M R Residency Dharwad.

We did not take breakfast

Nothing in particular

Very decent rooms with AC. The staff were kind and considerate.

Some services were required specially complimentary breakfast as the cost were good enough. Bathroom door needs fixing.

Well maintained, staff were friendly and humble, near to hotel and for shopping

Overall a very good experience for the first timers in dharwad

Location, spacious rooms

Air conditioning available or not should be clearly mentioned

they should start complementary breakfast soon.

No attached restaurant. However, there are many restaurants within a short walking distance.

Nothing

Very dirty

It is clean and spacious

It's better to have restaurant

Cleaness, room size, service, food breakfast and dinner, staff behaviour, room lock system etc

One additional washbasin required outside Plates should be served along with food

Ambiance, Location

The only disadvantage is it has no hotel of its own. They will arrange food from nearby hotels thereby customers are not assured of food quality

It should have boarding facilities too

MR Residency is on Jublee Chowk with reserved parking in basement. The rooms are neat and spacious. Location is near to District Court and other shops and is good.

There is no inhouse kitchen so you have to eat food from outside. They do take orders and bring food from outside. But complementary breakfast is not available.

Nothing

We had booked room as per our requirement. But when we reached there that room was allocated to some else .still they (reception guy) didn't had the courtesy to accept that he was wrong . Instead he wanted us to comprise and select the rooms that are available. He was very rude saying if u don't want u can go . I will see what u will do and all. We said we will give feedback on this , but he didnt care. He said no one gives bad reviews every one only talks. We had booked through booking.com and we are really disappointed with this Dharwad hotel MR Residency. After such a long travel ur welcoming guest in such a rude way and without asking giving our room to some one else is not acceptable.

Cleanliness ,helpful staff

No signage or display board at ground level We got confused after entry
