Cleanliness of the room

Everything was great. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always happy to help—if you needed anything, all you had to do was ask. The rooms were clean and spacious, and everything worked perfectly. The only minor issue was receiving calls at unexpected times, particularly about breakfast. On my first morning, I received a call at 6 a.m. asking whether I wanted breakfast, which I found quite funny! However, you simply need to let the staff know your preferences. The breakfast is great, by the way, especially if you’re open to trying the local food. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and feel this hotel deserves a much higher rating.

only drawback was the Wi-Fi, which wasn’t reliable enough if you intend to do any work during your stay. Thankfully, I managed to arrange a SIM card and use a hotspot, although getting one can be quite difficult as a tourist.

Frühstück wird extern besorgt. Nicht genug um satt zu werden. Keine Getränke. Kein Obst. Sehr unfreundliches Personal: Der Chef persönlich schrie mich an und erpresste beim auschecken 200 INR weil ein benutzes Handtuch nicht mehr zu 100% weiß war. Eigendlich war er glaube ich nur sauer, dass ich doch nicht noch eine nacht verlängern wollte. Also wer sehen will wie ein erwachsener Mann seine würdelos mit Worten um sich schmeißt, ist hier richtig.

The hotel is very conveniently located and is quite comfortable with spacious rooms. It is very clean and our stay was perfect. But because it is a small hotel, it doesn’t have a dining area. Which means that breakfast is served in disposables in your rooms. That’s the only inconvenient bit. But otherwise it is stellar! The staff is especially very helpful.

Loved the size of the room and the bathroom... facilities were very nice. I think its a new property. There's no breakfast buffet, so the staff arranged breakfast for us. Hotel had a really good restaurant below - definitely a must try!

Spacious and comfortable room, with all the needed amenities. Very friendly staff and helpful manager. Location is perfect. Outside you find a nearby supermarket and restaurants.

Breakfast is not available within the hotel. It is brought from outside, but you can order it and it is properly delivered at the given time. It is delicious too. Hotel can absolutely be recommended!

Überaus warmer und herzlicher Empfang durch das Personal, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir fühlten uns auf Anhieb Zuhause. Super Dusche, sauberes Zimmer und bequeme Betten.

Wäre schön, wenn das Frühstück nicht im Zimmer eingenommen werden müsste.

The room was spacious, neat and clean. Staff was courteous. Breakfast though sourced from nearby restaurant but was very good, both quality and quantity wise.

The Hotel does not have a restaurant presently. However, they have tie-ups with local restaurants and they deliver food of our choice for breakfast thats included with the room. The hotel allows us to order food through delivery apps as well.

The room was clean and had everything that I needed. The staff were professional and attentive through and through.

It was written including breakfast but it was not a buffet but they got us parcel from a nearby hotel which was very bad. Also no room service or restaurant available

Breakfast is full enough and i felt its heavy for me, much filling and good quality food. And comfort stay in the room.

The cot made a little sound, which i felt can be improved.

the location is not too strategic

A warm and very hospitable hotel staff. The room was quite spacious and had a terrific view of the Vellangiri mountains in the distance. The room also had a work table and a large king sized bed, making my work trip very comfortable. The bathroom was immaculate with modern and clean equipment.

Since the hotel had many reviews from international travellers, I went there hoping to use my international debit card, but it didn't work, and I was left with no option but to withdraw cash. I'd recommend international travellers with international bank cards to first check if their card would be accepted before booking, should they not want to find themselves in my shoes, i.e., pulling cash and paying ATM transaction fees.

The room was good and it was clean. There are many nearby restaurants.

For breakfast which was added to the room, we had to go outside of the hotel which was around 500 to 600 meters away from the room. Also the service in the restaurant was bit bad. Instead they can mention while booking the room saying breakfast not inhouse and need to go out for the same.

Car parking was little difficult for big cars. It has no restaurant, but they charge with breakfast. Then they coupon to have breakfast from annapoorna. Not everyone will like it but overall the food is good as we know. For me it wasn’t a big deal but prior information while booking would have been good

The management need to look into the bathroom clealiness. Also in some detailing. D coffee stirrer was nt changed. N bathroom sink was not cleaned properly.

New property. Great place to stay, convinient location (need to correct location in apple maps, google maps show fine), friendly and helpful staff, exceptional amenities. Wished there was food facility aswell, but Annapoorna is about half km away. Exceptional value for money if dining included. Overall, very satisfied.

The staff are very helpful. This was my first trip to Coinbatore, and I arrived at 1 in the midnight after 16 hours of travel. The staff not only welcomed me with a big smile, but also took me the closest, and then opened restaurent. The staff cared me and my son so that we feel home like. Moreover, I happened to meet some of their management team members, and I believe their junior staff learn respecting and helpfulness from them. I had a great experience. Well done, brothers and sisters.
