Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with my stay. For early check-in, I was required to pay RM30 for one per hour. However, after arriving, I was asked to wait at the guardhouse for about 15 minutes. I only received the password to collect the house key at around 3:02 PM. The hair dryer and electric kettle were also not working. These basic facilities should be checked and maintained properly before guests arrive. Overall, I felt that almost everything required an additional payment, and the service was not very friendly or welcoming. The experience was not worth the money. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this homestay.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026The location is great, conveniently situated near various amenities and AEON Mall Equine Park (Jusco Equine). However, do keep in mind that these places are not within walking distance, so having your own transportation would be more convenient. The area is peaceful and quiet, making it a pleasant place to stay. One of the things I liked most was the parking area. It is very convenient and easy to access, allowing for a smooth entry and exit. Unlike many service apartments where you may need to spend several minutes navigating through the parking area just to reach your parking spot, the parking here is hassle-free and easily accessible.
The furniture may not be in perfect or brand-new condition, but everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided. The accommodation is well-equipped and functional, making it suitable for a pleasant and convenient stay. Considering the overall experience, it offers good value and has everything necessary to make you feel comfortable.

There were only some applications that I think can be maintained better like the toilet bidet, changing the wall clock’s battery, and the sink pipe.

Reviewed May 27, 2026The studio was very clean, comfy and exactly like the photos. I loved the greenery view from the window, very calming and peaceful. Location is super convenient because it's really near Aeon Mall, easy to get food and groceries. Host Ohana Homestay was responsive and check-in was smooth. The bed and pillows were comfortable, perfect for 2 nights stay. Great value for 4 pax. Will definitely come again.
Nothing major to complain about. Everything was good and met my expectations. If I have to suggest, maybe add more coffee/tea in the room. But overall I'm very satisfied with the stay.

The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a cozy atmosphere that made it feel like a home away from home. Everything was properly prepared, and the facilities provided were convenient and easy to access. The location is also very strategic, with nearby shops and food options making it very convenient for a short stay. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience and would definitely recommend Soho trio permai to others. I would happily stay here again in the future.

The property: Several items were in poor condition—the kitchen tap was loose, the sofa armrest was shaking/unstable, the kettle was rusted inside, and the door handle to the laundry area was faulty. As I was traveling with my 2-year-old son, the 'fragile' state of the unit was very stressful. So we decided to check-out earlier. The Management: Communication was poor. Before arrival, staff were quite dismissive and short when I asked basic questions. Once I checked in and sent videos/photos of the maintenance issues, they completely ignored the messages and offered no help or apology. The Deposit: Despite checking out early and informing them, they never reached out for my refund details. I had to manually message them two days later to ask for my money back. I’m not sure if it would have been refunded at all if I hadn't chased them.

- Microwave over bau busuk (bau tikus) - Access card cuma bagi 1. Agak susah untuk couple or family staying. klu sorang keluar bekerja, sorg lagi terkurung dlm rumah. - Ada bahagian dinding berkulat - saya minta late check out (1pm), owner bg option sama ada tolak deposit rm30/hr atau rate full star 😅. maaf saya choose utk tolak deposit. sebab saya sendiri rasa tertipu kerana pilih berdasarkan rating.
