Reviewed Sep 8, 2026地點很好，後站走路幾分鐘就會到，硬體設備很好，房間空間很大，Toto免治馬桶，蓮蓬頭 bravat，特大雙人床，床墊軟硬適中，房間也是使用電子鎖及材質好的門，熱水夠熱，水量很大，整個房間超乾淨。隔音好。進房也貼心開好了冷氣。房間內很多貼心巧思。住起來非常舒適，洗髮精沐浴乳也使用知名品牌。吹風機使用國際牌。老闆超好，第一次遇到民宿有接送服務，實在有夠貼心。民宿的平實價格入住到超高規格的設備體驗，推薦!!!!!!! 下次來花蓮住宿首選~

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026老板葉大哥很客氣，我們提早到，葉大哥也很貼心替我們準备房間，很仔細介紹入住的細節。因為我們沒開車，也幫我尋找當地的包車司機黃大哥及蘇大哥，包車價格公道，第一次來花蓮玩，這次是很棒的行程。 退房時，因為火車訂在下午三點，老板也同意讓我們多留一個小時。

Reviewed Feb 22, 2026地點寧靜，附近早餐店選擇多，開車一下就到市中心。 房間乾淨，廁所採乾濕分離及免治馬桶，進出只需一張磁卡，且有電梯方便上下樓。 大門口可以自由拿瓶裝礦泉水，還有酒精防蟲噴霧可使用，民宿旁邊有公園可以給小孩放電。
廁所是木地板，加上民宿是整棟淨水，溼地板會非常滑，需小心注意。

Reviewed Feb 10, 2026電梯民宿很乾淨，有免治馬桶，洗澡水壓大，有好市多採購的洗髮精跟沐浴乳，但如果能有潤髮乳更好。吹風機風量也大，無需自備，插座非常多方便各式充電；停車方便，老闆人很好很親切 棉被也很貼心的準備單人被，避免搶被情況，或是也可另外選擇雙人被；四人房有一張加大床、一張標準雙人床，身形魁梧誰也很舒適，雖然沒附早餐，但五分鐘內走路就有三間，早餐店方便覓食。 這是第二次住宿，體驗一樣棒，下次來花蓮仍是首選

Reviewed Nov 24, 2025Very friendly owner, very accomodating and even upgraded us to a bigger room since we were the only quests. Very spacious (shared) living room and kitchen, modern elevator and spacious room with very comfortable shower. Quiet surroundings and we could use the washing machine.
The only downside is the very hard bed...the bed is wide (a bit short for Europeans but is everywhere the case in Taiwan), but really too hard. Also the location is only good if you have a car (which we had).

Reviewed Nov 18, 2025The host is a gracious and accommodating guy. He set us up with breakfast vouchers and directions to four different breakfast cafes nearby, which worked out great. Our room with large balcony was spacious, comfortable and immaculate. We had use of the kitchen and 24//7 coffee and tea. Located in a quiet residential area. Perfect stop for cyclists heading through Hualien.
Nothing negative. Everything was excellent.
