Reviewed Sep 19, 2026The property is new and so in very good order with a high level of fixtures and fittings, very modern, clean, warm, quiet and comfortable
The only we can think of is there are only 2 external windows (both in the bedrooms) for natural light but this is a constraint of the site and design.

Reviewed May 23, 2026Een zeer ruim en mooi ingericht appartement op een leuke plek met op 1 minuut lopen Olivers bar waar je zowel een heerlijke pint Guinness als een zeer goede maaltijd met vers gevangen vis kan eten.
Kussens waren aan de harde kant. Een zachter kussen als optie toevoegen zou de woning perfect maken.

Rien à redire, extrêmement propre... le village est magnifique, les gens sympathiques. L'appartement est bie situé. Nous reviendrons sans problème.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2025Space, space and more space. This appartment is huge. Rooms, floors, living room, kitchen. All of them. Clean, to the point. Shiny new equipment everywhere. Close to the harbour, opening up the door exposing to the sea. Outlooks to the other side of the bay. Crisp air. Host is utmost welcoming, nice guy. Cleggan cliffs is nearby and a must to see.
Small flying midgets were around (late August), that can't be handled by the property.

Attention : la pièce de vie, cuisine et séjour n a aucune fenêtre, ce qui n est pas agréable du tout. Pas d exterieur car l appartement donne directement sur le parking privé sans espace aménagé. Pas de vue réelle sur la mer, vue parkings. L appartement se trouve en RDC et a proximité de deux restaurants.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2025L'appartement est très moderne et propre. La cuisine est excellente. Localisation idéale pour visiter le connemara. Il y a un bon pub à 200m à pied.
Ma femme aurait préférée une fenêtre dans le salon moi perso ça m'a pas dérangé. Le lit double un peu juste... ça doit être un 140cm.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2025Sehr grosse geräumige, gut ausgestattete, sehr saubere Wohnung. Betten waren bequem. Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Der beschriebene Meerblick war von der Wohnung aus nicht vorhanden. Leider gibt es keine Fenster in Küche und Wohnzimmer.

Reviewed Jun 6, 2025This is a very modern, well equipped and yet cosy apartment, close to many places of interest, Inishbofin ferry,( literally steps away!),Omey island, Kylemore Abbey, Cliften etc. and a few beaches.The area was very quiet, (we visited in early June) which we liked. Cleggan has a shop, pub and restaurant, all you want in a village. We were very happy with our host David, we knew if we needed anything he would be there .Highly recommend.

Reviewed Oct 26, 2024The apartment was fab and cosy. Right at pier. Weather couldn't be predicted but nice to walk to pubs, shop and restaurant in a few minutes , even when off peak! David was a lovely host. Milk and cake/ biscuits in fridge on arrival. A lovely host.
I would have preferred a bigger bed, is all!

Reviewed Oct 20, 2024Everything! Great location, spotlessly clean, very well equipped and spacious. Really good shower, comfy bed & nice to have sky tv too. Kitchen has everything you need including an air fryer. Great to have a washing and drying machine too if there for a long stay. David is a fantastic host, really helpful, couldn’t have done more to make sure our stay was the best it could be.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2024The host was excellent and he was very accommodating and made us feel like it was home away from home. We had an excellent 7 days and the amenities and facilities were top-notch. David is a gent and he helped us with advice on beaches and we caught a mackrel on the pier and he helped my boys lovely guy and nice to deal with. I enquired about getting some lobster and crab and again he helped us greatly and supplied us with beautiful shell fish we enjoyed greatly. David was very easy to deal with and nothing was a problem for him and his family team in making our stay amazing. Just to mention too we thought the beds / mattress were so comfortable. there was coffee and soap and lovely set up its very modern with underfloor heating and big TV and great kitchen with washing machine and even a tumble dryer. Thanks a million. Paul
