Washroom were small campy and smelly because of the underfloor waste tank in washroom

overall best experience but traffic in this location main problem

Very near to NESCO exhibition center. Clean and safe. Excellent internal restaurant.

Outside picture of the hotel is not exactly the same! Very noisy people in the corridor and in the other rooms, speaking loudly on phone, TV at maximum volume. I informed reception but they didn’t do anything.

Very nice stay at this fine hotel. Very friendly staff and super close to NESCO which makes it very convenient traveling back and forth from the conference grounds. Excellent food, both breakfast as dining.

There was a very strange smell of damp in the room and the only solution provided was an air freshener. It was not pleasant to stay in the room for a long time much less sleeping.

The staff was really nice and welcoming. Thanks to the receptionist Faisel, he helped whenever needed.

When I came at check in at the time that I gave them for check in , they were still preparing my room. And they delayed it, and I had to wait for around 1 and half hours.

Everything here felt great. It was peaceful, clean, and calm. A perfect spot to rest during a busy trip. They served good breakfast, food is very good,

The room was quite nice and the bathroom was quite well maintained. The reception was nicely decorated and organised. Breakfast was decent.

Did not like a particular staff at the reception. The man was very moody and irritable. Also, services were exceptionally slow at Rootopia.

We booked it due to its location near Bombay exhibition center. It is walkable to that. Food is great , staff very kind. Breakfast very nice. I was amazed to see the food available till 1am.

I feel washrooms can have some antislip mats , room should have slippers , comb .

Location was good

Generally reception was ok, not very warm and welcoming. Only lady at breakfast was polite and serving well.

It is not worth what they charge to us, bery old rooms and air conditions very old sound making and no cool....

Only reception is of 4 star level. Rooms are very much below average and of sub standard. Not worth the amount they are charging. The website says view of garden mountain all you get is a 2ft by 2ft window with view of other building.

Choose Any Other Hotel Instead of This One I stayed at Arnna Hotel, and people should know that it was a terrible choice. The location is awful, there were cockroaches walking through the restaurant, the mattress was uncomfortable, the rooms were not properly cleaned, and the bathrooms had a terrible smell. However, the worst part was the manager (Tejas Mangela). At checkout, we were overcharged for laundry and food services. This happened while we were about to leave for the airport so we wouldn’t miss our flight, even though we had requested the bill in advance. He promised to refund the incorrect charges, claiming that the laundry staff member was not present at that moment. After that, several fabricated excuses were used to justify the amount that was charged. There was a complete lack of transparency in the calculations, and even after acknowledging that nearly one hundred dollars had been wrongly charged, they still refused to refund our family. This goes against all standard hotel practices. Dishonest staff. Do not trust this place. Choose any other hotel.

Food from Nadara was great. Tasty and good portions at reasonable prices.

Rooms were old (not as in pictures shown), TV screen cracked, weird smell in rooms. Loud rumbling noise everyday from an equipment running downstairs and staffs refused to acknowledge source (which another staff addressed successfully on day1).

The rooms were good, washroom was clean, food quality of the in-house restaurant was good

Communication between staffs were poor. Booked a room with an attached balcony, but it was locked due to safety reasons. Opted for a room where smoking was allowed, but it was only limited to the washroom.
