Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Tutto pessimo, asciugamani sporchi , piatti sporchi e insetti nel bagno. La proprietaria è stata sgarbata e mi ha accusata di aver fatto entrare altre persone in casa e mi ha accusata del fatto che l’ho pagata di meno. Si è giustificata poi dicendo che si è comportata così perché sta passando un momento difficile , ma questo dopo avermene dette di ogni. Sconsiglio!!!

The location was great — close to restaurants and easy to get around. Everything we needed was provided, and the place felt comfortable and well-maintained. Would definitely book again and recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Sa localisation est un véritable atout : idéalement situé entre Tunis, La Marsa, La Goulette et Sidi Bou Saïd, il permet de se déplacer facilement tout en profitant des plus beaux endroits de la région. Notre hôte a été exceptionnelle : chaleureuse, disponible et très arrangeante. Elle nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de confiance et de bienveillance, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésitation.
Seul petit point à améliorer : prévoir davantage de couverts et d’ustensiles de cuisine, surtout pour les voyageurs qui restent une semaine complète et souhaitent cuisiner régulièrement.

Mais de toutes celles que j'ai louées jusqu'à présent, celle-ci est celle où je me suis sentie le plus chez moi. Les chambres sont spacieuses et l'emplacement est excellent. Surtout, la propriétaire est incroyablement gentille, comme ma propre mère. Elle m'appelait tous les jours pour savoir si j'avais besoin de quoi que ce soit. J'ai été très touchée par son attention. Je la choisirai sans hésiter lors de mon prochain séjour.

Dated. wifi keeps on dropping. Hard matress. No bath mat/shower mat. Water flowing outside the shower due to a gap between the wall and shower glass.

Reviewed Apr 12, 2026Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielką wystarczająco wcześnie przed przyjazdem. Blisko z lotniska, dużo miejsca na ulicy przed budynkiem. Apartament jest duży i czysty. Wygodne łóżka i przyjemna łazienka.
Dwa piętra w górę z bagażami to pewne utrudnienie, ale nic więcej nie znajdę 😀

The location was great, with easy access to everything we needed. The house was fully equipped and very comfortable. The host was extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made our stay even more pleasant and gave us a very good feeling throughout our time there. Next time, we will definitely come back with our children. We highly recommend this place to other travelers.

Reviewed Oct 29, 2024I was looking for place and i qas keeping changing every day till i found this amazing cozy home from the first mn you feel that u r just in ur home , clean and everything just in his place , you have all kind of shops around you very calm and easy to go everywhere and its just mfew mn far from the airport , the host she is just amazing and very kind and she helped me always any thing you need just contact her 100% WILL BE MY PLACE whenevere i go back to tunisia highly recomanded 10/10
