci si prenota una singola (pagando il prezzo di una singola). La struttura, tra l’altro, ha dei distributori automatici con varie cose utili, come ad esempio i tappi per le orecchie. Che consiglio, se si ha il sonno leggero.

Good facilities on site - especially bar/restaurant and laundry. Close to a train station. Private room was quite good.

Rooms were a little small and dusty. Not many restaurants near by. The digital check in option was tricky and resulted in queing for a person, who were quite good.

the staff was extremly nice , the hostel is well located , it's a 20min walk from the center of florence and all tourist attractions and areas . The rooms were clean and spacious and secure ? I had a great stay i definelty recommand!

I have stayed in this chain before in other cities but I feel that some small issues have downgraded the experience, keep in mind that I booked a private room not a shared one, no extra pillows were available and the breakfast I found very basic

Grande Hostel con tanti servizi (bar etc...) , carino, atmosfera fresca, giovane ed internazionale. Ottimo rapporto qualità e prezzo. Davvero apprezzabile il doppio bagno in camerata femminile ...uno per la doccia ed uno per la toilette...si evitano lunghe attese ;-)

Purtroppo la mia permanenza ha coinciso con eventi sgradevoli (la cancellazione di in concerto e la fregatura subita in un negozio) che mi sono capitati durante questo viaggio a Firenze e non ho avuto modo di risollevarmi il morale. Pertanto ho difficoltà a dare un giudizio completo.

En soit l'auberge coche toute les cases de ce qu'on attend d'une auberge de jeunesse ni plus ni moins. Dans l'ensemble l'auberge est très propre.

Je ne suis pas fan du check in autonome. Je préfère être face à des humains. Je suis malheureusement tombé sur une chambre avec une room mate un peu envahissante et je regrette de ne pas avoir pu avoir un peu plus d'intimité. L'auberge était assez bruyante le soir mais c'est assez commun dans les auberges de jeunesse.

Buena ubicación

Me entregaron toallas sucias.

Queda un poco alejado pero en realidad en transporte público llegas a todos lados. Las instalaciones son excelentes. Me atendieron muy bien y todo muy limpio. También tiene para guardar equipaje en lockers por pocos euros. Es muy bueno el lugar.

La verdad no tengo nada malo que decir.

Non mi è piaciuto una cosa.. mancano le lenzuola!

It’s a fairly clean hostel with a good location. Buses stop right across the street, making it easy to get around the city. We weren’t bothered by noise at night. The train stop “Campo di Marte” is right across from the hostel, and from there you can reach Santa Maria Novella by train for €1.60 in just 5 minutes.

A cozy and well-located hostel budget level, perfect for those who love the charm of nature and life on the road. The atmosphere was warm and memorable.

Todo muy bien , desde las.instalaciones hasta la atención.

Next to the train station, even not a central. A spacious clean room with a bathroom and two comfortable beds. Superb view over the mountains from the 5 -th floor window. There is a small kitchen for self-catering and cheap luggage lockers. Good train and bus service. Friendly staff. The hotel is one of the best I’ve ever been for the budget travellers. If I go again to Florence, I would like to stay there again.

Using the kitchen was difficult, because people were taking dishes and glasses from there to their rooms, and we needed to find our own spoons and cups.
